I always come here when I have to ship a package. Most of the time I'm returning items from Amazon which already has a prepaid shipping label. Everytime I come here, the customer service is sucky. There is always a line and trust me when I say they take they sweet time. They are not trying to move the line at all. So eventually when it's my turn. I'm like Good Afternoon, I just get a look and nothing else. This happen 3 times already. They take my package and expect for me to go. I have to ask for a receipt, most of the time I need tape and they say don't worry we will tape it up in the back. Hmmmmm if your not giving me a receipt and your taping them up in the back how can I assure my package is going to reach its destination. However, each package did reach its destination but I'm just not a fan of the customer service. I still continue to patronize this location because it convenient. read more

This review is specific to my experience with their printing service. Overpriced, terrible costumer service, and a real rip off. First off they charge you $3 per 10 minutes just to use their computer to print your own stuff. They give you no guidance on which printer to send your documents too, or any of the settings that may be pre-selected, so when you are hurrying to get the most of your $3 for every ten minutes and you accidentally print stuff double sided now you own those overpriced pieces of paper. When I first arrived I made it specifically clear that I needed a few documents printed in color and on photo paper, one employee told me I would have to email my document to the store's email (I had everything on a usb drive that I could of just handed to the employee, but no I had to use the computer I was paying $3 for just to send my stuff to another computer in the same store). The same employee then tells me that they don't have photo paper and I'll have to go to a pharmacy photo center. Not sure why I had to email my files to find this out. If UPS is charging people just to log on to print there own stuff, they need to have some clear instructions on how to print, how much each print is, what kind of paper it will print on, if it will be double sided or single sided, or color. You can't expect people to be able to figure out your store's complicated printing settings while they are getting charged to do what should be included in the cost of the prints. Other print shops you simply hand your usb drive to the employee, explain to them what need, they hand you back your prints, and then you pay them if they did what you asked. That is what a service is. Instead of UPS Store paying someone $15/hour to help with printing services, they charge the costumer $18/hour to figure it out themselves. What a joke. I paid way too much for such crap "service", I will certainly never return, and I suggest others avoid as well. read more

My package was sent to the wrong destination and I did not get a refund for it. I had to ask to have it sent to me again so I could ship it to the right address again. I ended up going to another carrier to ship it and paid for it. No manager is available during the weekend and the UPS customer service does not answer any inquiries about this store since it is a privately owned UPS store. read more

We had a rented mailbox with this Forest Hills UPS store for several years and we always received fantastic service. Many times over the years our customers would accidentally mail back huge packages to our mailing address here (instead of going to our vendors where they should have been sent) and their team always were able to ship these back out for us quickly and efficiently. Even after relocating to Colorado, they did this for us remotely. They also stored packages for us for long periods of time. We now opened a mailing box at our local UPS store here in Colorado now that we've relocated, and we chose to stick with UPS for our mailbox rental because our service was so good with this Forest Hills store over the years. We highly recommend you consider them for mailbox rentals if you are looking for one. read more

My hubby and I order a lot, I mean a ton online and have to return things all the time due to items not working or being the wrong size, and each time I bring our boxes to this store and they are always super professional, and give me a receipt each time. Other stores just ignore drop offs, and forget to give me a receipt. read more

