We had a great experience here. The blonde lady at the front was very friendly and showed what all they offered. She talked about the insurance on the items and helped with the perfect size boxes. She made a ten order of awards to mail out very pleasant. I noticed customers were bringing snacks and drinks for employees. It makes sense because they were all sweeties. I like the scan option with the UPS labels when you want to get through the line quicker. Although, small they had quite a bit to offer and enjoyed doing business with these kind folks. read more

The worst customer service I have EVER seen for UPS. Plus charge $10 a day, including the day they come in? Had some chairs shipped there. The young man said "oh my back" AND had a dolly! He laughed about it! My boyfriend, who is 55, picked up the box and put it in the car. HORRIBLE!! read more

Do not have Amazon packages shipped to this store. Stopped in to pick up package. Gave the tracking number to the man at counter. He said they were too busy and to come back in two hours. There was only one person in line behind me. He was too lazy to even walk over to look. Went back two hours later and gave them the tracking number. They said come back in one hour. I said no that I would stand here and wait. They walked over and picked up my package and handed it to me. I travel 365 and do business with UPS stores all over the USA. This is the only UPS store to provide horrible service as most are professional and on top of their game and excellent service. read more

No matter who the employees or managers are this UPS store consistently has bad customer service. They're kind of the only game in town, so I have to go there. I'm guessing that's the reason why they have bad customer service, because they don't really have competition. read more

The customer service really needs to be improved as telling a customer to drive to Kerrville to finish their Amazon returns is not acceptable. I order things off of Amazon and usually have never had a problem with returning them to this ups. That changed today. I had several item that Amazon put in the same QR code. The only staff member was very rude when I explained what they did. All of the items were the same brand and seller just different colors and sizes. I don't even know if it was correct or not. I would never take anything here to be shipped. Went in yesterday to drop or a return. I witnessed an employee smack a package off the counter in to the floor stating. I came in for some small business printing and Jacqueline was extremely patient with my complicated request, called in additional resources when my printing needs became a little complex, and even stayed after-hours to make sure I completed my work that day. In particular, one man who is in a constant BAD MOOD, is RUDE, is short with customers and makes a trip to the UPS store an absolute pain. I do NOT understand how this individual still has a job. I uploaded and paid for almost $60 of printing to the UPS Store in Fredericksburg, TX. Today I made the 60 mile round trip from Comfort, TX to pick up my order - for which I had a confirmation I might add. The two people in there told me rather rudely that their store hadn't been communicating with the UPS official website where a customer uploads the files and prints. The guy was the worst and the attitude was like "I don't know where your s*** is, lady". No offer of help. No phone number to call, just no help and turned away. I have had to take it up with my bank to get my money refunded. He told me the only way they will take files is if you email them directly to them. HOW IS A CUSTOMER THAT TRUSTS A NATIONAL COMPANY LIKE UPS TO KNOW THAT????? I get a lot of stuff printed but I will NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. At the last minute due to one of our family contracting covid we had to mail Christmas packages 2 days before Christmas . The price was going to be exorbitant and when we talked about driving them instead of mailing them the office manager was going to be about 25 miles away and offered to drive them . They were shocked to get their presents one day after they told us they couldn't come. It's bad enough for someone to miss Christmas with their family but it's nice to have been able to at least get their presents to them. I shipped a 'package' containing two necklaces prior to Christmas from this location. I paid an exorbitant amount of money to have them delivered by Christmas Day and was assured they would be there. Guess what, they didn't arrive until two days after. I have been 'assured' for the last 4 months that I would receive a refund. In fact, I received a call from the owner telling me he would personally send the check. That was in mid-February. What does one have to do to get my money back???? read more

