I was told I was going to fix cell phones and laptops. When another manager took over, I was told I would be making delieveries, merchandise transfers to Athens and all the way to Florence, battery changes in cars, and everything OTHER than what I was hired for. They advised us to lie to customers to keep them, push them into buying things they didn't need, especially the elderly, and would get in trouble if we didn't make a sale, or recommended a place who could help them, as well as other shady things.
