they only have young kids working in there who don't know anything you ask them. they don't even know when the mail is put in the mail boxes. they just look at each other when you ask them anything. the manager is never there, sometimes even out of the country, and no one else can answer questions. Whether you need packages delivered , receive mail while you are out of town or return Am...packages, UPS has you covered. When I first started using this location it was lacking in management and professionalism, but when the owners took a more hands own approach the store quality greatly improved. They have a few more employees to handle the mail volume and the atmosphere is cheerful upon entering the store. I know my packages will be handle with care with this UPS location. read more

Went in just before closing to overnight some legal documents. One of the employees (I believe she had red hair) couldn't be bothered to hide her eye roll from me. Sure, it was cutting it close but I walked in before close/7 and the door was unlocked. She isn't even the person who waited on me, luckily, because she lacked professionalism. Updated: Came in to drop off a package an no longer did I see the rude young black lady or the weird sketchy manager that was there. The staff that was there was pretty friendly, and had me in and out fast! Hope it stays this way! read more

Hazma and his does not follow UPS policies when it comes an alternate person picking up a package. UPS states that all that is needed is a tracking number and ID to pick up a package. He gives my partner a hard time whenever she gets my packages since I work for months at time out of state. He tries to create his own policy by saying that the recipient has to send an email authorizing an alternative person but that is not UPS. Plus, any one cam send an email authorizing a pickup and there is no secure way to verify that it is the addressee doing so. His made up policy is bogus and I feel like he chooses to discriminate against LGBT and black individuals. When he seen my partner was about to be assisted by another worker he jumped in and took over which seems personal. We even complied with his bogus email request and he still attempted to refuse to release a package. This is very concerning and I think the store needs new leadership. read more

I left my LV wallet here for THREE days and didn't realize because I work from home. When I figured it out, they assured me they had it and indeed they did. In this time with more companies using this service for dropoffs due to COVID, you would think they would up their customer service skills. No greetings when you come into the store. UPS Store-North Sam Houston Pkwy E. (Humble) Poor customer service. Poor attitude. Associates do not greet you when you walk into the store. They do not say "Thank you" or "you're welcome" during the transaction. I hope the district manager or branch owner provide them (associates and manager) with training on superior customer service and etiquette. First of all I would like to say that this UPS store is located at a pretty high traffic location. I would avoid this area during lunch hours if possible. The service provided to me by the associates at this location was great. I asked the associate for over night shipping for a very sensitive package going to California. I paid premium for this service and was given a copy of the tracking number/reciept. The package was due to arrive next day (11/22/17 @ 10am). Come 1pm CST the followind day I checked the tracking info just to find out that the package was still en-route flying out from Kentucky. After calling the customer service number for UPS i was told that there was a flight delay and they couldnt tell me much other then that the flight delay. I am not a shipping expert but couldnt understand why my package ended up in Kentucky from Texas then bound to California. But anyways, 2 days later (11/22 7pm CST) since the original ship date the package is yet to be delivered. I am very disappointed with UPS and will not be returning to this location and will be using other Parcel company to do my shipping for now on. Thanks UPS!! read more
