When I inquired why I needed to come back and she wasn't doing anything, she called for the manager. He came and express the same sentiment's. Put in a work order. Whatever!!! I went to self print. Guess what, it wasn't working. The manager still had to come over and help me. Then, he had issues too. After all the time of going back and forth with the printer, she could have printed them from the beginning. Long story short, the manager gave me the prints for free because of all the hassle.

Suddenly- wizard of oz comes from behind curtain demanding to have "her" artist return to the lair. This demand was authoritative, demanding and inappropriate given that I was talking with the artist. I advised the manager of such and received a directive to leave her store and take my business elsewhere. Having already paid for my ( Republican) shirts- the air deteriorated rapidly. I needed my money back ... but manager called police saying I was trespassing and she didn't want my business. I left went to Trophy House making same order- without issue and after calling bank to assure account not charged. stunned . Go to pick up the product.... NOTHING WHAT I needed. Yes, a nameplate, but completely WRONG materials and dimensions. When I come back I ask them what the problem is if I produced the SAME QUOTE that they gave me. The "new" front desk lady says "new supplier." If you can't give me the product I asked for, you should let me know prior to saying you can and taking my money!! Also, there google maps hours are incorrect!!! Talk about frustration when you show up half an hour early because you Google the hours.... just to sit in the parking lot.
