There was parking right in front of the store so if you have a lot of packages, you won't have far to walk. I don't know if they have a cart you can use if you have several package or large packages. I had seven packages all going to different places that the lady working had to enter all the information. However, as fast as you can tell her, she will put the information in! Although it was seven different locations, she was extremely fast about it and she told me all the different shipping options I had from quickest to least expensive. They also have packing supplies and work with all shipping carriers from what we could see. When the lady started to help us, a number of other people came in and were waiting in line. I felt bad about the others having to wait, but the lady helping me just kept on going. The people waiting were nice but I was just so pleased the woman helping me didn't stop to go and help the others like might happen in some other businesses. She was going to help me until my order was complete. I love businesses that you can rely upon and act professionally. I saw they also have a Notary, do passport photos, faxing, document shredding and much more. I'm very happy to have found this business so I don't have to drive all the way down to Austin and there is no question, this is my "go-to" place for all shipping and mailing needs.
