Excellent customer service. The staff working were super friendly - despite some attitudes from customers ahead of me. The store has changed a little bit since my visit last summer. They still offer the best greeting cards around, but don't have much other merchandise. This location seems to have evolved with the times in an effort to keep up with the never ending stream of Amazon returns. All of the items I was returning were put into individual bags, which I appreciated (even though I wasn't keeping them). Be careful in the parking lot. I've been using this UPS store since June 2021. I have a mailbox here and the staff here is great! They're always busy and do their best to keep the line moving. I get regularly notices that I have packages via email. They've held my packages for longer duration when I am in out of town without any problems. read more

Do not get anything scanned here. My printer wasn't working & I needed some legal documents scanned quickly. It's absurdly expensive at $1 per page. And the staff member there didn't comprehend that you can scan multiple pages as one document, though I tried to tell her. Instead I waited while she scanned 20 pages individually ( they don't allow customers to do it themselves). I ended up with 20 PDFs instead of the two, ten page docs I wanted. read more

Another store (in another state) had messed up my shipment and wouldn't take responsibility and I got the help and care that I needed from this store! They were very accommodating and went the extra mile for me to ensure my package was in the right hands at the right time. They're really patient and helpful with packing items and even offer the use of recycled material at no cost. It's more like a neighborhood store than a big company. I have been in the stressful process of moving to atlanta, and The UPS Store has been the most stress free experience I've ever had! The owners are absolutely wonderful, very professional and genuine. .. I would take bags of ridiculous knick knacks and weird things and they would pack them in boxes and ship them without any problem. I also got some documents notorized.... seriously they are the best! I have been to alot of UPS stores and this is awesome. They have everything you need and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Its clean and easy to get to and has all the equipment you might need plus the little stuff like tape, pens, stationary, bubble wrap etc... I recently had a epic support journey with Comcast moving to Iowa City from Minneapolis. After may calls I found out that Comcast has a deal with UPS Store to return equipment. I called to verify as it sounded to good to be true. Not only was it true, but Todd made it so easy and hassle free for me, I just could not believe it. While there we mailed a package to our friend in Texas that was pretty heavy, and it was about 8-10 dollars cheaper than I thought it would be. Go here for all your package delivery needs. read more

First, I want to say very friendly people, but service not so much. I started this process on Tuesday. I called to get something picked up at the University of Iowa and sent to me in another state. I had all the paperwork needed for them to pick the item up even there store release, that the University had sent me. Spoke to the employee she said they pick up there all the time she needed to send me some paperwork and I needed to send some to her, I said I got all your paperwork in order just can I email it to you, I am kind of in a hurry. She says politely says no, she needs the manager to email me the paperwork and then explains to me that I need everything I already have. I said great it is already done what the store email address, she tells me I send her everything and she tells me they will get back to me, that they have not even picked up from the Univerity yet I said great. Crickets the rest of the day, the next morning nothing, so I wait until after lunch and call. This time it's a new person, The new person tells me the same thing. I tell him I emailed all paperwork yesterday, he says only the manager can check emails and that he looked busy in his office and to call back. Called back about 5 oh they forgot and missed my email. And send me the same paper, so I fill it out send it back to them they say they will get. I call Thursday oh we were to busy to go pick it up, I then tell them I get charged ten dollars a day that they don't pick it up and I need it picked up. There response very polite oh ok, we will call you back. Guess what no callback, now it's Friday they just picked it up and packaged the pair of shoes and they want 40.00 dollars to send the shoe​ ground, but that was 12 dollars to pick them up three days late, 8 dollars to package them and 20 to send them. I use ups stores to pick up all over the united states but now I have way more into the shoes than if I would have bought them locally. The politest speaking people but recklessly incompetent they even ask if they can help with something else, why when they can't follow directions in the first place read more
