For around $50, I appreciated the convenience and ease of doing business. This location can be found in a small strip mall right in front of the Kroger Shopping Plaza. It's next to a frame store.

First delivery rescheduled for later on the actual delivery day - didn't arrive. My husband later saw a note on our order on the RXO site that said we weren't home. We work remotely AND we have caneras so that's a proveable falsehood. Then he went through apologies and promises of VIP service. They repeatedly tried to reschedule on dates we specifically said we aren't available. Today was supposed to be delivery day. As of 10:13AM EST, we've already received notice that delivery isn't happening today, that "J" (I won't reveal the name) will be in touch, and the "touch" was letting us know delivery is tomorrow. How many times do we have to give our availability before it isn't ignored?? It is literally the essence of scheduling. At this point, getting a refund is a consideration. And we will not be paying a restocking fee. I'm doubting the fridge is even in their possession. We are beyond over it and need this resolved ASAP, but when we are available since we've been available all this time. Here's my husband's review for reference: 5 days ago Not good so far. Had a Samsung Refrigerator set to deliver yesterday between 4-8pm, then received a text and a phone call stating they would be late. Based on the drastic difference in service, I can only assume there is new ownership or management. The two employees working were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with a simple shipping issue. There was no effort to offer solutions, not even suggesting a larger box when it was clearly needed. The attitude alone made the interaction uncomfortable.