I have used them several times over the years. Everyone behind the desk has always been helpful. I have had to use their fax service many times. Return items that I have ordered. I have never had a problem. I have always heard them be kind and helpful to others. I think they have had a change in ownership this last year. Still their service has been great. These people are perpetuating a lie to customers: "UPS drivers are no longer allowed to deliver packages in rural areas to homes that have coded gate access. We have had complaints that drivers are damaging gates. But, you can have your package delivered here. We will charge $5/day for storage." I have been online and in phone contact with UPS and discovered that this is simply a lie. Why???? So, they can charge $5/day 'storage fee'. The manager has horrible business ethics. He discussed a private business matter with someone unaffiliated with our office, and when approached about it simply stated that he "THOUGHT they were an employee". There should NEVER be any discussion of ANY business matter with ANYONE other than who is actually ON an account; it is ethically WRONG. On top of this, when we cancelled our account because of this, he raised his voice, was very agitated, and upset and was everything but professional about all of it. Rude, Disrespectful, and Arrogant I live in Fredericksburg, and have been frequenting this UPS office since they first opened. All was ok, until the Franchisee Owner "Christy" got involved. My wife and I had our Visa pictures taken by one of the UPS employees. Unfortunately, the photos had a "blue" background and were rejected by the Indian Visa Service (which requires a white background). The photos were retaken, but the blue background remained. I asked for a refund, and this is when the owner got involved. She didn't believe that the photos weren't accepted, and questioned us to show her a copy of the rejection letter, and wanted the original photos back. When we told her they weren't returned, she looked at us with disbelief and stated "It's a policy they are always returned, so where are they?" We told her that this may be true for the U.S. but we are dealing with India. Then, she said the $18 refund we requested was too much, and to get a refund we need to find the receipt, rejection letter, along with the photos. She went onto say, that she is not going to give us a refund without proof - "Do you have any idea how much fraud is going on, and how do I know you are telling the truth?" So over lunch we went home, got the rejection letter as well as the proof of purchase receipt and went back to the store. I communicated my displeasure with the way we were treated and she said...get this... "You don't have to ever come back here again!" Wow - what a way to treat a long-standing customer! Then she said, "Just so you're aware, I know how to run a business - I own 4 stores and have been doing this for ten years." I told her "goody goody gum drops for you". I also told her that I will be putting my comments onto Yelp, Google, etc., and with that remark, the Manager said "that's enough" and showed me to the front door. We drove down to Walgreen's and got the photos retaken - with the required white background. Bottom line - there are other places that value your business, and offer a higher level of customer service - without a boastful, arrogant, rude owner. One is Busy Bee on Milam - they handle UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. Oh, and I just realized, I need to send out a UPS package...I'll go see Busy Bee tomorrow... read more

Love this location for shipping and printing, especially for short runs of full color posters. I just email the file and they have the job waiting for me when I arrive. Always helpful with shipping questions, suggesting ways to save money. I have also used them for sorting and packing large numbers of rack cards that needed to got to 15 different locations. I just let them do it and it was done efficiently, accurately, and at a cost that was worth the time savings to me. Great attitude always. read more

Rude and arrogant. I emailed something to be picked up by my husband 3 times. They kept insisting it wasn't there. I personally called and confirmed and re-confirmed their email while my husband was in the store. Despite this, they kept insisting my husband was asking for a fax and continued telling me they were not receiving. When they finally "found" all 3 emails after 20 minutes, Amir blamed it on us; he continued to say it was our fault. I asked him why he couldn't just apologize to which he replied; "Why should I apologize when it's your fault." Had he simply apologized, I wouldn't be writing this. Do not go here. read more

I moved out of state and whenever I'm home I ship boxes of HEB food back to my new home. I took two large bags of food into this store, asked them to package it because it contained glass, and ship it to two different addresses. Long story short the one to my daughter arrived with broken bottles of barbecue sauce covering everything, but she was able to clean out broken glass and salvage some of it. My box was so badly damaged UPS threw it out and never delivered it. I never got a thing. When I called, the nice young man said it sounded like a new employee needed more training and they would file a claim. After months of not hearing a word I finally received an email saying ..."sorry but your claim was denied because it wasn't 'packed properly'..." (which is what I asked them to do). I've done this exact thing from UPS Stores in Pflugerville and Round Rock and everything arrived perfectly. I am again getting no response to my objection that they were supposed to package it. I'm out about $300 worth of stuff and $80 worth of shipping. I am moving back to Fredericksburg, and will never use that store again. read more
