We live in California. Temporarily living here in Henderson for a couple of months, for work. We called and spoke to Stephanie. We got a personal mail box all set up. Stephanie was extremely helpful, insightful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, accommodating, understanding and provided us with wonderful customer service. She explained everything step-by-step, and there were no surprises! Every time we go to check our mail, Stephanie and Judy have been the ones to help us with any questions that we may have. I was in the area and thought I could quickly pop into this UPS Store, but unfortunately it was not a great experience. I waited in a long line while two employees seemed to struggle to assist one customer, which made the wait even longer. When it was finally my turn, I realized the adhesive on my package wasn't sticking well. I simply asked the gentleman at the counter if he could add some tape to secure it. I was told I would have to pay for the tape. I understand that costs have gone up, but charging a customer over a dollar just to use a small amount of packing tape is honestly absurd. A roll of tape costs only a few dollars, and this felt like an unnecessary charge for something that should have been a simple courtesy. I've always understood that businesses need to cover their costs, but there's a difference between reasonable fees and nickel-and-diming customers. This experience left a really bad impression and felt more like robbery than customer service read more

I went to send a package out to California that was medium sized with a pre paid label. The lady working there said it would cost 60 dollars for bubble wrap and for her to pack it. I asked if i could just pack it myself and she said they don't allow customers to use their tape which I found hilarious. 60 dollars for bubble wrap and to have them pack a simple item with a prepaid label. Absolutely Rediculous and awful customer service. I went to another ups store nearby and asked them if that's normal and they laughed and said no. Avoid this ups store. They're actively trying to rip people off. read more

Went to the UPS Store to ship customer checks 2nd day air to a company in Holiday, Florida. My job was recently sold to this company (my last day is on Friday) and they do all the accounting stuff that I used to do, including depositing customer checks. The label was already printed back at the office, so there was no need for me to pay for shipping up front. My coworker accidentally threw out our UPS letter envelopes while cleaning and packing up. I was probably going to have to ask for an envelope when I got here, but I was lucky enough to find an extra one sitting around at the office. There were two people in front of me and three employees working there. I could tell that they were busy at work getting the line to move quickly. I was helped by Stephanie and she was incredibly nice. Because it wasn't too busy at the time of my visit, I was in and out of there in less than a minute. All she did was scan the label, hand me a receipt and I was on my way. When I left, more people were getting in line and it was getting busier than usual. The manager and assistant manager are nothing short of amazing! They helped me to retrieve a package my elderly mother had sent out to a dishonest person trying to take advantage of her. They went above and beyond to retrieve the package. What a blessing it is to have honest hardworking competent people on your staff! Had them print some color pages for me. Paid for thick cardstock. Ordered online for pickup at this location, was told 2 day turnaround. Almost 10 days later it was "done" with them only printing 1/2 of what I ordered on card stock, rest was on cheap copy paper. Seriously only useful as an amazon drop off point read more

We have been using this store for about a year now, sometimes to ship items (a little more expensive but much easier to get to that USPS) or to drop off returns. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, they work hard to get the line moving and I have never waited more than 10 minutes before it's my turn during busy times. Michelle is also a public notary and she's bailed me out twice now when the banks in the same shopping center did not have anyone on staff. We've been using UPS mainly for printing items for our fitness studio, as we're in the same parking lot over at F45 Training Henderson. It's been over a couple years that we've sent things over to print last minute, in color, double sided, posters, many many pages, etc. The entire team is always on top of getting things. The UPS store in Green Valley Parkway by Smiths in Henderson Nv has always been where I've taken any shipping. Today I went in and they were unhelpful , curt and rude because they thought I didn't have the shipping label on package-I did. The one that primarily helped me , had a mask on, but it was not covering her nose , the other women didn't have a mask on at all-it's not a very large space to have to be in if others aren't wearing masks. My Daughter had to go in 2 weeks ago to have a contract notarized- the same older women helped her -and wasn't pleasant then either. My daughter came back and said no one at all that worked there had a mask on and it was crowded. Masks are being worn to protect other people, but obviously caring about customers is not a priority. It's close , but will not go there or recommend it again. Would give 0 stars - but I couldn't . read more

I came in to mail an eBay package and I seriously miscalculated the shipping. The only way to bring the shipping down was to completely repackage in a smaller box. Luckily, Asst. Store Manager BRITTNEY had a box just the right size along with leftover bubble wrap. Brittney gave me a crash course in UPS Shipping (educate the customer) along with some good tips about packing and the UPS APP. I got my item shipped by her and in the process she gave me a 15% discount as I shipped it UPS Ground. BRITTNEY is an excellent employee!!! Can't thank her enough. 5 STAR REVIEW!!!! read more

