He was working hard and the supervisor Daniel was just pecking at him IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Small stuff about how he need to pick it up, or just figure it out when a hand held scanner went dead. There were 3 other coworkers there standing, but the supervisor didn't get them to help, and no one offered. Seems like a little more shift supervisor training would go a long way. Unfortunate.
