So I called FedEx customer service to inquire about this fee, which they said is not true. When FedEx customer service called her with me on hold, she stated I had UPS packages which I didn't, she looked at my pre-paid FEDEX ground labels herself. Her shipping store doesn't even accept UPS packages so why mention $2 fee to me and tell the FedEx rep I had UPS packages? Business must be super slow that she's feeling the need to try and scam prepaid customers out of money and not the cleanest place to do business store looked a mess!
