They're located in the shopping center right behind T-Mobile and right next to Harbor City Modern Dentistry. The staff is always kind and inviting. While I was waiting in a long line at UPS, I watched the woman behind the counter prepare shipments for a few people. When she quoted the shipping rates, she would give them the most expensive rate only and wait till they asked for more options and act as if she didn't know there were other options. It was like she was trying to take advantage of the customers. Why would you only offer UPS Next Day Air for $195 for a package that they just told you was a gift valued at $40!? It was a small box of clothes. Something's not right! The same woman screwed up a USPS overnight package for me that I said MUST arrive next day. It did not arrive till 2 days later. Only use this place to return Amazon packages. I don't trust this place. Do your research before shipping. read more

I love this UPS so far. It's pretty new and it's near my house so when I have to head somewhere near this UPS I stop by. The staff is friendly unlike some other UPS stores in the Southbay that act so weird. There's always parking which is a plus. Way better than the one by Bruster's there's barely any parking there and it's so tight. I guess not a lot of people know about this one yet so it's never that busy. read more

I don't have a printer and this service is extremely helpful. And they sell stamps which is much easier than standing in line at the post office and looking for a place to park. Having a booking system and then failing to check it, kind of defeats the purpose of booking appointments. I understand traffic being a pain in LA but when we book for a 9am notary appointment only to be informed after our arrival the person who performs the service is going to be OVER an hour late, it comes off as unprofessional. A phone call informing us of the lapse would've been appreciated. We ended up having to drive to our nearest AAA to get the forms completed. read more

I Love this new location! They're open 7 days a week!!! They do almost any service you need. Amazon returns, notary, paper shredding, etc. It's also a nice and roomy location too! This store is the best thing to happen in Harbor City in recent years. Return your Amazon packages, and ship cargo. My Service Requested was for notary services. The Value of the service is immeasurable because I am dealing with a life and death health issue that needs immediate attention. Had a terrible experience tonight dealing with the new older light haired lady w the long ponytail and accent. She is rude and completely out of her mind. The 1st amazon return she helped me with a week ago was never scanned into the tracking system so it still shows as never being dropped off. Tonight she refused to offer me tape for a box (the other associate did) and wouldnt let me see the amazon return label I emailed them to print. When I told her I emailed multiple labels and needed to see it to match to the item she asked "what my problem w her was" and told me "this how all the customers use amazon labels". I ignored her because girl what the hell and repeated that I cant tell her what item the label goes w until I see it. She finally lets me look at it and keeps talking non sense...I remember something about how she couldnt show me because "I havent paid for the label" (wtf how does that remotely make sense? You haven't rung it up because you dont know what package it goes on. A true genius this lady is). I tell her I ll wait for the other associate and I didnt want her assistance. While Im standing there waiting for the other associate to come from the back of the store a ups driver is wheeling boxes out and says to her "hey this box isnt taped up" and she replies "customers think we re going to tape boxes, tape is right there to purchase, its not free, oh well". I guess that was supposed to be a passive aggressive dig like I gave a damn, but couldnt help but feel bad for whoevers box was about to go out on the truck open. Ive never known a ups store to ration out tape before until this looney tune. On that note I just took my returns and went to the store off Crenshaw and Sepulveda no way was I about to trust these people. Never going to this location again and if I do I will NOT be dealing w her and her stank attitude. Do better! read more
