I've been told to turn around and wait outside- loudly and in front of 7-8 ppl in line and when a gentleman was bring in several packages and I was already in line with the employee ( new manager?) that she wasn't happy about it. DONE!!! Been to the UPS Store in Continental plaza for the last time.. They are rude beyond belief, the manager especially, and I am done with the crap. The last 3 visits they couldn't have cared less what was needed or how many people were waiting to be helped. I went in this time to have something copied and scanned, her attitude was beyond belief. I did not need a brain surgeon, it was a simple task. I was left standing at the counter while two out of three people went into the back for at least 5 min, then was told they couldn[t do what I needed, oh so sad too bad. And people still waiting in line with their packages. I left! Please know that I may be a senior but of sound mind and respect. Went to Parcel Post shipping next to Los Agaves beside Al's appliance and the problem was solved immediately and for 1/3 the price of UPS. They do all the UPS things, ofc problem things, and are super nice. UPS seems to think they are the only train on our tracks...NOT!! We all know that Amazon is this stores biggest customer. With that said, they need to rearrange their store to accommodate Amazon customers who simply want to drop their package off. Many of us already have labels on it and we just need to scan and go. I was disappointed at Christmas when I saw them require a customer (not just once either) of Amazon to buy a plastic bag to put the item in when the customer kept saying Amazon said that they would provide the packaging and label meaning the UPS store. Not sure if this was from lack of training their employees, or taken advantage of elderly customers? read more

I'm not sure where to start except if I could give 10 stars I would. I'm an out of towner who comes here every 3-4 months to visit my elderly father. Let's just say he's the next victim of Hsn/qvc- so when i arrived I was greeted with a lot of expensive appliances that were long past the date to return. So I ship two items to myself on a Monday and the ladies in there were great. I continue to clean up his situation and go back 2 days later where I was still greeted with a smiling staff. The price to ship one of the items was the cost of the item and after a week of cleaning and coming to the realization just how much my dad had declined I just started crying. I felt so vulnerable standing there when I hit my breaking point ( why couldn't it have been at the recycling center? Lol) but let me tell you- Angie treated me with the utmost respect and saw me as a human struggling with an aging parent and their decisions they make. The line was long and here she was working with me and consoling me. She gave me great advice and made magic happen. If you've made it thus far, please know they care about their customers and see us humans not just a package. Angie- thank you for being the hug and help I needed today. I will be forever grateful. Took an Amazon return to this location and went up to the counter so the employee could scan the QR code I received and process the return. Two days later the box showed back up at my doorstep instead of Amazon. When I went back to this location with the box the employee told me it was my problem since the return had already been processed in his system. No offer to help or problem solve. Fairly condescending and unkind. I had to return a third time with a new QR code. Fingers crossed the package arrives back at Amazon. I know these Amazon returns are a hassle and appreciate the time in processing the return. My issue is of respect and kindness. Everyone deserves a little of it. read more

I have used this store regularly for Amazon returns and other shipping needs over the past 4 years. Recently, they have taken it upon themselves to re-implement a mask mandate in their store, which they strictly enforce via the "mask police" behind the counter who shout out to you to question if you have a mask. For the last year, masks have not been a requirement for this store, nor have they ever been mandated for the state of Arizona (except for during the height of the pandemic in 2020). When I stated as such, their only response was "Well, we have a mask mandate in THIS store." Per the Governor of AZ in July of 2021: "Arizona does not allow mask mandates, vaccine mandates, vaccine passports or discrimination based on who is or isn't vaccinated. We've passed all of this into law, and it will not change," yet this store chooses now to double down on a mandate when they haven't been for the last year?! I have not encountered any other businesses in this area with these "policies" in the last year, so it's definitely specific to this store recently as I was there not too long ago without this issue. Maybe I caught the staff on a bad day where they felt the need to exert their political agenda on the customers or the SJW/mask police crew was on duty that day, but I refuse to do business where I am treated like a diseased leper over a purely political agenda, especially when the CDC and other health officials have stated if you're vaccinated you could ditch the masks and furthermore have stated masks do not prevent the spread of the virus anyway. This was nothing more than another woke business exerting their political agenda on their patrons, and this store will never get my business again! The store representative lied to them to NOT use other services, ie USPS, due to customs costs. This is false. I've had no issues with shipping via them in the past. The Green Valley UPS store's employees are clueless and incredibly rude. I returned an Amazon item. A very arrogant, grumpy woman informed me that even though the item was in the original Amazon box along with Amazons's instructions for returns, the only way UPS could guarantee safe delivery was to have the returned item packaged at the UPS store. That does have some validity because UPS seems incapable of delivering undamaged items. Of course, these "packing professionals" want to charge for an additional box and "careful attention to detail". It is too bad that DHL does not have a location near us. FedEx of even USPS is far better than the idiots that work for UPS. read more

These guys are really nice at the store and very professional it's a big change from whoever owned it before they did we actually had an account Wayback when and where so disappointed in the attitude and efficiency of the previous owners that we pulled our business and are now signed up somewhere else. However that was the old owners I'm not sure how long ago this new management took over the store but it's made a big difference and when our contract runs out at the location were currently using will look at coming back to these folks they have a good attitude a smile on their face and do their job well so thanks a lot for that! read more

