Also this place always seems substantially more expensive than the post office. What an unorganized mess of a business. Cost me in so many ways, would rather hire the pony express than to send mail from here ever again.

She let me know she was in the middle of tracking something for another customer who called in but she would be with me in just a moment. About 1 minute later she said it seemed like it was going to take awhile so she wanted to help me. I needed a box to ship my stuff and instead of just pointing me to the boxes she went over and helped me select the box that made sense. She also helped me tape everything up and even put something in there to insure it stayed secure. When it came time to pay she explained my options and let me know she would pick the less expensive option based on my needs which I really appreciate. Very good service and good value.

I could tell that they damaged it by the box. One side was crushed. Someone opened it to check for damage and taped it back up. The secondary mirror on the reflector was knocked off, breaking it, and damaging the primary mirror. The telescope was useless.

She said okay and to wait a minute, that's when he approached. I repeated myself again to him and he immediately says "well this isn't your workplace, it's the ups store" in such a sour manner. Like I am very aware that I drove to the ups store not my workplace. He then asked for a tracking number and said to hold on, he walked away over to a different spot at the counter. I waited. He then came back up and said "ma'am did you need something else". Like no? I was waiting here like you asked me to do. He then said that he doesn't have my mail even though he didn't even check. I walked out then called the number that told me my paycheck was at the ups store. And get this!! The ups worker answered the phone and says "oh you were just here" then the owner comes back on the phone. I told him I was no longer speaking to him because of the disrespectful and constant rudeness he was displaying.
