I like this office Depot because it's close to my house. It's located in a big shopping center, lots of parking and super easy to find. I will say this having been to many office depots all over the United States, this one one compares definitely in the top 20% for cleanliness, organization, and friendly stuff I really like how everything is well laid out. Looking for a computer? They got you looking for a printer, they got you looking for ink. They got you in spades. Exclamation it's nice that they have everything laid out and easy to find. One of the things I appreciate about office Depot is everybody is super friendly and eager to help. As I was wondering around the store I had no fewer than three people ask me if they could help me find something and reiterate that if I did need something they were able to help. Bottom line?, it's office Depot. Make sure you join the rewards program, as it can add up quickly, especially if you are a small business. read more

Worst customer service at the print shop. Instead of help printing 5 sheets right before closing the old people just stood there threatening the closing. I asked for help quickly. Got nothing but told to hurry up. It's shame because the younger associates on the retail side are great and very helpful. read more

I was told I needed to use the Canva app which we did, we just wanted the person at the counter to take a look at it since it was our first time, that was a hard no. THE ALMIGHTY PENNY... I was shopping at this location yesterday around 6 pm. Needed to pick up a few items for my business upon checkout I was signaled by a kid working at the print station. He offered to ring up my purchase. The total came to $34.61. Unfortunately I only had exactly $34.60. ‍. I figured the kid would do me a courtesy and allow me to slide on penny owed. Surprisingly he refused and wouldn't complete the transaction. Our company spends large sums of money yearly with office depot to be met with such disrespect is unacceptably cringe worthy. After arguing with the ignorant cashier he did the right thing in the end and went ahead with the transaction. If this is the essence and core values of how they expect their staff to react to customers then I reccomend that everyone should shop elsewhere that appreciates every penny spent. ...heres a shiney one to think about! read more

I miss the days of Copy and Print when Jen worked there. Now they try to do self serve but if machines don't work and pick-up orders are not in place, it doubles the time and aggravation. Didn't want to help anyone, didn't warn us that the color ink (red specifically) was printing weird until we printed a sample invitation. Wasted 30 mins in the store and nothing was accomplished. I needed to print and bind paperwork for work and every place I called they said they weren't able to help me with my timeline. I the. went to Office Depot and Jackie helps me with my request. She does her best with the time we had but then it got extremely crowded at the print center. I felt like she was the only one working trying to help multiple people at once. I am truly thankful for all her help because I think she was supposed to be out of here at 4pm but she stayed to help me until my request was done. I purchased a chair and the $7.99 protection plan. The chair was never shipped (that part of the order was cancelled), but I was still charged for the plan. I cannot get a refund on the plan. I have contacted Office Depot, Allstate Square Trade, and now I'll have to make a claim with my credit card. Do not purchase any type of Square Trade plan without first getting the product. I did not know that Office Depot sold tablets and phones but when I went in there the other day with my boyfriend to get some stationery items and an easel I saw that they had a couple of tablets and phones for sale so I decided to check those out. I'm glad I did because they had a special on a tablet that normally sells for $399 for $199 which I thought was a smashing deal. I tried to bargain with the guy to have Office Depot pay for the tax but that was unsuccessful, and apparently they they don't get into the whole bargaining gag as much as I thought they would. So I was able to get the tablet and he got his pens and easel and we got decent service although it took him awhile to find someone to help him but once he did he got it all figured out. read more

There are several people who work here and it seems like when there is a line waiting at the ONE check out they have open by the printer cartridges, it takes a really long time before someone takes notice and opens another register. The person at the check out does not make the effort to notify anyone of a line, the people in the copy section just hang out and chit chat with each other instead of offering to help. Actually the only time I have seen them take someone from the line to help is when told to do so by the manager.
