I had a relatively small, quick project for Alpha, and the experience was easily five stars…read more Patrick had a whole phone conversation with me to get a sense of my needs, which in itself I wouldn't expect from a print shop for a $30 job. I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Not only did these guys accelerate their process to get it done, they advised on design reviews, stayed after hours to complete the job, arranged for after-hours pickup, were VERY competitive on pricing, and enabled us to be prepared for an event we would otherwise been left behind on. Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.

It was also clear to me that this business cares about the quality of the product they produce. My contract was for a thinner material sign, but after reviewing the site, the owner decided to upgrade the material to give more durability, which I know cost him more than anticipated. Their quality of product and reliability is why they are still in business while many other sign companies have closed during the pandemic. Highly recommend!

The creative team developed the logo for my business and branded it on everything they made for me. There pricing usually beat Staples or Vista Print, but more importantly the quality of their products are at least 20x better than the garbage the competition sells. I've recommended many of my clients to Johnny and they all have said outstanding things about him.

While I was scanning my returns, an employee interrupted me to tell me to use the poly mailer bags, even though I was already using the exact type and size that she was handing me. I told her that's exactly the same one I was using. She seemed hesitant to believe me. After I completed my return, received my receipt, and i went to the counter for help with a larger return, as there was no poly mailer bag big enough, and the machine instructed me to do so. After approaching the counter, the same woman yelled that I needed to exit the kiosk and couldn't just leave my return "up." I explained that I had already completed the transaction and had my receipt. Then she wanted to know why I need help instead of using the kiosk. I told her the kiosk itself instructed me to go to the counter because there wasn't a mailer large enough for my item. There was no reason for the entire experience to be so confrontational. I have used these machines before. I was following the instructions provided by the kiosk and simply needed assistance with something the kiosk couldn't accommodate. A little patience and basic customer service would have gone a long way. I was embarrassed to be spoken to like this In front of other customers.

This felt like a blatant upsell tactic, as my package was more than adequately protected. Despite my repeated assurances that my box was sturdy and met all necessary shipping requirements, they continued to pressure me to buy their box, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. I expect better from a reputable company like UPS. Upselling unnecessary products is not only disrespectful to customers but also diminishes trust. I hope this store can improve its practices and focus on genuine customer service rather than pushing unnecessary sales. Attached is the box they refused to accept, you can be the judge. Immediately following this, I went right to the East Hanover UPS store, and they took the box without hesitation. I'd suggest avoiding this location, this is not the first time they've tried these upsell tactics on me. More so, they're straight up unfriendly compared to other UPS stores.
