The young lady was kind enough to call her father, the owner, who advised me that if the delivery is important to me, to take it to the post office next time. This sadly is the closest business center to our home...... Three people in this location 2 women, I think one is the owner (she has a way about her that IS NOT ingratiating) at least the couple times I go in here a year. The other gal is helpful when the owner isn't asking her what she's doing.... The third is a man, who asks to help then follows up with I am new so I don't know. REALLY??? Come on either train this guy or cut him loose, cuz he is just in the way. How this place stays open is mind boggling I would guess cuz it's closest to many subdivisions in a shopping center. I have been a customer at this PostNet location for over three years now and the only complaint that I have is that people don't love them as much as I do. Honestly, who loves to stand in line to ship a package or to fax a document? And why are you still faxing anything? All I know is that I have been able to ship and receive packages, buy stamps, shipping supplies and greeting cards, and print flyers without any issues. The staff works hard and tries their best. Well, in walked miss pushy impatient lady (maybe the manager?), and got nasty with my wife because she couldn't remember the date to put on the invoice. When she inquired about a shipping label, she replied "this is how we do it here, if you don't like it, go to FedEx". Well thank you for the suggestion miss attitude, that's what we will do. Ordinarily I would recommend small businesses because the customer service is generally better and more personal. In the case of PostNet at 2880 Bicentennial Parkway, I would make an exception. Unless you want poor customer service and rude treatment, AVOID this place at all costs! Instead, go to Fed Ex/Kinkos at St. Rose Parkway & Eastern or Office Max on Eastern north of St. Rose Parkway. Today I went in to get what should have been a simple job completed. I wanted some two-side documents copied and e-mailed to me in PDF format. I was was greeted by a female clerk whose name I don't know (she was a 20-30's, fair skin and portly). When I explained what I wanted done she immediately replied with... "We can't do that...". That should have been my fist cue to leave and do business elsewhere. The fist rule in professional customer service is not to tell patrons what can't be done, but instead START the conversation with what CAN be done. Now in fairness, the clerk did go on to say how I could get my job done. However, she spoke in such a fast, loud and arrogant manner it was a huge turn off. She displayed ZERO patience and no sense that she wanted to interact in a polite and professional manner. She spoke at such a high volume that it attracted the attention of the other customers in the store (and it is a very SMALL store). She was literally like a Bull in a museum. Unfortunately I chose to continue my business there and agreed to have her make the copies. Despite me clearly explaining that I wanted BOTH sides of my documents which were two-sided documents copied, on two of my four documents she made only one-sided copies. Perhaps 50% accuracy is acceptable for PostNet, but anywhere else 50% is an F! Unbelievably when I brought to her attention that she did not make two-sided copies on two of my documents she tried to justify her blatant error by telling me she didn't think the "other side was important." Finally fed up with her incredibly rude and disrespectful treatment informed her that the way in which she was talking in such a loud and rapid manner was rude. Her reply was... "Sorry, I just talk fast"... Seriously, not even a sincere apology??? Thankfully, there was another clerk there who stepped in to help and she was an angel . She was everything that the first clerk was not. The second clerk was patient, had a quiet calming demeanor, expressed compassion and she completed the job perfectly . I suppose this review is a "Tale of Two Stories." The fist one of rude, disrespectful treatment and poor customer service, the second one of kind and gracious communication and outstanding customer service! My wife takes a priority mail box into the Bicentennial store to ship. She didn't have any shipping tape. The person behind the counter started putting some shipping tape on the box, then said it would be $1. My wife didn't have any cash and the store had a rule of $5 minimum to use a debit card. The worker told her she had to buy a roll of tape for $7.68. The worker had already put their tape on the box and never used the tape my wife bought. This was the stores way of making money. They gave up $100 of business every month for 10 cents of tape. I encourage you to not use this store. Stores don't charge how bags to our merchandise in so why would this store give up business for 10 cents! Absolutely idiotic! read more

I have to tell you the people in this area that seem to be giving Jo horrible reviews are basically the same people that expect to get their butts kissed. Inspirada is a very snooty area with a lot of people here that feel entitled for some odd reason (The area is not THAT nice to warrant the snobbery here). Everyone walks around with their noses in the air and expect to be bowed down to when they go to your business with their bad attitude and bratty kids. She's running a business and is professional at all times despite dealing with the entitled freak show of a population. I think her and her staff handle themselves very well and I get along with her great. Want to know why? Because I don't go in trying to get one over on her, I speak to her with the respect that I would want reflected back to me, and I don't expect for her to break rules just because I live in this area and have a bit of money. Oh and that one reviewer from Danville CA, I lived in San Ramon on the border of their city and Danville people are even more rude and entitled than the people here. PostNet charged me $26 for a USPS medium size flat rate box today. It would have been $16.10 at a Post Office. Because of time and the high cost of gas, along with price hikes in other necessities like food and medicine, I mistakenly thought I would save time and dollars by going somewhere closer to my home. The young woman behind the register there just kept repeating "that's $26" and didn't explain anything about why it cost an extra $10 more than the Post Office. Never again. Now I'm telling everyone I know how PostNet ripped off someone who's on a fixed income without one ounce of concern. read more

Unfortunately there's a new employee there a young black woman who's just downright rude. She gave me a clear shipping label protected and basically told me to do it myself. I had no problem with that, but the adhesive wouldn't come off right. Terrible service! I ship all my packages at this location and have been for two years! This morning I was treated terrible and will never step foot in this business again! I went in to send 3 boxes. The employee had to tape them up and precedes to tell me that it will be $3. I was a shocked because not once had I ever been charged anything for some tape for my boxes. The employee never told me once that there was a $5 minimum for using a debit card As he taped up my boxes. I preceded to pay and the lady, I am assuming that was in charge said it was a $5 minimum to use a debit card and at that point tried to sell me some stamps. It's been fine for quick things like mailing packages, which can still sometime be a headache because they never seem to have the correct size boxes... Also, it is EXTREMELY IRRITATING to call your store DURING BUSINESS HOURS and get a recording requesting that you leave a message for a full service business, not a one man/person mom and pop shop! If you are open during business hours, someone should be answering the phone, even if you have to put someone on hold the phone should always be answered during business hours.
