If you log in to YELP, and drill down on this reviewer's profile, you will see she is quite generous in dispensing 1-star reviews. As I understand it, this KAREN had a temper-tantrum when Phil decided to pass on a confusing, faxed, request, from someone out of town.

I went in, paid, signed a rental agreement, and pulled in around back where an employee loaded up the two 70-inch projector screens we had ordered. It was very easy to get in and out. When my co-workers and I started unloading the screens, the first thing we noticed was the thick layer of dirt on them. I remembered an employee at the storefront telling me their guys had picked them up at the warehouse to find the size they charged us for. It's clear they had been sitting in there for years. The one pictured is silver instead of white, one of many things that points to its age. It has a large stain as well as a rip in the center. I feel like I should be projecting LaserDiscs on it, not a high definition projector. I can't believe they still have this and feel like it's okay to charge people money to rent it out. Don't rent anything from them before you see it.
