Not a fan at all of FedEx's delivery services, but pretty much every time I've gone to their print shops, I have had a good experience. Including this one. It's smaller than most of them, and a bit awkward to get into and out of with any traffic at all. So be careful. I did some self-serve printing and copying, but had trouble getting one thing to print. They helped me out. Print quality is good, speed was good, prices are decent. This is handy, probably especially for people on campus. read more

There was no wait for service. I was greeted and offered help the moment I walked in and seemed confused about which envelopes to use, and overall, I received exceptionally friendly, helpful and personable service. I received a lot of assistance with actually packaging up items to send to four different individuals, patience as I looked up addresses, phone numbers, and names, and great prices and turnaround times for personal shipping. I've had to stop by this location twice so far. The first time I had a delivery which required a signature so my package was brought here. It only took them a few minutes to find the package before I could sign for it and be on my way. The second visit was to drop off a prepaid package. It was towards the end of their business hours. The service I received was good; there were two people working - one was with another customer and the other greeted me as soon as I walked in. The package was scanned in and I was given the option of a receipt. Another short visit so I could be on my way. read more

If I'm being honest, I don't mail things often. If I do its usually a card that I can easily drop in the mailbox. However, every now and then it's gotta happen. I recently came through this Fedex to over night a package for work. It was close by and I snagged a parking spot right out front when I got there. My visit was a little later in the afternoon and it was quite busy. Regardless of the line, I was welcomed right away and it didn't take long before someone was assisting me. It cost must roughly thirty bucks but it was assured to me that it would arrive by the following day. The gentleman helping me was nice and we joked a bit before the transaction was over. The location was convenient, my visit was quick, and the staff was nice. What more can you ask for? read more

Came in with my items in a box, was told by the agent that it would be cheaper to use a fedex box. Two weeks later I received shipping charges for more than double what I was quoted PLUS an additional $20 for the box. This was more than 3x what it would have been to ship it myself. Avoid this location - they practice fraud. read more

Patient staff who gave great customer service. One customer had a huge shipping order and got his addresses mixed up. The clerk was pleasant about starting it all over, even though there was a line. The two staff were also mindful of social distancing, even asking a customer who slipped through the line (to look at the tape) to please stay six feet back and wait till that customer's transaction was complete. As a designer, it's important to find a place, locally, that will do a solid job on the printing of your portfolio pages. After all, it is what ends up getting you a job. I've been to a few Kinko's before and haven't been too impressed with the quality or their associates however, this one is a winner in my book. Every time I have gone in there, no matter the complications I have with producing a piece or what - this store is on it and makes my experience very simple, stress-free and easy! Yesterday they printed 25 pages for me and one had this faint gray mark across the bottom...and it was on the biggest file we sent to the printer. No sweat, I pointed this out to them and the one red-headed girl (I can't remember her name...sorry!) who helped me was very nice and said, "no big deal...we can reprint". Overall, my experience here has been fantastic. Everyone who works at this location, at least the people I have talked with, know their stuff and aren't afraid to help their customers. Great store - highly recommended from a nit-picky designer on quality and accuracy. read more

I've had quite a few experiences here, both to use the computers to print my own files and online ordering for prints. Overall, this place does what it's supposed to do. It's never been very crowded so I haven't had to wait on a computer or for the cutting tools to be free, which is nice. My online-ordered prints were nicely printed and packaged for me to pick up. I'll be visiting again the next time I have a project, I'm sure. The one reason I dread coming here? That damn parking lot! It really is a nightmare. read more

I needed to get colored copies for a friend, thus I gave this store a ring to make sure they were able to service my needs. The female that answered the phone was polite and, best of all, very knowledgeable about her store, and FedEx processing, in general. I hung up and headed straight for this establishment! This store is off the beaten track - a giant plus! I was immediately greeted by a gentleman. I explained my situation (whether I needed color pictures or black and white pictures to accompany a visa application). He answered with confidence and a smile. He produced. I paid. I thanked the workers for their help. Waved, and was out in less than 2 minutes! Excellent! read more

Throughout my career I've always done fieldwork since I CAN not bear office life. I hate everything about it, the four walls, phones, water cooler talk, and most of all making copies. As much as I try it is nearly impossible to avoid the shackles of office life, there is always data to be checked in, publications to make, or faxes to send. Yesterday I was in a jam and needed 40 double sided copes of two pieces with a double sided cardstock insert- fast. Begrudginly I headed to staples at lennox. After discussing my needs on the phone before dropping it all off I just didn't feel like the project was in good hands. So on an impulse I went to this place and despite the fact that I almost suffered a near fatal crash in the crazy starbucks drive thru parking lot, I was pleasantly suprised. I have not had good experiences with any kinko's in the past but the service here was great. The clerk picked up on the urgency of my project and asked all the right questions about layout , assembly and even had me sign off on a proof. The price was decent as well, only $100 bucks and was executed perfectly. The project would have cost double that in staff time and not to mention the added cost of mental health services I would require after doing the monkey work. I will definitely return for all the tasks I loath oh so much in the work place. read more

Not really good or bad, just there. The fax machine is like 15 years old, but still works and that's mostly the only reason that I come here. If I need to fax something on a weekend or something that I don't want to fax from work, so I can say it's good for that purpose. The employees are mostly friendly too, and pretty helpful. read more

DO NOT go there if you need a passport picture, their installation is really poor, you have to stand up in the middle of the store, they can't provide digital copy (they have to scan the existing picture) they don't even take the time to check with you if the picture is ok. It costed me $17 and an hour of my time ... Probably the place is ok for printing sending etc... read more

Sent out a pre-paid package then wanted to print a pre-paid label from my email that I transferred to google docs. Go to use the self serve kiosk and it freezes after I put my credit card in. Had to make an employee come over and unplug it so someone else couldn't eventually use my card. Tried the other machine. Says my card is being used on another machine. Have to wait for it to reset, try on on the new machine.. same thing. Get another associate and she tells me that less than 50% or the time they are able to access google docs. Ok fine, what my other options? Doesn't address any at my machine but offers me pay per minute to use the Internet. What a waste of an afternoon. read more

This FedEx has the absolute worst customer service. I walked in with my own box. They didn't let me use it. Then a man behind me offered me his box, they wouldn't let me use that either. I had to spend a lot of money on my own box the manager was unreasonable. read more
