Today I had the most disgusting experience at UPS. This was around 5:30pm today . An older lady was upset because she had shipped her shipment overnight to her family member but it wasn't received . The family member has autoimmune disease and really needed this medication .The ups worker was having a hard time figuring out things and clearly he didn't have the ability to help her . He instead called over an other co-worker who was absolutely disgusting to the older lady . He began yelling and berating her . He was so aggressive and it made me scared for this woman, so I had to say something . I got involved and told him he could not speak to her like that and that's not how we treat people . He began Cursing at me and we were going back and forth . He came from around the counter headed towards me like he was going to attack me . He had to be held back and I can only imagine what he would have done if no one was there ! I was shocked . They were all indian and were all covering for each other . I am indian as well and I don't know who raised these Neanderthals, they behaved as though they had no home training , straight village behaviors . The way they handled this woman was the most disgusting customer service I've ever seen . I asked for his name several times but the employees refused to give his full name and kept giving me incorrect names . I'm filing a report with the NYPD , this employee deserves to be fired , he was way too comfortable behaving like this which leads me to believe he is related to the store owner . This man-child clearly has some misogynistic tendencies and has no problems putting his hands on a woman if given the opportunity . I was so upset i was visibly shaking because I couldn't believe that he was going to try and attack me . I asked for his name and corporate number and they kept giving me fake names . This employee that tried to attack me didn't even have his name tag on. All the workers were covering for this worker . I asked for the supervisor and his name. tag said Karan but he told me his name was MO. I couldn't believe how disgusting this employee was . I'm going to file a criminal complaint. Otherwise, your package will either be A) Mysteriously lost in transit or B) Stolen by one of their employees. I believe I fell prey to B in my experience with this store. I did not think an establishment could be as inept as this one here. I gave a prepaid package containing an Ipad Pro worth $520.00, directly to an employee behind the counter and did not wait for a receipt as I was double parked out front. 2 days pass and there is no 'acceptance' scan. I visited the store 5 times over the course of the past 15 days, not a single employee could tell me when, where, or how I could contact the store owner - Mr. Singh. I demanded to see the camera footage, again, no one seems to know how to access the camera and only the seemingly inexistent legend of Mr. Singh can do it. A week after my initial complaint, I call the store and am told MR. Singh is on vacation, 2 hours later he, himself calls me from the store (despite being told he was on vacation). He then proceeds to tell me, that he as the owner does not have personal access to HIS OWN camera system and needs to contact an IT guy, I am told not to worry that he will be in contact with me. Fast forward another 9 days, no call back from him and he is deliberately avoiding my calls and messages at 3 of his owned UPS locations. I call the Austin St. location yet again, I am then told by his employee, Saidur that I would have to pay $180.00 to view the camera footage. Let that sink in for a moment! $180.00 to verify that they lost/stole my package! I have since filed numerous complaints with the corporate office, and filed an investigation with UPS. Why would a store owner refuse to let a customer verify the whereabouts of their lost package? This store is ran by an incompetent, money hungry individual who does not care about his customers. I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store #3867. I went in to print documents, something I've done at this location before without any issues. The employee gave me the store email so I could send my files for printing, and then told me I would be charged $5.00 for the first page and $0.89 for each additional page. This immediately didn't make sense to me because the posted pricing in the store clearly shows that the $4.49-$5.00 fee is for computer use, not for printing documents that are emailed in. I asked the employee to show me where that policy was written, and he pointed to the "Print Days" pricing sign, which actually lists black & white prints at $0.89 per page and color at $1.19 per page, with computer use being a separate charge. Even after I explained that I was not using the computer and had simply emailed my documents for printing, the employee insisted I would still be charged the computer-use fee because he would be using the computer to print them. This directly contradicts the posted pricing and my previous experiences at this same location, where I was only charged per-page printing fees when staff handled the printing. I found this extremely frustrating and misleading, especially since the pricing is clearly posted but not being applied consistently. I left feeling like the store was not honoring its own pricing structure. I hope management reviews this issue, because customers should be able to rely on the prices that are clearly displayed in-store. read more

This store is an absolute joke, there is no management around EVER. They have a store 'manager' named Saidul but he is about as much a manager as I am an astronaut. The man has no idea how to handle any situation involving a dissatisfied or angry customer and has to defer to someone above him at all times, even when they are not in the store. I visited this location to drop off a package about 2 week ago and came across an angry customer inside the store who claimed his package was lost. The man knew the time and date he had dropped his item off and rather than showing the individual the camera footage as he requested numerous times, this so called 'manager' called the police to escort him out of the store. This is a prime example of how little this store cares about its customers. Take your business elsewhere. read more

A month ago, I visited this place to send a package to Korea. They quoted me $550, which surprised me. However, I found another UPS location where it cost only $200. Today, I returned to drop off a return package. Despite confirming with the seller that I could use the original box, the manager, Harry, insisted I pay extra for a box. Their focus solely seems to be on maximizing profit. I'm deeply disappointed and won't be returning. read more
