Wow, this UPS store was absolutely amazing that people who work there we're so helpful with the fingerprint scanning and they went above and beyond to make sure my fingerprints were done correctly and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I visited there yesterday. Had kind of a complicated task to fulfill, I was trying to print out an email that had a packing slip attached and for some reason the computers were printing the entire email *except* for the packing slip. There was a guy there named Fode (I think), he was extremely helpful and we brainstormed and found a solution. He must've worked on this for at least 10 to 15 minutes and was super patient and helpful. Eventually, he was able to print it out and I cannot praise him enough. Wonderful employee and I'm super grateful for his help. I haven't been to this store many times, but I have always had a good experience. read more

This store has gone way downhill, go elsewhere. I have had a box here for over a decade. Service has consistently gone down hill and thankfully my box lease has expired now. The most egregious error is claiming packages were never received when tracking shows an employee signature (the actual employee I was standing in front of) and I can actually SEE THE BOX on the shelf behind them with my Box number on it. I am then provided excuses of "we weren't sure what box it went to" (it's actually on the label), to "it was accidentally picked up by someone else" (I can SEE THE BOX ON THE SHELF). They claimed 4 large Xmas boxes of gifts never arrived and wouldn't give them to me even though I COULD SEE THEM ON THE SHELF. They were returned to my sister in Seattle who lost all the shipping money she spent sending them and we had no presents for Xmas. Was once great, not now. I repeat, go somewhere else to rent a box. For occasional Amazon returns, etc. they are as good as any other UPS Store. read more

Wow! Friendliest UPS store I have ever been to. They had plenty of staff and there was no wait. Only issue is the parking lot can be frustrating if it is super busy, luckily they have a few reserved for ten minutes parking right up front! read more

Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try ! read more

I've never shipped anything myself here, only used them to drop off some items I'm returning. They've always been friendly and handled the transactions without much of a wait. There has always been plenty of parking here on the weekends so I've never had a problem. I don't ususally come here since a competitor is closer to my house but I'd come here if I needed anything and I think they can get it done without much stress or hassle. read more

Before going to the store (#4602), I called in advance to get prices on bubble wrap. I was quoted specific costs for different lengths. An assistant couldn't find it and it turned out they didn't have it. The manager told her to unroll it from the huge roll they have at the ceiling. She seemed to have a lot of trouble managing this and seemed to be doing it without measuring the length. She was about to cut it, so I told the manager, Haris Asim, and he said "Don't worry, she won't cut it." She then cut it, and when I asked how she knew it was the correct length, she said she eyeballed it. She seemed perturbed that I expected it to be measured. Haris, the manager- in a very beleaguered manner, then told her to measure it. Since I'd been waiting about 25 minutes already, I asked the manager to help expedite it. Even though I'd waited that entire time (while he was helping someone else, he refused. Then I asked him for the name and number of the store owner. He wrote down his own name and number, and when I noticed, I asked him again for the owner's or supervisor's name and he refused to give it to me. Since I specifically asked for the owner's or supervisor's name, not for his name, it seems he tried to fool me. I asked him again and he refused. In the past, I have had good service at this location; however, the employee's and manager's behavior this time was frustrating and disrespectful. I am an older woman, on the small side, and I think the manager thought he could just get away with treating me so rudely and with such incompetence. read more

Store management responded on 9/14/21 and wrote a comment under my original review that customers are informed of the price of stamps prior to purchase, but this is not true. I was not informed, especially of the $3.00 extra charge per book of 20 stamps. What a RIPOFF! I will NEVER shop at this UPS store again nor ever recommend it to anyone. read more

I had the store pick up and pack something for me, typical charge and rightfully so, but the 33% mark up on shipping is terrible. Cost me $95 to ship something ground to Ohio and $150 total with packaging and handling. I will never do business with this location ever again! read more

