From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Otherwise, I've…read morenever had a problem with this store or its employees & was actually glad there's now a near-by UPS store in my neighborhood. So today I went in the store to make 3 Xerox copies/one sided, not color--just standard copies. I was floored when I was charged $3.86 for 3 Xerox copies which comes to $1.29 per copy. And that includes the tax they now charge but there was never taxes on Xerox copies before this--anywhere! Their charge for a Xerox copy has always been 17 cents a piece so for UPS to raise it to this amount is absolutely ridiculous. That's a 658.8% increase in price! It's not like they are providing high quality paper & the ink is average--nothing special. I had always came here because it was the least expensive for copies & now it is the most expensive. I'm retired so I no longer have access to a Xerox machine but they are all running us dry with the cost of everything so now you can't even get a simple Xerox copy for a reasonable price so needless to say, I won't be making my copies there anymore & this even prompts me to not want to do any business with the UPS store whatsoever.