The store manager changed the dimensions by an inch from what the actual ones were. She actually looled at them because they were printed on the box and then saw i had a coupon to use so she input the box by an inch bigger each way so it would charge more. For real... I never review places like Post Offices or gas stations but I have to give credit where credit is due! I went in this morning to ship a box of jam to Texas from Knotts Berry Farm. The attendant Wyatt behind the counter was nice and personable. He didn't just address my shipping. He spoke with casual conversation and made the shipping experience a little more relatable and personal... you know like humans Should interact with each other! Another lay came out from behind the counter to join our conversation and was just as pleasant. Congradulations, Pebble Marketplace UPS, after 113 reviews, you received my first one star review. On my visit to The UPS store in Pebble Marketplace, I left with the impression it is disorganized and customer unfriendly. I went here for a money order. The Manager (I'll omit that person's name), in the not most friendly, and a rushed manner told me that they don't take money orders after 2 PM. Besides being such an absurd policy, the manager had no suggestions of where to pick up a money order, or acknowledgment of me as a customer. By the way it was 2:15 PM. This is like going to a pharmacy and the Pharmacist saying we don't take prescrptions after 2 PM. Plus there was packing material all over the floor. This is the second time I left here disappointed. Places like this ar e an argument for the mega retailer. After leaving here disappointed, I went to the location at Pecos and Windmill. I left with a much better impression of a UPS store. Although a customer may visit your establishment for a minor item like a money order, that person might return for more business. read more

They have employees who are rude and discriminatory. I came in the store at.12 noon one day in July. I was having a lunch date at 1pm so I was in a hurry. I didn't get acknowledged by an older lady who was standing by the counter. I went straight to the counter and I was writing something on my paper. She did not talk to me . She totally ignored me and there was just one lady inside who they were helping already.and was waiting. When a couple came in she helped them and I asked for a cover sheet because I was going to fax documents. That older lady gave it to me and she went inside and talked with another lady about relocating to a red state and so on which I couldn't care less. I was done writing with my cover sheet and I called out if they do fax to get their attention. I feel like I was being ignored. The other lady shouted out if i was ready so I got pissed off and told her how rude she was and left. Another UPS store got my business and I paid $20.00 for my fax. I felt if i was not a minority I probably would have been treated differently. read more

I walk in to have a letter notarized, and patiently wait for the employee to finish her conversation with a lady about her dog.. after about 2-3 minutes of standing there being ignored, i begin to exit the store, the employee then asks me if she can help me, I then ask to have the letter notarized, and she tells me that the notary will not be in for several hours. At this UPS store, 1000 N. Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, Nevada... customer service and knowledgement of international shipping packages is non existent! They shipped a package to me in Mexico unaware of customs regulations in accepting personal medications to be delivered to me. Mexico refused package! We were told at time of packaging and shipment that it maybe opened by customs but confiscated! UPS Resolutions called store and requested acceptance from store's manager to have package shipped back to sender. They have refused because it would cost them for shipping back to States! They were happy to take $287 for the mailing! Originally the first UPS store refused to mail it out because they were not aware of Mexico's customs regulations when shipping personal medications! This store takes your money then couldn't care less what happens after it leaves them! I have been given the run around..employees not understanding and giving good customer service! S. I came in to mail a package and the employee that tended to me immediately printed out a sticker for my package to be sent overnight without asking how I wanted it to be delivered. I ended up paying more than twice as much as I would have for regular delivery. Given the choice between UPS and the USPS as they're both in the same shopping center, I'm going to mail everything strictly USPS from now on. I just went in with two Amazon package returns that didn't give me a code instead I was supposed to print them out. The older woman/attendant printed them out without discussing it with me. Proceeded to package them up and then charged me $2. Yes it's only two dollars but one of the items only cost $9 and it's an exchange. When I asked her what the two dollars worth for it was to print out two pieces of paper with black ink, NO COLOR. If I had understood this was going to cost me money I could have went home and printed them out myself. Furthermore, When the fuck does it cost $2 to print out two pieces of paper. I get that you need to make money in someway but it should be discussed prior to the "service"...... I live a few blocks away and I could've went home and printed these out for free. Not cool. I am however happy that Kohl's is now taking Amazon because Kohl's is actually closer to me and not shady... you've lost a customer that ships other items on a weekly basis for $2 read more

All I can say is that there is a young woman that works at the store named Madi. She is the most pleasant and informed and kind young lady I have met in such a long time. She made my experience more than pleasant. This is a happy young lady in the UPS store m. The green valley location is lucky to have such a prized employee. If I could give a zero, I would. This place is a typical bait and switch operation. I took a non breakable package in to be mailed. It was weighed and I was told it would be $16.18 for standard ground. I needed a 12X12 box so my total was then $23.+ My items were in a bag and all it needed was to be placed in the box and sealed. No packing material....nothing. Time to pay and my bill is now $28.62. When I questioned it I was told she changed the amount since she had to pack it. There are many choices for mailing and I won't be returning to this store. read more

Oddly, since then I've just used the blue mail box to directly put the mail into and EVERY letter I've mailed has been received. If you notice, most of the reviews are old and the reviewer hasn't reviewed anyone slse. Really not that out the ordinary of a UPS store. Yes there is a lot of family working there and slightly all over the place but meh everything I've shipped made it and on the correct date. They give a 15% discount for people shipping to deployed Military(thank btw). They're around the corner from my house. The one woman I usually have helping me is very nice and remembers me every time. It's a UPS store not a restaurant, verify you stuff, you can't send it back to the kitchen. read more

Needed to return a package to sender, they wanted to charge me $2.00 to put one piece of tape across the box. Got the wrong item from amazon and it said to take it back to a UPS store. I had to explain to her that my wife has a PO Box there, then she rolled her eyes and told her daughter/assistant to "just tape it". Poor attitude, poor service. I didn't need to buy anything so I understand I wasn't contributing to their business except for the amazon prime service I have that allowed UPS to ship me a package, but the attitude was unnecessary. Would've gladly paid $2 or more if the lady was just nicer. read more