So as far as a "drop-off" location for packages that already have a UPS label printed, they are fine and do a great job with that.... HOWEVER!!! if you decide to mail a package with them and trust them enough to send it without insurance (the one they try to sell you), they will not actually send out the package. I had to return some merchandise and was not in any rush to send it back, so I sent it via postal mail. I opted not to get insurance because the package was not going far and I trusted them enough with the item. As it turns out, the company that I tried to return something to has no record of receiving the merchandise. I called mailboxes etc, since I did not get insurance or even receive a tracking number, there was nothing they could do for me. My package was lost! 1/21/16 Recently taken over by another person- a nightmare! both not intelligent and purposefully deceptive, as well as very rude. I walked in today with 2 letters to mail and told the clerk I need it mailed. put a priority card on it and charged me $23.00! I repeatedly asked if i could put a stamp on it and have it mailed like we used to do - he kept saying this was the cheapest rate they had but did not directly answer my question. I was becoming annoyed and my tone showed that.. The manager stepped in and told me i could put the stamps I just bought on it and mail it. I asked why i hadn't been told that in the 15 minutes i had been trying to communicate with the clerk, The manager was increasingly y rude and arrogant, would not let me speak. I told him to take away the priority and make it regular mail. He did that on my regular envelope. After he did that he said I could not mail my oversize envelope because he couldn't weight it and I'd have to take it to the post office!!! I asked why he didn't tell me that beofre he unded the last transaction-now he would have to redo the transaction. I am now in the store almost one half hour with nothing done, and i don't believe he couldn't weigh the envelope that makes no sense. He just wanted to charge more money, as evidenced by the fact that no one answered my original question. He would not let me speak and told to take both my enveloped to the post office. I have never written an online review before- but this is way beyond acceptable and i urge everyone in FH to go somewhere else- there are other UPS stores in the vicinity. I went there to ship an expensive item and I was able to get out in less than 5 mins. The staff there explained to me their pack and ship policy. I was worried about my item getting damaged or being lost. I was relieved when they packed it on the spot and with full insurance. In the end, it reached there safely. The staff is very helpful and friendly especially the manager Saidul. I highly recommend this store. read more

I was able to ship my packages, but the customer service is terrible. They don't make you feel welcome, not even a "how are you", and the guy I was talking to today took his sweet time while handing me back change after I paid at the cash register. I simply wanted my package to be packed up in the box. After he handed me back my change, another staff member next to him asked him for help, and I watched as they both casually chatted and just stood there doing nothing. I asked one of them if they could help me pack the package (as they were supposed to) because I was in a rush, and the woman working there simply glared at me. I ended up packing my package by myself, with little to no help from the UPS workers. They clearly don't care about customers and don't value our time. Not to mention incredibly rude. RIP OFF!!! They claimed a PRE-PAID envelope would not scan. Had to pay $59.06 for a new label so it would "scan correctly". Funny thing as I was filing out a new label, they already had the address I was sending package to already in their system because they scanned the original PRE-PAID envelope. "I thought it wouldn't scan correctly? How come I need to pay for another label?" The reply, "Do you want your package shipped or not?" THEY ARE THIEVES!! Will NEVER GO BACK!! Today i had to get my pension forms notarized and i walked into the store. I was informed that I had to wait for the person who does the notary, and i waited 10 minutes for him to return. The man came in and asked me to re-sign my forms because i had signed them previously. He did not inform me that he had to witness me sign - assuming i know how things work. He was rude and asked me to leave and did not want to help me. If someone doesnt get things notarized on a regular basis how are they supposed to know the procedures? I have never been treated so rudely, and think twice about using their services. If they can do this for a mere notary service, imagine how they can screw up shipping services especially with a poor attitude and customer service. Fyi there's a notary across the street at H & R Block and if you need shipping or packing services, type in "Best mailing and packing service" to find a reputable store - one that will be helpful and understanding. read more

She was helping another old lady in front of me when I first walked in and seemed very patient with her, answerig every question she had. The lady seemed very appreciative which was so nice. I'm an Ebay seller so I ship with UPS regularly. On April 8, 2013 I made a visit to the UPS store to ship a package, this was my third time shipping with that location. I asked the lady if she could measure my package so I could print the UPS shipping label (I usually use their computer to print my label from Paypal). My shipping scale isn't ideal for weighing large packages so normally I have them weigh the package and give me the dimensions (I have weighed and measured previous packages and when I go there they give me larger measurements than what I got and heavier weights) The spanish lady who works there was very rude when I ask her to measure the box for me, she has such a bad attitude and she blatantly asked, "Why don't you measure your packages at home?! I have customers!". I was so shocked, I told her she was very rude and lacked customer service skills. She was yelling at me telling me she doesn't care because she has the right to refuse my package, so she got even more upset and she did not measure the package nor did she ship my package. I have never seen such disrespect from UPS store agent. I would never go back there. In the past when I went there, I noticed she always has an attitude but I didn't let it bother me but this time it was really bad. read more
