    Terrible customer service is always slow and late to put out packages by far the worst post office ive ever experienced.

    This is probably one of the worst places I've ever worked. Messy, unorganized, rude leaders. If you…read morewant to see a bunch of grown men constantly yelling at each other... this is the place . I worked here for almost a year and seen the supervisor almost get into a fist fight with the FEDEX guy because HE was going into the drivers vehicle and the FedEx guy was telling him to get out of his truck. They will also give you the run around if you ask them a question. I literally asked the owner a question, who told me to go to the front office lady , who told me to go to the HR lady, who told me to to go to my immediate supervisor who told me to go back to the owner. I don't think anyone could answer any of my questions. It took me several emails to get ahold of HR for several questions. The icing on the cake? A week before Thanksgiving they let us out early and then never called us back into work for FOUR DAYS! I told my leader if they were letting me go or if I had to put in my 2 weeks notice. They never got back to me about my job. Very cool ! Don't work here if you're a male who is even decent at working because they will make you feel like you know absolutely nothing.

I sent my out of warranty Momentum to them for a second hand repair, got an email that the estimate for service was ready, and I have since spent HOURS trying to get in touch with their service center just so I can pay for the service. Sure wish I had checked the Google/Yelp reviews before getting involved with these people. Appalling service...

    I purchased a watch and the watch brand is either owned by Lowen or is at a minimum contracted to…read moreperform their warranty work. Owned the watch literally for 1 day, wore it once and had an issue. After working with the retailer, we were finally able to get Lowen to cover the issue under warranty (they had to replace the case) but it was like pulling teeth. The retailer had to get involved to make it happen. That was in March. I finally get the watch back into my possession in June. Upon receiving the watch, I immediately found the T Bar stripped. Of course, when I sent to them for warranty both T Bars were fine. They are NOT covering this under warranty. I emailed them asking why I was being charged for the T Bar. Their response was to send me an email with a notification for payment and letting me know if I did not pay it they would not repair the watch. So I was forced to pay. AND of course they do not stock the T Bars and it will now be an additional 90 days for parts. Purchased a watch, wore 1 day, wont have had it in my possession for nearly 7 months.
