I called this morning because the key didn't work in our communal post box. We have individual…read moreboxes grouped together and we walk there for mail. If the mail is too big or overflows they have a separate, bigger, box they place our parcels in. When I looked at the key it looked damaged, I tried both boxes to ensure they didn't give me the wrong key. When I called it was quick and efficient. I wasn't expecting to receive a home delivery the same day! I gave them the key that didn't work and thanked them for their prompt customer service. BZ to USPS!

They've even taken away the box INSIDE to drop packages in because of theft. No choice but to wait in the VERY LONG LINE just to drop off packages that already have postage be on them. The handicap sign is rusted and falling over. My tax dollars are actually paying for this? Uggggg!!!!!! They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I looooved that I was able to get an email from them that gave me my tracking number. It made me more confident and excited to watch the progress of my gifts to my family. I am grateful for their excellence! What a great blessing they are to help us reach our loved ones with their organizational skills and knowledge.

I asked the driver if she was handicapped and she stated "No, the space was the closest to the door." My wife watched her pull into the space, stare at the sign, look around and get out of her FedEx van. The reason I posted this is because after she took the handicap spot, a handicapped customer pulled into the parking lot and had to park across the lot due to the space being occupied by FedEx. This was reported to FedEx.

These assholes always hold your packages for days before attempting to deliver. This is a common thing with them. It's happened at least five times previous and I'm fed up. If the businesses that I order from didn't use them as their courier, I would never use FedEx. Every time I've shipped from this location the staff has been extremely helpful and proficient with their service. Each staff member knew their duties and performed them quickly and correctly. During my visit today, I failed to properly prepare my return. I didn't realize that I needed to print my own return label. The staffed allowed me to email it to the store and print it there so that I didn't need to return another time. This helped me out greatly as I was pressed for time. This location's lobby seems a bit smaller than most of the other UPS locations and with the copy machines. merchandise & counter top/island there isn't a lot of room to easily move around. If it were a busy time for shopping (Christmas) I can see unhappy people in the waiting area as everyone else would be 'up in their business.'
