Awesome day at the UPS store on 75th. I will start by saying it was my fault processing returns and messed up early on so by the time I got to the end, my QR codes were not matching up to my items. Danielle and Ashley (sp.) went above and beyond to help me locate, correct, and verify my returns. They even located some I brought with that should have gone to another place I respect the commitment to the customer service standards at this location. Thank you again for the help. read more

The UPS Store - Amazon return - Printing Services Near Me - Kenosha, Wisconsin

I went to this location to return a few items. The self service one had a long line so I went to the counter. The man scanned my return QR code and said it needed to be in a shipping bag and said "I could sell you some bags" when I asked why I can't use the clear polybags he said they don't have them. I then gestured at the woman using the self service station where the poly bags are free and asked why not those he said he's going to turn that off because they are not free? Every ups store I've been to you just scan your code it prompts you to pick out of the two sizes of poly bags and you drop your items in the box with the tag on it. He also said no store does that with the bags. So confused. Sorry you're not going to "sell me some bags" for free UPS returns. What a joke! UPDATE: I just went to the round lake location and processed my returns FOR FREE! Perhaps this guy just wanted to make a quick buck lol read more

They are always very busy, but do a good job of processing transactions and keeping the line moving. Employees are polite and efficient and have a lot of patience with people who come in and have no idea what they are doing. read more

These people are rude and very unprofessional. They will nickel and dime you for pretty much everything if you don't come prepared. They told me the label wasn't centered so they couldn't ship it. Seriously! Luckily I had printed another shipping label just in case and brought my packing tape and a black marker. I'm surprised they don't charge a cover charge or a charge just for speaking to them. If they are not making any money with all of the prepaid package returns then the owner should sell. I have had two experiences here, one to pick up a package and one to send a pre-paid package. Start with the pick-up. It was fine and easy. The guy who I was working with was being trained and took some extra time, but it was fine. ID, package and done. Took about 5 minutes total. The last visit was completely different and the reason for my 2 stars. I went to send a package that was back to Nike pre-paid UPS. Same box it came it everything, just a hand-off. I went straight from work and had nothing but the package with me. Walked in and expected to hand-off and walk out with a receipt. The top of the package needed to be taped. We are talking 3in of clear tape. The guy said it will be a dollar. Really? You charge me for tape on a package that you are getting paid for? I was really off-put. I am all about small businesses, and will gladly pay when needed, but the guy was VERY rude. I had nothing on me, so he ended up doing it for me anyways (reason for the 2 stars and not 1), but the rudeness was not needed. And a buck for 3in of clear tape? The location is clean and easy to find. However, with a USPS and FedEx very close, my business will go else where unless this is my only option. read more

This store was BUSY. DEFINITELY a busy time of the year. I'll state my business & move forward from there. I accidentally sent myself large stuff (2 large, bulky and fairly heavy) I meant to send to my family in a state 2 time zones away. I called Amazon and they listened to my dilemma and granted to take back the item sending me a code to ship the stuff back at their costs. read more

I don't have to go all that often, but the times I have been there they have been helpful and get the package sent back to Amazon for me. Way more convenient than having to walk all the way through Kohl's to return an Amazon package!!!! read more

I had email this store the day before and requested that they would help me with the return label. My request was granted and I was in and out in the blink of an eye. I came in to fax something. No big deal. The girl at the counter, Ashley, gives me a face sheet to complete (none are available at the kiosks which is stupid) and this takes seconds, but she sends me off to the side and proceeds to take another customer and keeps me waiting while she spends several minutes taking care of that person's far more complex issue. Not that it's SUCH a long time but hey.. maybe stop and send my fax first??? We all know it takes forever for the fax confirmation. I don't like waiting when I've already spend 10 minutes in line. I was there first and it just really ticked me off. I don't have a lot of time which is why I came here in the first place. I just felt it was rude and unprofessional not to respect my time, and I paid over $5 to fax five pages so that was like super douchy on UPS Store's part. Major ripoff. Never again. read more

All I can say is " Read the reviews" . Everyone is telling the truth. I had the worst experience with these people. From the unintelligent cashier lady to the rude old guy ( suspect) to the unprofessional owner, this place should never be allowed to use the UPS name. I shipped a credit card overnight to a client and he received an empty package. The owner told me that I should never have left it there. What does that mean? Two similar experiences here: the older, white male is rude and has awful customer service. Not to mention, he wasn't wearing a mask during my visit today when I came with my 70 year-old mom. Years ago, this same man was rude and irritable. The supervisor and a young man were friendly; a woman wasn't very pleasant. I was returning Amazon packages; some could be returned without packaging and others needed packaging. I was so turned off by the customer service, I refused to pay this location $12 to box my items and drove out of my way to another UPS to do so. read more

I had a box of t-shirts to return to a company and they emailed me the UPS return shipping label. I went into the store to print the UPS label there and found out they charge $4 use the computer to print the label. Come prepared with your own shipping label or else you will be charged $4 to use their computer to print one. read more

