Apparently #UPS @UPS doesn't monitor franchise store owner/staff customer service/behavior. -When I asked if I will receive "tracking information" on a package that I was sending the reply, not in a positive tone was; "That's not us, we don't provide it, it's them"! Assuming he meant it was the company that provided the label? When I returned home, I realized that information was missing from several fields on the receipt provided. Curious if tracking information from UPS would be provided if pertinent information was loaded into your system when a package is dropped off? I would have used Fed Ex as they automatically provide tracking information connected to ones email address, shipping address, phone number and name in their system. One has to believe, if your staff were to take the time to infill pertinent information when accepting a package that tracking would be provided? Doesn't seem like rocket science, but perhaps it is. In the end, if you're "NOT UPS" as you state in reply to other review and you're not interested in using your game, perhaps you should lower the UPS signs in and around your property.

Finally an issue happened and she sent a case of our wine with someone else or lost it or drank it. She blamed us and said we picked it up. We did not. No signature for receiving in. After a massive fight, Stacey decided to not notify of us of any of our recurring shipments coming in. She then would sit on the wine for a month and then return to sender. We figured this out through UPS and FedEx. It took a month for her to return to sender and then weeks on the truck. Now we have to deal with our favorite vineyards for possibly destroyed wine simply because she doesn't like us. I think anyone would be frustrated by the loss of wine and being told that we were lying about it. And then be nasty and return wine just because you don't like someone.

When I explained this the manager said they sent notice, when I asked when he could not give me a date. I only found out because my renewed credit card was returned to my bank. I had the box address on my stationary and cards and when I asked if the same box was still available for rent I was told no. So now I have to reprint stationary and cards.