I normally go in to drop off UPS packages, get stamps or get stuff notarized. There is one guy, named Mohka Babiev, that is always borderline rude, but this time he crossed the line. I took something in to get notarized, and he started teaching me about the Virginia legal system and how my documents could not be notarized without my "title" on my company, and my proof of ownership lol. Your eyes are not playing tricks on you, literally started telling me about the law. Because I was dumb-founded and felt bad about his degree of ignorance, I politely told him that there is no such thing as a "title of ownership" for businesses, and when in doubt all said information is public and he can feel free to look them up, but perhaps more importantly nowhere on my document does it say to check such info, and he as the notary is only guaranteeing and witnessing the signature, and noting else. This is when he started to act irate and continue to bless me with his legal knowledge, which begs the question: this guy is such a brilliant mind, why is he working as a cashier for The UPS Store? I chose to walk out, go to a bank and of course get my documents notarized without any issues, by the bank manager. He has been borderline rude before when we drop off pre-paid packages, stating that "that's not how they make their money" or telling us more about the legal system and the Amazon problem (as if that's any of my concern). Truly an idiotic person who should do anything but customer service. read more

This is the one to avoid. Once it was a diamond, now it's a rock. The clerk is basically brain dead. I went to pick up a package and the clerk after checking his trusty computer, said there was no package. He ordered me to come back 24 hours later. I showed him my computer which had an email saying that my package was ready for pickup at their location. Fortunately the manager intervened and located my package on a nearby shelf with my name prominently displayed. This brain dead employee made no effort whatsoever to locate my package other than looking on his computer. They offered no apology and in fact became argumentative. They are useless. read more

It just takes way too darn long to mail anything at the store. They are nice but need some training. Don't take phone calls and answer long phone questions when you have several people who are and have been waiting a long time in line. Those people on the phone should be told to hold or call back. Also, They have a new policy of entering your drivers license and phone information into their computer. When it was finally my turn, I didn't have my drivers license so ran out front to my car to pick it up and was back in literally 15 seconds. Meanwhile, the young man who was helping me after I waited so long in line had already started to help someone else, which was completely inexplicable!! That transaction took another 10 minutes while I waited again. In total, I was there for almost half an hour to send a letter. Next time UPS! read more

Apparently, there's new management and the place is already changing for the better. Used to come to that store all the time and had no issues. Brought an Amazon return package today, and was met with a very unprofessional service clerk Mokha. He was rude, raised his voice, and was unapologetic. I have never experienced this kind of service before. Ended up talking to his manager. My understanding there is some kind of tension between UPS and Amazon, but there is no excuse that it should be brought up on clients. This young man was completely unprofessional, and, I presume, either did not get a proper training, or his management allows him to act this way towards customers.... will never use this UPS store location again... read more

Very friendly and courteous staff. Though I had to ask for my package to be shipped before I left...... I didn't like a had to do that. They were going to pack it later. Nope. Seeing it was a camera (something very valuable), I wanted to see it packed, wrapped and boxes. I wanted to have the real tracking number before I left. They obliged and it was wrapped very well. I have kept a PO Box at this location for 5 years. Staff is extremely friendly & go the extra mile to help rectify any situation. I get literally hundreds of packages a year shipped here for my business and they have never misplaced one. They recently came under new ownership and if anything the service has gotten even better. I had an awful experience here because of the manager. I went into the store to make some Amazon returns, and the manager asked if I'd like some stamps. I did need quite a lot so and said ok. The manager rang up the stamps, and the final price appeared on the screen. I thought the price seemed awfully high for stamps, but at that point my 8 week old infant was screaming in the stroller and there were people behind me in line. I thought I did the right thing by quickly finishing the transaction and stepping outside to comfort my infant and more closely examine the receipt so they could wait on the people behind me. It turns out UPS charges an extra fee for stamps, and the manager did not mention that to me nor was there any indication they could not be returned. When I went back into the store moments later, the manager refused to allow me to return the stamps, despite being fully aware of the above circumstances! If I knew I would be paying almost $50 more than face value for USPS stamps I certainly would not have purchased them here! I literally walked right by a USPS store where I could have (and would have!) bought them for face value! After speaking with UPS corporate, I learned the store is able to accept them as a return, this manager just wouldn't allow it. Shame on him. Beware buying stamps here! read more

Need to print out a prepaid UPS label? No problem. Just pay to use the computer by the minute in order to print out one page. While using the computer, their old software spams you with pop-ups saying how the browser cannot open the page (it can) and won't go away until you click OK, probably so you'll spend more time on their computer. Printing out one B&W page cost me $2.50. It's 2018. The technology is there to send documents directly to the printer from the internet. Don't nickel and dime me just to use your printers. read more