This store is horrendous to say the least, chronic phone calls about packages not even five minutes after they land. I really wish UPS would do something about this franchise, I have had other boxes in different towns and the customer service was 100 times better. I wis there was an option for no stars. Owner was a miserable, rude, incompitent, asshole. He never shipped my package, and wouldnt give me a refund. So i was overcharged for a service that was never even delivered. Dont ever go here. They wont ship the package and won't give you a refund. It's not surprising that they only got 2 1/2 stars. Protect yourself; do not go here! Sadly, I lost a cherished family heirloom jewelry piece while shipping it with UPS. That should be the worst part, but the worst part was dealing with the owners of this store in trying to get my insurance money back. They told us things like "We're sick as h*ll of dealing with you" (direct quote). Unfortunately, we had no choice but to deal with them. I never would have assumed the owner stole my jewelry - until the owner adamantly denied doing so on multiple occasions. She even hung up on me for suggesting this was what happened - even though I had suggested no such thing. These people know nothing of customer service. Please, save yourself the drama. I called the store to make sure they could handle the large boxes that I wanted to ship. I was surprised at the poor customer service manners the man had on the phone. No how can we help, no thank you, no good bye- just hung up the phone. Unfortunately, I had to use UPS because it was prepaid. The lady at the store was less than courteous. Apparently she went to the same UPS charm school as the guy I spoke to on the phone. Why are these people in customer service? They can't even suck it to be nice 10 times a day ((maximum) or 60 times a week. I know life is tough and everyone has a crisis but this is the time for people in these customer service jobs to step forward and be extra helpful. Avoid this store at all costs................They will charge you more then regular UPS shipping costs..............they WONT ship out prepaid packages (packages that have prepaid labels on them from the vendor) because they don't make any money off of it.............They refuse to give you any shipping labels.............they are rude and completely unprofessional. UPS does NOT own these "stores" they are independently own and operated under a license agreement with UPS. So remember they are here to make money ON TOP of what UPS charges, that's how they stay in business. So be aware!! read more

We were quoted a price of $250.00 to send an item insuring it for 1,000.00. We passed and took the item to Fedex where they charged us $76.00 for the same item/same insurance/same service, etc. The difference being $174.00. When I notified the UPS store of the difference their explanation was that they didn't have a large enough box and would therefore have to put 2 together!!!! So $174.00 extra for a 2nd box???? I feel they really tried ripping us off. read more

I have a mailbox here and wanted to have them ship my mail to another address where I travel for work. They just needed a credit card, which I provide them with. Before I hung up I asked how much it would be, and the guy said, "well it depends on how we ship it." I said the cheapest way would be fine, he responded ok. I asked again how much it would be and he could not tell me. So much for the smartest company in the shipping business. Logistics isn't too clear for these folks. Worse store ever! I wish I didn't even have to give it one star! First of all, don't go there because it is an individually owned location which means they DO NOT follow the policies that a REAL UPS store has. My package was damaged and I paid $150 to ship it because it was very large. It was damaged in transit and I was told that if I want the item back I cannot file a claim to be reimbursed for damages OR shipping. I called corporate UPS and was told they cannot help me because it is an individually owned store. The guy didn't even apologize and then tried to sell me his packaging supplies. Tacky and unethical! I opened a mail box at this UPS location for half a year and it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. This is a franchised UPS store and the owner is very willful of how he treats the customers. During the time of my rental here, I received a few harassing emails from the owner asking me to pick up the package sooner (which I always do a 1-2 time pick up weekly). He also complained in his email that his staff was wasting time disposing my packaging boxes and my packages occupy too much of his store space ..The worst thing was that in his last email, he stated he will not continue the mail box rental contract with me and will reject all my packages after a certain date. Not only I found his email extremely rude and harassing, but also I feel his business very unprofessional! I am not surprise most customers only go into this store to return prepaid label packages and not actually spending money there. I definitely do not want to deal with a UPS store that has a horrible customer service environment and act like rule-less street vendor. UPS corporate should have stricter requirements when selecting franchising folks. From what I experienced, this UPS store is/will not make this brand with much margin,but only keep deteriorating the brand name for how they treat customers. read more

We needed help(lots) shipping a package to my daughter in China. We had no idea what we were doing and the staff(all three of them!) went out of their way, from helping with the invoice to cutting down the box to make the transaction less expensive. They were all so patient and helpful. If they were irritated with us for our lack of knowledge they did not show it at all! We will gladly go back there again! :) read more

Rude, abrasive less than stellar customer service. I called to inquire about notary services. When I went in, the notary (possibly manager/owner - not sure?) looked at my form, started laughing and said "I can't do this." Apparently I signed the form at home and because of that, he could not notarize the document. I have no issue with him not being able to sign, the issue I have is in his manner and lack of customer service skills. I have never needed to get anything notarized and was unaware of the process. When I asked why he didn't explain this to me when I called he laughed again, threw up his hands and said "I didn't know you were actually going to sign it." Then turned his back on me and walked away. No apology, no telling me he'd be happy to do it when I returned - nothing. He acted as if it was a huge problem I was even in the store and he didn't want to be bothered. This is why businesses fail in the Kenosha area - employees/owners/managers such as this who don't know how to "behave" or interact with their public. Find someplace else to ship your items - if they are this abrasive about a notary matter, how will they handle your keepsakes or items that require professional delivery and capabilities? read more

Had a gift bought for me from amazon.com not noticing the adreess was wrong the package was bought. This UPS store held it for 3 weeks without calling asking for the correct address. Finnally the buyer was refunded their money through Amazon.com. the next day UPS calls me asking for the right address and because i didnt have the tracking number they couldnt deliver it so another week went by without hearing anything then i get a phone call again about the package saying they were going to deliver it the next day and accpeted the correct address. Almost a week later i get a knock at my door i walk to the door and there is a note on my door from this UPS store saying they have come to pick up a package and to leave it at my door they will be back tomorrow. This is the worst UPS store ive ever seen before. I would never use them and they need to get some stuff straighten out and hire some employees that know what they are doing! read more
