Arguably di fastest & most polite UPS! Every time I have to return amazon stuff, they super kind.

The service store offers what it's suppose to. Very fast service although customer service could be better.

First of all they only have one computer and the they don't tell you that every time you click extend you are charged. They were having the issue the day I was in, not me. Ultimately, I had to email my copy to them because their computer would not read print my PDF. Your computer, your problem. I should not be penalized. I told the guy that $5 appeared on my account and he said it would be credited. Now when calling, I'm told I was charged that because of how many times I clicked extend. BS! This is scam. Do not print anything at this store. I think this is shady so won't go back to this store unless I have to return an Amazon package. Much better service at the FedX down the street! read more

This review is written based upon my Amazon Prime return. This UPS Store is located in the Academy parking lot directly next door to Freebirds. I am an Amazon Prime member. On a rare occasion, I have to return something via Prime. Prime offers free returns. The absolute best way to do these returns is through a UPS store. Here is how it works: On Amazon, you click the item you need to return and give the reasons why you need to return it. The best option is to allow Amazon to send you a bar code on email. All you do is package up your item for return, take your smart phone to the UPS store, allow them to scan the bar code via your smart phone email, and they will automatically print a return label for you. Once they print the label, Amazon recognizes that your return is now in the possession of the UPS Store and your return is processed at that time. You don't actually have to wait for Amazon to receive our package. It worked GREAT. I was in and out of this UPS store within 1 minute. Extremely quick and efficient. I was very pleased. Bottom line - Very efficient when it came to processing my Amazon Prime return. Super easy and quick. I'll use them again for sure. read more

I got to say, I absolutely love this store its fast and very convenient. The staff is amazing, they remember their customers, some by name, and some by face. I was in line last Saturday morning and I observed the gentleman handling the chaos, and he did an amazing job, even after dealing with rude guests. He was very polite to me and made my Amazon return a pleasant experience. I didn't get his name, but he has tattoos and glasses, He will definitely continue to have my Buisness. read more

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE******************* NNNNNNOOOOOOOO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never in life go to this store ever again. I order a computer from QVC and it didn't work properly so returned it through this UP store location. They gave me a slip with a tracking number that couldn't be tracked. After trying to track my computer over a week with no success I called this UPS Store and was told that sometimes the labels are no good. I was very upset and asked to speak to management... then was told he wouldn't be in for a few months because of family issues. I was given the number to the local post office and being told the carrier that usually comes has been out for a while and the guys taking over we extremely lazy. After calling the post office asking about the tracking issue and the bad labels I was told that it falls back on the UPS Store. The staff was very unprofessional and careless with my computer as well as with my issue. I've filed a police report to get a better understanding and to decrease it from happening to other people. read more

I was nervous when I saw 1 star so after a quick and easy in and out I felt it necessary to post a review when service is nice and easy. With ATT, when you are to return your equipment, they instruct you to bring your equipment to any UPS store. So this is what I did. You literally just bring the equipment, provide the associate with the account number and they provide the box and shipping label. It was so quick and easy! The UPS associate was super nice and very accommodating! I would come back for other services if I needed them! read more

The negative review is more about a logistics situation for ups corporate than it is about this store front. I have come in a couple of times for services and their customer service is impeccable. I will definitely return. They are so helpful, accomodating and explain different shipping options as well as pack contents for you. Great experiences with them. read more

If i could give a negitive 5 stars I would i official hate ths ups first they can't find my package then they say my tracking # is wrong then they pass me around on the phone to like 4 different ppl and no one can tell me where my package is and now it's 5:30 pm and still no package they found it and promised it would be in my hands by 1pm but not true and once I called at 5 they lied n said the female driver was 20mins from my house then a male driver calls telling me he's just leaving his last drop off and he should be here in 30-40 mins I hate ups I'm taking my business to FedEx read more
