AVOID THIS PLACE! There's a FedEx a few blocks away. I needed to send an urgent parcel. Checked the UPS website to see when the pickup time was. Got to this UPS store BEFORE the pickup time -- it was a Saturday afternoon. They took my parcel and gave me a receipt with the time indicated BEFORE the pickup time! They THEN told me the UPS driver came EARLY and my parcel would NOT go out until Monday! They said I could drive around town looking for the driver or I could go to the UPS warehouse off Shady Grove Rd. -- miles away. I went to the UPS warehouse -- it was CLOSED! I couldn't even get into the parking lot. The gate was padlocked! How do they not know UPS's hours? I then called UPS. They claimed their franchises aren't really UPS, so it wasn't really UPS's fault. (Yeah right -- it's a UPS Store and it was a UPS driver, but it's not UPS's fault!) They then claimed the "last pick up time" isn't really meant to be the last time to drop off packages, but rather it's the latest time that their drivers can collect from the store. WHAT???? They then told me to go to UPS in Darnestown, which they claimed had a later pick up time. While on the phone with them, I checked the UPS website -- that store already had its last scheduled pick up!! Would have been another wasted trip! When I questioned the UPS agent, he admitted he gave me the wrong information. UPS repeatedly gave me wrong information. They screwed up REPEATEDLY. They didn't take responsibility for their errors. They did not attempt to rectify the situation when it was CLEARLY their fault. No one took responsibility. No one cared. read more

UPS SUCKS!!! They promise your package will arrive overnight, they charge double for overnight service then your package sits in the warehouse for 2 days so now it's 4 day delivery instead of overnight and if the contents of your package is perishable and spoils due to their negligence their response is its not their problem irregardless of how valuable the contents were. read more

Needed to print something out for the MVA. The girl working there was really nice, but it cost me $9 to print out 16 pages. Something is wrong with that picture.... I know it's not the franchise's fault, but still it's worth noting that it costs this much to print. I think she said .55 a page. Ridiculous. read more

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong Keurig coffee maker. I was told by the customer service representative at the Keurig Green Mountain Company that I could return the coffee maker but I would have to pay for shipping and after the coffee maker was delivered to their company, I would receive a full refund to my credit card. On November 11, 2017, I went to the UPS Store and I paid to have the coffee maker shipped to the Keurig Green Mountain Company. When I called the Keurig Company to confirm that UPS had delivered the coffee maker, the customer service representative told me that she checked their computer system but she was unable to verify that UPS had delivered the coffee maker to their company. After speaking with the Keurig customer service representative, I called the UPS Store. I spoke with Raphael, the UPS shipping specialist and I asked him if he could help me obtain the tracking information that I needed to verify that UPS had delivered the coffee maker to the Keurig Green Mountain Company. Raphael was very kind, courteous, and respectful with me. I was really impressed with Raphael because he diligently searched and searched the UPS computer system until he was able to obtain the tracking number and pertinent information that I needed to verify that UPS had delivered the coffee maker to the Keurig Green Mountain Company. Then I called the Keurig Company and provided the customer service representative with the tracking number and delivery information that Raphael had given to me and boy, oh boy, was I surprised how quickly she was able to verify in their computer system that UPS had indeed delivered the coffee maker to the Keurig Company on November 15, 2017. Raphael helped me prove to the Keurig representative that UPS had successfully delivered the coffee maker back to their company. I sincerely appreciate Raphael helping me and I would like to say, "Thank you Raphael for providing me with outstanding customer service. They offered to make it up to me and I asked that they remind their staff that every individual, especially the one standing in front of you is important. I only went to this location once but once was enough. It was the worst customer service experience ever. I struggle to get in the door with my large package with no assistance. Then I waited at the counter for five minutes for the man and lady that worked there to finish their conversation. Then when the man finally acknowledged me to wait on me he was just flat out RUDE. this store is terrible a dropped of a package several weeks ago to send to my younger brother and when he received the package the main contents of the package which was a rolex watch and alittle bite of money that our father that past away left to my brother. When we called to complain the manger named Emanuel was all of a sudden on vacation for two weeks and the owner of the store was covering for him. I really hope that UPS cooperate does something about this and I hope karma bites the owner and manager in the ass for being thieves. And when I called cooperate to file a complaint about the issue the person I spoke to said that someone in the store changed the tracking number in the system, so that tells you there up to no good at that store read more

I have had a mailbox at this location for a couple of years now. The family run operation treats me like family and keeps staff turn over to a minimum. They need to make money somehow and UPS dictates rates not the franchisee store owner. So if you don't like the rates call UPS. Easy access location in a strip-mall read more

I've had a few occasions to use this place over the past couple of years, and it's hard for me to imagine it being more convenient or for the service to be better. Maybe if it wasn't so busy sometimes, but there's a reason they're busy. Twice I've needed notary services, and went to them. One stop and I could get documents notarized, scanned, copied, stuffed in an envelope and shipped out overnight. Multiple times I've just walked in with my stuff -- everything from a quilt to a cable TV box -- and an address to ship it to. They will take care of everything and the charges are reasonable. They can ship UPS but also through the Post Office, which was necessary when all I had was a PO Box for an address. I've since moved across the country (with their help with some settlement documents), but I just wanted to leave this shout-out for them; they do good work. read more