This afternoon I showed up to UPS with 20+ packages in my car. As I was getting to the store, one of the UPS employees (Justin) happened to be walking to the door to lock up. It had just turned 6pm on the dot, which they close at that time. Justin was kind enough to allow me in and although i mentioned to him that I had many more packages to bring in, he allowed me to bring them on in. Lacey, another UPS employee insisted I bring my packages in though I told her and Justin that i could go to another UPS store that closed a bit later. They insisted I bring my packages in. Lacey was also gracious enough to walk outside with me and assist me in taking the boxes inside to scan. I come here often and I'm always happy for the professionalism that is carried throughout the store. The store is very clean and the employees are always ready to help! Staff including the manager are totally clueless the girl that waited on me couldn't even operate the tape gun and failed to even ask if I wanted to put any filler bubble wrap etc inside of my box. They don't know the UPS® Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service - United States but yet all 3 employees screaming at the top of there lungs stated they couldn't ship firearm parts because they didn't have a license to ship my item. Clueless it clearly states for only International shipments the UPS Store cannot ship anything firearm related but Domestic shipping CAN BE MADE. 3.7.1 Firearm parts, which do not constitute firearms as defined under federal law (including without limitation Title 18, Chapter 44, and Title 26, Chapter 53 of the United States Code), and which other­ wise comply with federal, state, and local law, will be accepted for transportation. Please your reply still doesn't make any sense as No where on UPS.com in section 3.7.1 does it state Firearm PARTS cannot be shipped or that they have to go to a UPS dedicated site read and fully understand the tariff UPS has in place it is part the the Federal Statute PARTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A FIREARM PERIOD TITLE 18 chapter 44, and Title 26, Chapter 53 of the United States Code It was a part not a Firearm!!! UPDATE to this review: while I appreciated the response, overall I've now had to drop the score lower... the ridiculously price shipping wasn't delivered today as it was supposed to be. I may lose the opportunity and my deposit for the apartment I was supposed to be applying for (they have waitlists). I also discovered that both of UPS major competitors have something called flat rate shipping Priority for under $10.00 that would probably have gotten my package delivered by now since it's only a 6 hour drive from here. Think I'd be foolish enough to risk it again?! PREVIOUSLY POSaturday morning I had a couple forms to be notarized and sent to Las Vegas for Monday so I went to UPS... No Notary available and he wanted $98. plus change to ship 14 pieces of paper. I couldn't even afford that so had to settle for Tuesday. If I wasn't so stressed about getting the information sent right away, I should have just gone to USPS. Besides which, the Post Office actually tells customers when standard rates will get the mail delivered within the same timeframe - not this guy, no way, he started with the highest rate and worked his way down from there. Very unprofessional management. Have had mail service with this store for 3 years. They end our mail wherever we were traveling. Assist us by going through our box and telling us what mail we had and discarding whatever was junk mail, and sending it out in an efficient manner. The staff used to be friendly. Called yesterday to go through the mail. Spoke to Megan. She said they were too busy but she'd call me back. Didn't do so. I called back, she said she was busy and that I would have to wait ten minutes, which I said I would. She put me on hold. When she came back on the line she said she still couldn't help me--too many people in line. Next thing she said is I will call you before we close. Didn't call, so I phoned back. She said she'd have to call me back first thing in the morning. Didn't hear from her so I called back at 9:30. She said she just got in and would call me back- verified my phone number. I get a call back and she stated she would forward my mail but not go through it with me because there is too much! Now, by this point I am angry. When we signed up with this service we were told they would do this and up until now, that's what they have done. Who wants to pay for junk mail to be sent?! I asked her what's changed. She said they arE simply too busy and have had to hire more employees to handle the business. I reminded her thAt we are paying customers also. We pay $90 every 3 months. Guess it doesn't matter that. Guess good customer service just doesn't matter. I asked for a price quote for our mail to be sent and a receipt to be mailed to us. Wondering if we will even get our mail. If you're looking for a reputable place to handle your mail, go elsewhere. This place isn't professional and their staff is quite rude. Update: No, we did not receive a receipt with our mail. And, yes, your establishment is incompetent and your employees are LAZY. For the amount of time your employee argued and gave us the runaround, she could have gone through the mail! Furthermore, when we received the mail, there wasn't a lot, after complaining there was. it's too bad I have to give this store a 1, they deserve less than zero. They screwed up my Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested by forgetting to fill out the front of the green and white return receipt. So I ended up with no return receipt tracking ID. Weirdly the receipt DID list a tracking ID number that did NOT work. When I called with a question they were quite rude and refused to help me. So I drove down to Green Valley to show them the receipt. The store manager was mouthy, saying " You aren't the post office" etc, told me the number on the receipt that said "Tracking Number" was "not a tracking number" and ordered me out of the store though I was polite. Regardless this was their screwup and she got nasty with me because the tracking number UPStore listed did not work. By the way, they massively overcharge for printing documents, it should be like a dime per page for any document on a USB stick. Anyway I rank this store below zero in terms of competence and customer service. They have no manners. DON'T GO THERE read more
