I saw other reviews on them on line - some good some not favorable, but I had a wonderful experience today at this facility. KJ the person who greeted me at the desk was awesome! Took the paperwork and fingerprinted me within 5 minutes and I was out. I would not hesitate to go back to this facility for any of their services. I hope you get KJ, because she takes care of business. Parking is right near the facility and you just walk in without an appointment and they (hopefully KJ) will get you out fast. read more

I had to go here to be printed. The woman working at the desk acted like I was bothering her. She was RUDE! She talked condescending not just to me but other customers as well. She kept saying that I needed to relax as she was jerking my hand. Uh I am capable of rolling my fingers in a pad and don't need you touching me or pulling on my arm while telling me to relax. If she would have said please or thank you once I would have been shocked. Why have such a bad attitude?? read more

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The woman working there on the evening of July 11, 2019 was absolutely miserable and way beyond rude to me. Instead of just calmly explaining what she wanted from me, she rudely grabbed my fingers and accused me of going against what she wanted, pushing too hard on the glass, and just doing "whatever I wanted to do." I have had my fingerprints done many times now so and have never had an issue with any other company, so I clearly understand how it works. I get that her job is probably boring and it can be frustrating when someone is not doing exactly what you would like, but there are better ways to address this other than humiliating them and making them feel like they were trying to get away with something (WHEN THEY WEREN'T) in front of a room full of other adults. Had she just said "Hey, please just let me move your fingers how I would like them" I would have totally understood that I was not doing things the way they needed to be done. Someone needs to go in and give these people some training on customer service. I just got off of a long day of working too, it isn't just you guys who have to deal with people all day long. I highly recommend seeing if you can get your fingerprinting done by any other company OTHER THAN Accurate Biometrics. read more

This place was fine as a building and that is all. The lady working was incredibly rude and seemed miserable to be doing her job at all. Even trying to say hello she cut me off. If I had a question, she cut me off. If you didn't follow her directions, in the half a second she gave you to respond, she became angry and would snap. She was increasingly rude as the interaction went on and almost seemed to make you feel bad for being there. She wore no identification and did not offer her name. As stated above, when I attempted to ask her name she cut me off and shoved a form into my face. When I stated I needed a form to fill out, she rolled her eyes and basically threw the sheet of paper at me. She reused the same exact glove for the 2 people before me, as well as on me, and also never once wiped the equipment used to take the fingerprints. Highly recommend finding a better employee and strongly suggest finding a different site for getting your NECESSARY fingerprinting done. read more
