The customer service agents are incredibly impatient and lack empathy. I am temporarily disabled and using a walker and was struggling to get the box to his counter while maintaining my balance, he kept rushing me. However, I had patiently waited just like everyone else. I found a new replacement store because this is just not worth the frustration.
