Above and beyond... I've been to this franchise location many times. I've never been disappointed and I believe that is because of the "top down" theory, meaning when the boss is good, the staff is good too. Recently a mix up occurred resulting in my package going to the wrong place. To keep it brief, Ted did everything he could, and then some, to try to make it right. In the end he went above and beyond. So they kept a happy customer. In a small town it's so great to see businesses being so professional and courteous. Thank you UPS store staff. read more

We moved recently and had a bunch of stuff in our box broken. We paid for insurance, but yet they denied to pay for any of our stuff. I wouldn't recommend shipping here ever. Go through FedEx instead. read more

Every time I have used the UPS store, I have gotten prompt and professional service. The Notary services are especially quick and easy. The cost of the Notary is on par with other Notary services in town. On many occasions, I have had to either mail or return packages. Had my husband take a light weight thin metal sign that maybe weighed 5 lbs and approximately 23x28 to be packed and shipped yesterday . $50.00 for the packing and $160.00 to ship it regular ground for a total of $211.00 . Called them this morning to see if it was a mistake . Was told no it wasn't and I said this was just ridiculous and Robert told me my husband was stupid enough to swipe his card ! I had to return a very heavy box and asked for a hand cart to get it into the store..."No problem, I'll help you!" was the response by the clerk! Once the package was inside, we realized the return would not be paid by Amazon and wasn't worth it, so it went back to the car...! I apologized, and again the clerk said "No problem, I'm happy to help!". I give 5 stars to the clerk and store! read more

The workers in this particular UPS store have always been friendly and helpful and patient with me as I am an oldie. The parking lot is almost always full but if you're patient you can find a parking space. They share it with the 7-Eleven so the turnover in parking places is pretty fast. read more

The owner has now "terminated my agreement" for my box because she has it out for me because I am a "competing" notary. I wrote the information below based on the genuine assumption that she has bigger fish to fry than to worry about a new mobile notary to the area. She and her employees ARE NOT MOBILE so I'm hardly their competition but she has been a horrible person to me over the last year I have been a box holder. One of the first things she did was couldn't get a flyer made up for me, then when I went somewhere else to fill my needs she gets upset and she pulls my business cards down off of her services wall. It happened once and the employees thought it was strange, said to put it back up, and then a week later it gets taken down again. I asked multiple employees and they all told me it was the owner who took it down. She never said a word to me about it. It was even HERSELF who gave me the verbal approval to put my business card up. She then continues to be just a flat out nasty person to me in the most low-key ways possible. I figure no big deal, but when she tells me how she's rearranged the line system and told me which lines are for what you want done when it's busy (since winter is their busy time) and then the next time I'm in it's back to one giant line! She claims that I had disruptive behavior. She was the one yelling at me from across the room and behind the counter. I also got loud because the other customer touched me when she was pushing past me. So ya I'm going to get loud. If I was so distruptive then why didn't you ask me to leave to my face? Instead of writing me a typed up letter saying that you won't renew my box. Well I'm glad because I'm now saving $150/year for not even basic human decency from the owner. The other employees love me and referred people to me and passed out my business cards personally on their own time. The owner also will be hearing from the AZ Secretary of State because she has a rule stating that her employees who are a commissioned notary may not notarize anything outside of the store. I worked at this UPS store for 3 years and can honestly tell you we know a ' mobile notary' that comes in the store almost daily. So your agreement was definitely NOT terminated because she is 'worried' about competition. There was ONE employee who passed out your cards during their working hours and was asked not to on store time. There was ONE employee you talked to... not 'other' employees. Patsy doesn't have to hide behind her employees when she does things. If you have a problem with her, just be an adult and talk to her. I can assure you she wasn't the one who instigated any anger or rudeness. There are always the customers in line who witness your actions shaking their head because of your actions. This is the best UPS Store I've ever been to, hands down, and I've been to a bunch around the country (I've moved a lot). I had a lot of shipments recently that required special care. Some were international, some valuable and very fragile, some very large and heavy. The team was incredibly professional and friendly. They were VERY busy but efficiently got business done. I was very impressed. I worked most with Jenna, who was a delight and so on top of it! I usually feel the need to be eagle-eyed to make sure things are being done correctly. Not with Jenna! She went above and beyond. I had written numbers on the boxes to keep track of what's in each and she took it upon herself to write those on each tracking receipt so that I could keep them straight. Such a small thing that saved me time and headache later. Btw, I had to go back the next day for more shipments and was met with the same professionalism. And all of the shipments have arrived unscathed :) read more

I use this store all the time, they are great, but today ??? My 2007 Prius, with 200K miles, displayed the "Red Triangle of Death" again yesterday. I decided that rather than fix it again, I would donate the old princess to the (Wounded Warriors) Vehicles for Warriors. Part of the process is to release title to them by signing the Cert of Title, but in Arizona that must be notarized. So, here we are at the UPS Store, at the final step, and I have explained what I am doing to the very pleasant Notary, she is very professional and completes her process and stamps the title. I try to pay her and she floors me !!! Tells me that if i can donate my car to the Vet's, she can cover the Notary cost !!! People, these are the businesses and citizens we need to support. We have rented a box here in excess of a decade. We started because it was easy to have our shipments shipped to this facility and we pick it up. Lately, however, it seems that it is more and more common that our packages show it delivered but when we get there, they can't find it. The man at the counter is rude and either does not have the proper training or just doesn't care. When our rental is up we will not renew our box. Very disappointed read more

They no longer ship to my home. I just found out that my address was invalidated. I had to drive 1 hour, one way, to the airport area in Kingman to pick up my package. Still paid full shipping charges. They used to always be in our neighborhood. I did not know that they had dropped our area, thought it was an error due to Covid /holidays & delivering the vaccines. I just placed an order for a water filter for my LG Refrigerator and found out they can not ship it to my home and they will not ship to my Post Office either!!! LG apologized saying my home is in an invalidated UPS area!!! Imagine that. I live just off the I-40 before Yucca in the 86438 zip code. read more

Terrible customer service, lady was rude, condescending. She couldn't get her scanner to work on a ups label provided by Amazon then charged us $2.50 to print the ups label.I had another ups store, I use all the time in Idaho, scan the label and said it was working fine...save yourself some money, frustration and go to the real ups terminal just down the road. The people at the real ups terminal are helpful and very nice to deal with.This "ups store" is privately owned and adds a large fee on top of the ups shipping charges read more

Location is great but both times I've come to ship stuff I've had to deal with rude employees.

Over the past two weeks I made several trips to the UPS store to send sentimental items, photos, and general stuff to my home in Maryland as I cleared out my late mother's house. Each time I was greeted with good humor, even though some of my packages contained a motley assortment that required creative packing. The staff members were consistently patient, kind, and efficient. They made a difficult time for me better by their professional expertise and friendliness. read more

I would give them a ten, if it were possible. On my first visit I was first customer of the day and so was not charged, I was so thrilled that they were open at 7:30 that it took a while to realize just how good they were. The next day three trips to correct my and my realtors mistakes and they still were off the charts good. On my last trip to correct yet another of my mistakes ( I was a bit excited as it had been listed for two years and finally sold) I forgot to sign and needed a due over which I was not charged for. While I was fumbling around, a steady stream of others came and stuff sent and what ever they needed done quickly and pleasantly.
