This is a super convenient location. This is a full service store. If you have a no label no packing code, they will box your items for you with an ease. Parking is a breeze outside of the shop. Considering it was a week before Christmas and I had a big box to ship, I was pleasantly surprised to only have 2 people waiting when I arrived. I frequently send small packages to friends and family. This is by far my "go to" shipping place. The gentlemen behind the counter (I) know their business (ii) are very very efficient (let's double click there: they are fast and friendly and fast and polite and fast and and courteous and fast) and (iii) I don't even address packages anymore because friends and family names and addresses previously shipped to are in the system. This looks like a generic UPS store but the guys running it fully have their acts together and that is a differentiator. read more

I have been in this store multiple times and honestly I do say that there is a lack of leadership and consideration for the customers at this store. The store is run by a husband and a wife and it is VERY clear that they have no business management skills whatsoever. I overheard a conversation that an employee was having with one of the owners regarding a situation with a customer. The employee was explaining how to resolve it and instead of being interested in the resolution, the owner just kept saying how THE MOST important thing to them are the reviews on the store. I do find this a bit troubling because they are more concerned about the image of the store more than the actual running and operation. The employees that work that are great and are very helpful but BOTH owners seem to not know how to do anything because they are constantly asking THEIR EMPLOYEES on how to do basic functions. I have also witness the husband of this store taking a young woman out of the store and THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS. I am not sure as to why because she wasn't combative and was very calm in speaking but you could only hear him yelling at her and it in turn made her and what looked like another male accomplice storm away out of anger and honestly, I DO NOT blame them. The store used to be run by another owner and quite frankly, I would prefer if it went back to that operator. The owners are rude, unknowledgeable about their job, only care about image and not customer service, and leave the running of their store to their employees. I understand things happen but there should be a backup plan when systems go down rather then just telling people try again later or go somewhere else. read more

I often come to this location to ship packages and buy supplies for both work and home. The service is usually satisfactory, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. Yesterday, I was preparing a rather large intentional shipment for pickup that evening when I realized I needed an additional 24x24x24 box. It was 6:45PM, so I rushed to the store. I got there at 6:54PM, relieved, thinking that I was just in time to make my quick purchase so I could finish packing. I tried the door and to my surprise, it was ALREADY LOCKED. I could see a young man at the desk and I waved to him and pointed at my watch. He simply made an "X" gesture in front of him, I guess saying that they're closed. Annoyed, I again knocked on the door, pointing at my watch and mouthing "just one thing!" He ignored me and retreated to the back of the store and never re-emerged. Seriously..? I called the store on 03/03/15 to check when there would be a notary in the store. I was told that they would be present on Saturday starting at 8:30am. I asked if I needed an appointment and the person said no. I confirmed that I would show up after 8:30am the following Saturday to have documents notarized. I arrived at 9am on Saturday 03/07/15 and was told that I was misinformed, the notary would not be in until 10:30am that day. I returned to the store at 10:40 am and the notary was still not there. I am very disappointed at the inaccuracy and tardiness shown by the employees of this UPS branch. read more
