I'm glad we have a Yelp! so we can draw attention to our small businesses. I just got in my car from conducting business here and was so pleased with everything I wanted to make sure I submitted this review before I got distracted. I've been here before but I think management may have changed since the last time I was here. Regardless, these folks are excellent. This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! I would love to write a longer review, but what more is there to say? Ooh! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.) Plus there are a lot of other great businesses around including a Kroger, Arby's, a sub shop, a Chinese restaurant, and, at the end, a motor vehicle and driver license bureau so can kill (more than!) two birds with one stone. :-) read more

I didn't feel welcome, dropping packages here. I was met with brusque service, it was not forthcoming and accommodating. Once the packages were submitted and accepted, things smoothed out. Compared to other locations, I would revisit the training curriculum here in regards to customer service. read more

The franchise is family owned and I always get great service from this store. I have a mail box here and I get updates when packages arrive so I know when to go pick them up. The service is great and all of the employees really take the time to explain the services that you may need or want for what you are doing. Anyone that complains about slow or poor service, just doesn't understand what they are looking at. Any most of the negative complaints I saw before I posted mine were probably negative customers before they walked in. The thing about waiting in line is, sometimes you see the worst in other people. The staff does a great job even with "the entitled" customer. I send things out monthly or so, and when there is a long line, the crew is really working hard to be efficient, but effective. You can tell they have regulars, because they address a lot of people by name. Equally, during lockdown, they must have been a required service company, because they were crazy busy then. If you need something sent UPS or you need a mailbox, I can't praise the service here enough. New faces behind the counter seem to be well-trained quickly, unlike some stores where the trainee is on the floor or on the register by themselves (im looking at you big grocery store chains). I really appreciate local businesses. I don't live as close to this one as I used to, but it is still my go-to store. read more

These guys really let me down. I had a mailing label but nothing to attach it to the box. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he had a sleeve to attach the mailing label. He said, "No problem. Leave it on the counter and I'll take care of it". My package never made it. It was delivered to MY house 3 days later. The only reason I got it back was because I used a box that had an old label with my address on it. The new label was no where to be found. So much for "taking care of it". I'm a resident of Hilliard and I'm a fan of local business, but in this case I should have gone directly to the UPS hub that is also in Hilliard. I've never had a problem at UPS, but The UPS Store always seems to add an additional level of risk. I'm done as a UPS Store customer! read more

Exceptional customer service; to the other guy. Two people working the counter, both me and another customer approach. Mines a real simple put a shipping label on it, pay and go. The other customer, questions and issues. The guy helping the other customer had questions which my guy stopped in the middle of my transaction to answer all of his questions and then came back to me. He was actually in the middle of my transaction and instead of just asking the other person to wait, he simply made me wait. When he gets back to helping me and as he's trying to finish my transaction he started helping and answering the questions of yet another customer. He effectively provided outstanding customer service to other people during the time he was supposed to be handling my transaction. read more

I am a long time customer of this UPS store. They have always taken great care of the packages I send. It's important to me when shipping something either to my son in CA or when my kids were abroad, that the packages got to them. The store is neat and clean. The service team is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They took the extra time to explain all of the different options to me. Their prices are very fair. I would highly recommend them for shipping and printing services. read more
