THE BEST was when I had an emergency alteration for a wedding in two days. My son needed his suit altered including pants hemmed and the jacket arms shortened. We called around, but no one would help. I called Your Cleaners and we discussed our needs and they were able to get the pants done in one day for the rehearsal and the jacket temporarily completed in two days. We took back later to finish the jacket all the way and to dry clean. Many thanks to Your Cleaners for working with us to get to the wedding!

When I contacted them to tell them about it they offered to fix it. I explained to them that it is not fixable. It was worn two times when they ruined it. You cant "fix" something that was brand new and expect that anyone would feel good taking it back in altered condition. It is not the same after it has been "fixed". I paid $197 for this blazer and I filed a claim and produced my purchase receipt only to get a voicemail from the owner stating that the blazer was never ruined-that it was static electricity, and that they fixed it. They refused to accept responsibility for my blazer and Im furious. Mind you, every item I brought them besides one came back unclean in addition to them destroying my expensive blazer.

Genuinely such a kind person and affordable, would highly recommend going to her for alterations as she will ensure you get what you want and will change it if it's not to your satisfaction.

Requested to have a steel bumper modified for a hitch. This would be a less than an half hour job…read morewith a cutting torch (I know because I used to have a full shop). They refused even though they claim to do small jobs. Instead, they sent me on a wild goose chase: suggesting two different auto body shops about 10 miles away'. Those two shops said ''they didn't do welding and said 'try two different auto repair shops back another five miles. Those shops said 'your best bet was the UHaul Center in Tucson'. Bottom line....I borrowed an angle grinder and paid $18 for a diamond cutting blade for steel and did it myself, instead going to one of the three competent welding shops in Sierra Vista or the one near downtown Tucson. Also had a friend who had some work done and they couldn't get it right after two tries.

The carpet was clean but they did not honor their coupons. They did not give me the 2 rooms for…read more$79 deal that they advertise everywhere, they did not give me the 2 rooms of tile and grout cleaning for $99 that they have on their website. With so many options for carpet cleaning, their specials are what drew me in. They arrived and quoted me $375 to clean my tile and came up with 503 square feet which isn't even close to being correct! (I just measured). So I did not get any tile done and only opted for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning, instead of 6. And I won't use this company again.
