Came here to return a package that I received from Amazon. But had to ship through FedEx. They would accept the package it was in, and I had to purchase one of there packages. And then I needed to print the label, which I have never been charged for at any facility in my life. So he charged me for the print as well but didn't tell me ahead of time I would have to pay for it. But not only that. He charged me for "computer time" and I didn't even use the darn computer. He just walked over and printed it out. A few dollars in total is no big deal. But it was the lack of communication, management and morality from the brick and Mortar. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience but can avoid a trip like mine in there future by reading this. read more

I've been a customer at this location since this business opened when it was Mail Boxes etc. with great customer service. Since the current owners have taken over, it's a constant nightmare to check or get my mail. I live far away and try to call and see if I have mail as to not was an hour drive there and back to just check, but depending on the employee of the day I have to waste the time and gas about 50 percent of the time. There's plenty more un-customer service incidents here, especially the guy working on Saturday 12-31-22. Not sure if it's lack of training by the owners, lack of judgment in his character when they hired him or what but he or they need to learn how to treat a loyal customer that helps keep their business open. read more

Sent out a package to someone in TEXAS. received the package on MY front door two days later. No refund and they wanted me to pay to send it to the correct recipient. Do not do business here. Edit to add... Also, side note. They wanted me to pay to RE-ship it. The original was $13. The new would have been $20. Took it to USPS- paid $10. UPS is a total rip off if you ask me. read more

I had a pile of legal documents that needed to be notarized and witnessed. The folks at the UPS store took care of me completely. They were courteous, kind and very helpful. I had to get these filed and they solved the problem. I've seen them taking an unjust beating over silly stuff like tape. I use this location for personal as well as business shipping. They are reliable and trustworthy. They get busy, so patience is sometimes needed to get the transaction done, but they are always helpful and willing to do the work. read more

I needed to return my ATT U-Verse modem and ATT told me that I could bring it to a UPS store. I just gave them my account number and order number and the associate took it and gave me a receipt. She told me she would pack it up and mail it off for me. I had already been on the phone with U-Verse for two hours so this part was great!! She just told me to make sure I held on to my receipt for verification purposes. They were very friendly and helpful. A couple of days later I needed to mail an item to a friend of mine in another state. I went back to this UPS store and again, I had excellent service. I really appreciated how the associate had a smile on their face as well. It is nice to go to a place of business where people acknowledge you and even do their best to help you. I like to shop at a few stores in person but mostly my shopping in done on the internet. If more businesses were like this, I would shop there more often! read more

I've I've always been torated in a friendly manner at UPS. Great people they're fast as they can be and sometimes they are backed up but when you're dealing with Amazon returns and customers that don't have the paperwork necessary that will happen. I needed to ship a large computer monitor to Salt Lake City. I told the manager I needed to keep the cost under $200. It would have to be shipped via ground because I knew by air would be a ridiculous cost. He listened patiently while I expressed all my concerns and worries about how I would like it packed and boxed, a courtesy I thought was non-existent. To make a long story short, he and a couple of his co-workers did an amazing job getting it ready for shipment exactly how I had asked. I was so completely satisfied. It arrived in Salt Lake City exactly as I was told. I had the receiving party take pictures of the package when it arrived and there were no dents nor damage to it. I would highly recommend this UPS Store for any packing and shipping services. They went above and beyond customer service. read more

Wasted my time going to this store. Their sign says "UPS Store" but the woman told me that they do not assist with any taping or labeling. She said that for $1 per box they will tape it shut for me. Having been to many UPS stores, I was surprised at this because they are usually super helpful and friendly. The woman at this store was outright rude. I am angry to have wasted my time coming here. She could have gotten her store 3 stars with a little kindness. The one star is for her being rude to me and for the lack of service. read more

Never going back to this UPS store. The woman that works there is unfriendly. Why would you charge for a 6 inch piece of packing tape? Her reply was that they ship 50 boxes a day and can't tape everyone's box. Think about it..... At the cost of about $2.00 (for ALL that packing tape a day ha ha) you would have 50 happy and thankful customers.
