Not just for mailing anymore... Back in the day you would go to the UPS or the Fed Ex Store to send or pick up a package. Maybe the occasional notary service!!! Times have changed my friend, the times have changed. If you need any print work done, desk top publishing, mailers... what have you. This is the place to go. Fast friendly service. Family run and they do what it takes to get the job done. I moved my printing services to them about 6/7 months ago. The work has been great, I have no complaints. I brought some large pieces of art to this UPS store to ship to my daughter in Cincinnati. I was a bit worried about damages but did not have much of a choice as I needed to get them there. When I arrived in Cincinnati I was at my daughter's house when the box was delivered. I was amazed at what an incredibly awesome job that was done. The packaging was amazing. Two words, RUDE!!! And SMELLS!! I frequently this UPS that was convenient to me since I do not drive. Normally I only go to return items to Amazon. I never have to purchase a box for my packages since this is normally included in the return. Amazon and UPS had a deal to provide this service. Today, I was asked to purchase a box to return my items. I questioned this since that had not been the case before. Well, questioning is obviously not allowed at this UPSS because they were so rude. Told me that had always been the policy which was false. Of course, I told theN they were rude and obnoxious and left. Got in my friends car and redid the return and found Whole Fooda is now a return option and packaging is not required. That makes sense. I don't mind going to a Whole Foods however I do mind doing business with individuals at this UPS that don't know what they are talking about. They could have easily and nicely educated me that thIs change had happened. That would have been professional. And, UPS owners, change your carpet. Not of your dogs are absolutely lovely however the place stinks!!! read more

They were very friendly, provided quick replies to my emails, offered very competitive prices & packed my fragile item with great care which did arrive safely. Great service. I can always get my shipping needs fulfilled and questions answered. I love the dogs too, they are sweet. The store needs new carpets because of the the dog smell, but I'm ok with that, because the dogs are not alone at home when the owners are working. I'm obviously a dog lover too. read more

I explained to them I had to ship something important but my husband's lung had collapsed some months back, so they offered to assist anyway they could. I cud not make it the day we planned so I went the day I had to refill his prescription & as she opened the door, Vanneska was kind enough to take the pkg so I did not have to step in the store! I am really sorry to mess up a perfect thing, but I think this place could do better as a business with honest feedback as opposed to just constant 5-star reviews. First thing I noticed was that it smelled like there were dogs in the store. After scanning around for a few minutes - yep, there they were. Two (beautiful) dogs laying on the carpet in the employee work area. I have a mild allergy to dogs/dander, but if you have any type of significant allergy to dogs you will not be able to enter the store without having a reaction. It's potent in there. I came in to do one thing - print one page of paper. That's it. Totally simple, right? Well, I was given a few options on how to do it and I tried their computer first. I could sit and find the email and print it and be on my way. The computer didn't work. A woman behind the counter said that they were working on it right now. Okay, so I did it the other way - e-mailed my file to the employee and she printed it. It took about five minutes for the e-mail to appear and then she printed it. In color. And it cost $1.16. I did not ask for color, and for a piece of paper (it was for an auto inspection) did it really have to be in color? No. And at that price? Really. So, they get two-stars because the employees were engaged in what they were doing. They were polite and kind. But the above issues really were a huge turnoff and I wouldn't return to this location. read more

This is my first yelp review and I felt compelled to do so because i am in awe of the thorough and thoughtful work of David, Lisa and all the team at UPS Store #1937 in Hallandale Beach, Florida. From afar, I had to ship a heavy and somewhat fragile bronze statue. David and his team went above and beyond to ensure the piece was not only most carefully packed--- an egg would have survived!-- but also to ensure the fragility of the piece was clear on the exterior for the shippers to see. They even put wheels and a "crown" on top indicating "do not stack". Im just so grateful to their attention to detail, their excellent communication throughout the process, and their kindness and patience with me in answering my myriad questions etc. as i was doing business with them from afar. And their pricing, especially considering their work, was very fair and worth every penny. I recommend them without hesitation for all your packing/shipping needs, from fragile to sturdy! 10 stars!! read more

the reason I am giving David Reiser a really bad review was 1st he had located the wrong item( not a bracelet) 2nd his lack of communication with me 3rd lacking in follow up skills & finally after trying to get any response from his office I called where he yelled at me then blamed wearing a mask for all the mistakes. I just wanted to move forward he yelled further denying he had any errors told me to go to hell and hung up. I am to understand he owns the company and has no one to tell him his bad behaviour could jeopardize his business. This is what he rambled off to me. I have a list of emails where I tried without success to get his office to work with me I would like to share them with your office. Please forward an email address where I can forward all correspondence with David Reiser. All I ever wanted was invoice# tracking# the things that are standard in any shipment/ not sure I want anyone to go thru this shipping nitemare still don't know where my items are? If David threw them in garbage he was pretty pissed off for whatever reason after I insisted an invoice # tracking# slamming a phone on any customer is just BAD for business. On an item worth $5.00 for shipping...they wanted to charge me $35 First Class. Just a couple of jewelry items. People are just so greedy. Sometimes I have to let these shippers keep the items as I am a volunteer animal rescuer & I re-sell. But the high-priced shipping can make it impossible to make a profit. Really horrible experience. You think you're using UPS. No. It's a franchise and they don't represent UPS very well. Took me 10 months to get my money from an insurance claim. I dealt with the owner (lisa)and she rarely called me back when she said she would. Her promises were not worth anything. I did eventually get my claim paid, but after months of aggravation. She isn't customer focused at all. I got paid when I said I was getting a lawyer. I'd think twice before I'd use them. Beware. read more
