Expensive and you are on your own with follow up if any problems. No one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. They really don't want to help you once they have your money. The tracking is terrible: my package was out for delivery, then flipped to "On the Way." Attempts to contact the store or UPS went nowhere. Can't talk with a human. The voice systems redirect you elsewhere. I have very little confidence in this business. Will not use again. read more

Geez did you know UPS will take your shipping styrofoam and fillings to recycle?? I wish they had a sign saying so! I learned this on the Nextdoor App and called to verify it was accurate. It certainly is! All of your packing fillings do not have to go to the dump!! I have been here a few times also to mail things out. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I am probably not the best customer when it comes to mailing things out because I have no idea what I am doing!! But it doesn't matter because they do. And they are always patient and nice about it even if they think you're a total idiot! Not sure if they do but I can only imagine :) read more

This is a typical shipping store where they accommodate all your shipping needs. I dropped off an electronic device that was defective and had been replaced by my provider. The paperwork was provided so it was just a matter of handing it off to the attendant who was pleasant and reassuring. She gave me the tracking number so I could keep up with the progress of my shipment. This shop is located in the shopping center with Harris-Teeter so there is ample free parking. We were in and out within 4 minutes. read more

would give 0 stars if I could. our critically Ill daughters medical supplies were left at the wrong address and then thrown into the road. when we called to complain they stated that they were in the right because of a picture they put of the delivery which wasn't even our house. was then called by another customer service rep and when we voiced our concerns (angrily) we were met with the same anger and poor customer service as our delivery. this place is terrible and could care lesa about your product as long as they make money off you. read more

Heads up! If you order from a merchant that gives you the option of having your packages delivered to a nearby UPS store, just know this store charges a $5 per package "holding" fee. I picked up my packages within minutes of receiving the email from the merchant that they had been delivered. They weren't sitting around for days. Not sure if all UPS stores charge. Not the place to go if you want to be treated with kindness and respect! I entered the store with a package that I needed to ship. Two employees at the front counter were deep in conversation and didn't bother to stop talking when I came in. One of the employees looked at me, saw my package, and patted the scale for me put the package on. I told her that I already had a paid label on it but I needed to check the weight because I thought it weighed more than what I paid for. She said it didn't matter because my card would be charged if it weighed more. She went ahead and processed it without telling me the extra charge and went back to talking to the other employee. I had to interrupt again and ask if the package would still be delivered on time. She didn't even check but said it would be delivered either Wednesday or Thursday. She then dismissed me and went back to her conversation. It was obvious that I had bothered her just by coming into the store. Won't make that mistake again! read more
