The service was top notch, I needed to send a box and had it packed by them. A few hours later my box was being shipped.

I don't understand why anyone would give this store such low marks. I use it frequently as in at least once a month. Staff is always very friendly. Today is no exception. I was looking for another store that scanned documents. I didn't realize the service was provided at a UPS store. This made my life so much easier as I was making a return of a purchase at this location. How convenient. I has a rather large stack of paperwork that needed to be installed, scanned , restablecer and sent to an email address not my own. Destinee was on top of it. All this for less than $6!!! it would have taken me all day at my house to do this. I can't tell you how grateful I am for the staff at this store! Keep up the good work Destinee. Sorry business. Do not use. I had a package going to Lakeland Fl. The address was right but lady did not put unit 18 on label. It was returned by ups. I went back to store had to get it corrected and they charged me again. Sent email with copy of both receipts asking to be reimbursed. NO response from store. Great way to run a business. My package was supposed to be delivered which required a signature, I was not home so I got a note saying it would be left at a CVS Drug store the following day, when I tracked the package it said it was left at an Advance Auto Parts store. Very strange. I tried to call and reach someone at UPS forget that, not answer, then I tried : contact us and leaving a message, no way to send it, it just sat there. Then finally called another # on the back of the " sorry we missed you note" and got a person in another country and he had to tell me the entire story of why the pkg was not left, which I already knew and then he said it would not be where the note said it would be , but at an Auto Parts store. Extremely bad way to do business. Sad! Then I went back to website to try to get info on shredding and had NO luck. SAD again. FED X is much better. :( read more

I did business with this location for over 5 years, however when I went to this location on December 20, 2021 to ship a quilt for a baby I wasn't given any choice of shipment speed. The clerk was rude and didn't pay attention to my question about the exorbitant shipping charge. I was charged $180 to ship a quilt that weighed about 24 ounces. I asked her if there was a cheaper option - she disregarded my question. I visited the store two more times and requested the owner to call me. She NEVER DID !!! Needless to say I have disputed this charge with UPS but they stand by the store and refused to give me any consideration. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB. I will no longer be using this location and please be aware of the staff attitude toward senior citizens. read more

Horrible experience. They didn't deliver my package. I came to this store and the only thing they could help me with is giving me thr number to an IVR that doesn't allow me to speak to an agent. Nothing but a headache. Stick to USPS or DHL. read more

Is there an option for 0 stars? Christina/Christine (who ever) was rude. Not a single polite or nice thing about her. We walked in, super nice and explained what we were picking up and she just looked at us like we were crazy, didn't say a word. Never sending anything to this location again. Only because she was awful. She put a whole new meaning to 'going postal'. read more

I used this location to send a box of clothing to myself to avoid incurring checked bag fees at the airport. The UPS workers are not friendly, give second rate service, are smart asses, and when the box finally arrived at my home it was so destroyed the only thing barely holding it together was all the excess tape I used in packaging it. I came to this UPS store after asking around for a place to get notary service and I was eventually directed here. I recently retired from a 20 year career in the military and just moved back to the U.S. from an overseas tour. I needed a piece of paper notarized. I walked into this store and was greeted by the clerk. I was the only customer. I asked if I could have something notarized and the clerk- Kristina Gonzales- said yes. I handed her the paper and my passport which she took. She told me to sign my paper and she began filling out an entry in her book. She asked me if I had a driver's license with my address on it. I said no I did not, I just moved here. So she was like "So you don't have a driver's license with your address on it?" I said no again. I happened to have a folder of papers that has an application for a Mississippi driver's license filled out with my information and 2 items indicating proof of my address here in MS. I proceeded to show them to her explaining I just moved here and in fact, I am in the process of obtaining a driver's license in addition to getting all of my affairs straightened out from being overseas for a few years which is why I was here getting notary service. Her attitude changed, she acted rude and huffy and no longer spoke to me except to grab my papers rudely and looked through them and then said once again, "So you don't have a driver's license?" As if she didn't understand me the first 2 times, like was my answer supposed to change? I told her " No, I do not have a driver's license." I don't see what her problem was. She already had signed my paper and stamped it, she obviously just wanted to be confrontational like I was in the wrong for not having a current driver's license. A passport is a sufficient ID for notary guidelines as it is a government issued identification containing a picture and my signature for comparison or she could have refused to do it since she obviously had a huge problem accepting an ID issued by the U.S Department of State over a measly state issued ID but she did not need the rude, very unwelcoming attitude. She completed the process but didn't say another word to me or look at me except to say "$15." for the service. After she gave me my receipt, I tried to tell her I didn't appreciate her asking me the same question 3 times very rudely but she pointedly walked away and started talking to another customer making it obvious she was ignoring me. I certainly hope the $15 charge isn't compensated to her specifically because she was just nasty. I am planning to call tomorrow and speak to a supervisor. I can't stand people who are in a customer service position and are rude when the paying customer hasn't done anything wrong except walk in their store for help. And from reading other Yelp reviews, this isn't the only time she specifically has been so rude that it didn't know unnoticed by someone else. I like the convenience of that store plus my husband gets his hair cut next door but if I go in next time and she is there, I won't be conducting any business with her, I will leave and go somewhere else. read more

Do NOT go here to ship things. Find a different place PLEASE. If I could give negative stars I would. I went into the store to ship some items to my deployed husband. The district manager helped me. He said the total was $83. I said there was a less expensive option. He said there wasn't. I told him we had been in several times the preceding month and spent hundreds of dollars shipping things and that the last box we shipped was similar in size and weight and was only $24. He said no way but if I showed him the receipt that the shipping would be on him. I did show him the receipt, and he said that we had been charged that in error. He didn't pay my shipping as he said he would if I showed him the receipt. There were several witnesses and other employees in the store who heard him tell me he would pay for shipping if I had a receipt yet he refused. He was VERY rude to me. It's not my fault if I was charged a lesser amount than I should have been. It is however his fault for not honoring his word and treating me so rudely. FedEx for this girl from now on. I do not recommend this place as the management needs training on how to treat customers. This jerk costs UPS my future business. My next rant is to corporate office to officially file a complaint against him. read more
