I stop in here often to do Amazon returns and they are typically almost always busy. But they still do a decent job trying to grab those with returns so we can get our transaction completed and get out. I do appreciate that! The staff is pretty friendly and helpful as well. Great service every time I make a trip to the store. I understand there some times people have to purchase and ships items over and it pretty fast the line keep moving to your turn. I have been using this UPS location for several years, but the last couple times I've been there I was charged ridiculous rates. In October 2024 I took two small boxes in and was charged $165 to ND. Which was so outrageous, but I was in hurry and needed to get the stuff out. Then a few weeks later I took an iPhone that was in the original iPhone box that AT&T had mailed to me. The man took three measurements in less than a nano second and stated that would be $161 to ND. He stated it was because ND is half-way across the US. Like it was going to the moon. I wasn't even asking for overnight! I asked if it would be less expensive if I put it in an envelope and he stated it would be $141. He never suggested two, three-day delivery, just that's the price and that's the only price. I asked to talk to the manager, and she said that anything cheaper would be ground at $41 and it would be there in a week. All three employees looked at me like I was crazy and said it costs a lot of gas to get it there. I left with my phone and went to FedEx and the price was $12.95 for two-day shipping. read more

The previous owner and staff were superb for years. Friendly and very helpful - always. Two recent visits to return Amazon goods, were handled by a male who was neither friendly or very interested in his job. What a shame that the customer service has decayed so much from the precious owners tenure. Fortunately, there are other UPS stores in the area that I will be patronizing in the future. read more

I highly recommend this location of The UPS Store! Susan was absolutely wonderful in helping me recover a heavier bag left behind at a local hotel. She took my frequent & panic'd phone calls as I tried to figure out how to handle the situation, answering my MANY Questions. She went ABOVE & BEYOND in Customer Service and gave me the reassurance I needed, and best of all, followed through on all promises! The store manager and others were also most helpful when their assistance was needed. I was so excited and most thankful when I got my bag back, and was thrilled at the reasonable cost. I have been visiting this store for many years to mail letters , fax documents ect. Now I wanted to step up the service. I had a box of products shipped into this UPS location. I stopped by the store last week and talked with the brown hair girl with tattoos. I advised them that I have a box that is being shipped to your location. She said it had not arrived yet. I stopped again on Saturday and I talked with a male employee. I advised them that I have a box that is being shipped to your location. He told it had not arrived. I said that's ok I will stop by and check early on Tuesday. On Tuesday I check my UPS tracking number and the lady with the English accent said the box was returned. She told me that they did not know about my pending shipment and since I did not have a mailbox with them they returned my shipment. I wish there were other alternatives to this UPS store. I go here every few weeks and while I don't have a problem every time, it happens often enough to make me feel very uncomfortable. Example 1: I sent a relatively expensive electronics item from this store via UPS and had insurance on it. The package arrived broken. I had pictures and proof that the item worked on the date it was mailed, but instead of honoring the Insurance purchased for this very concern, the store insisted that they refund me the cost of the insurance itself. So while I got that nominal money back, my item was broken and I had nothing to show for it and now was 100% out of the item. Example 2: This has happened numerous times.... I bring in a small envelope with something that weighs a few grams to maybe 1 to 2 ounces and ask to mail it "by the cheapest route possible." The envelopes are to be mailed to CONUS residences. Every time I get quoted absurd costs, like $15-$20 when it could literally be sent with 2-4 USPS stamps. Each time it takes 10 minutes to resolve and each time I'm asked for a ton of personal information when all I need is a few stamps. I'm often left in disbelief that a common white mailing envelop or a small 4"x6.5" Manila envelop with payment a photograph or coin in it is treated as if I were sending a parcel the size of a shoebox. I always feel like they are happy to over charge. read more

Always receive great service. Always greeted and acknowledged. Some places do not even acknowledge you are standing there waiting. The clerks always suggest the best value for shipping. They always go ahead and beyond to ensure you do not have to spend a whole lot of time waiting. They box and re-tape boxes when needed without asking. I used to go to this store anytime I needed to ship something because it is owned by a small business owner and the staff is friendly. On Thursday I went in to mail a buttstock and I was told that they would not mail a gun part. I went to the FedEx store down the street and they had no problem mailling it. I will not support a business that is anti gun. I would urge everyone who believes in the second amendment not to patronize this store and to choose someone else for their shipping needs. read more
