This shop is not like a regular printing place like a FedEx or Kinkos. If you need to print come prepared with your document to photocopy. I tried to email a document to them to print out and they refused even though they have have the capability to. Instead they make you sit down at their computer station which they charge $6 per 30 mins at. The computer is extremely slow and runs like it's using Windows 95. You have to wait for them to log you in. After printing 3 pages which took a total of 5 minutes, they added $2 to my charge for using the computer they made me use. I paid a total of $2.50 for printing 3 black and white pages on a computer that needed updates and ran extremely slow. The set up is unethical to get you to pay more and use their computer. I would not suggest this place to anyone looking to make copies.

I did business off and on with this company for about 12 years. The manager that was there was top…read moredrawer in everything he did and how he did it. Then, last year, he sadly passed away and the business went from there. In early July, 2024, I had a problem with a possible identity theft and had to changed my credit card numbers. I intentionally asked the new manager about my billing and was told everything was okay only to find out things were not. After thinking the first email late notice was simply a mistake, I was charged a late fee (it was later explained late fees are accessed after 5 days). When I went to clear the matter up, the front gate was broken and inaccessibl. The back gate was up leaving the facility unsecured. Going through the back gate I found a second lock on my unit with a red band on it leaving me unable to access my unit. Trying to call them on a Saturday, I left a message because no one was available. On Monday, I again went to the facility to clear this up to find them closed and my unit still locked and the area unsecured. I wrote corporate and got a call on Tuesday. I told them I was bothered by what was going on and was told policy and charged the locate fee although I was at their office 10 days prior to this taking place. I told them I was going to close out my unit by months end. The day prior to months end, I got a call from them asking if I was going to close it out, they had looked at my unit and my lock was still on it. I told them I would be NLT the next day. I immediately retrieved my last 5-6 items and left. These guys don't take their job seriously any longer. They have let the facility deteriorate and won't call you if there is a problem with payment immediately locking you out of your unit. Until they can get someone hired that cares about the customer service, showing up to work and security of the facility, I would not recommend using them. This is unfortunate also in that the previous late manager was a good guy that kept the facility in top condition, knew his customers and paid attention to issues. All this plus they're more than doubling their prices in less than 5 years.
