The fax was down. Couldn't get my fax sent. Two other older gentleman had been there for hours trying to fax and the folks made it seem like the fax number given by the men wasn't working. Went to the UPS store to have documents witnessed and notarized - The person working was very abrupt. We ask a lady in line if she could be a witness, she said sure. The person behind the counter said, "you need to bring your own witnesses". We are new here, we do not know anyone. How are you supposed to accomplish this? Very disappointed in this business - could of been handled so much nicer without leaving a sour taste in our mouths. Thankfully there are other notaries and shipping places here in Green Valley. read more

I have been in this store numerous times since moving to Sahuarita 6 months ago. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable AND helpful. This location is ALWAYS busy but their staff always gets me in and out. I read a previous review that called the employees lazy and I don't believe I've seen employees work as hard at any store I've been to before. read more

Katelyn was quite rude and did the barest of minimum in helping me. I know it's a busy time of year, but I only asked what the different options were for shipping time and that was obviously a real pain in her ass to answer and then she proceeded to put my invoice over the cash register and drop it (as opposed to setting it on the counter or handing it to me) because I was there to mail a package. Beware of Sarah Hernandez the UPS store notary. I had some documents notarized by Sarah today. Upon further review, I thought one section still needed additional information from her so I returned to UPS. Unfortunately I had misunderstood and the documents were fine as is. Sarah's response and explanation was extremely condescending and harsh. She seemed highly irritated that I was questioning where her signature was required. I was so taken aback that I said 'sorry, I didn't mean to be stupid.' Sarah proceeded to look straight ahead and refused to acknowledge my comment. I walked out alongside another customer (who witnessed the exchange) and he said "wow, I am really sorry you had to go through that, she was terribly rude." So there you have it... you may want to consider taking your notary business elsewhere. read more
