Miranda went out of her way to make sure my copies and laminated documents were exactly what I envisioned. She was patient, kind, friendly, and helpful with my many questions and concerns. Omg my son's Birthday is this weekend and I couldn't find party hats that matched with the theme of the party. I went here and JONNY at the printing department was so friendly AND HELPFUL . I explained to him that we needed printing paper with an adhesive back(sticker paper). He helped us with the design and everything for no additional cost for his assistance just the cost of the sheets, even threw one for free so we can stick them in the party hats looks awesome by the way. I like the fact that the people at Staples made an effort to fix a large copy order I had made, but it took three visits. Let me start from the beginning... I uploaded 4 pdf's online to be picked up at the store the day after by 6pm. The day of pickup was supported to be New Years Eve, and that store was scheduled to close at 6pm that day. The order confirmation said pick up by 830pm but I knew that wasn't right. The confirmation also said that I would receive an email notification when it was ready. So, I waited. The store closed. New Year's Day comes around and I get a call from the store saying my order was ready, great! I go to pick it up. The print is landscaped, it is not formatted like I can flip it like a book. So the employee tries to print it again, and I let them know I have to come back later to pick it up, and 4 hours later it's still not right. They tell me I must change the format of the pdf so it prints like a normal page. So I take the copy that won't really be of use. I come back the next day which is today January 2, and this time I go to the self service area to try and print everything I need. I'm about $33 plus $22 in now. The guy at the printing counter helps me print one of the documents the right way. It took him 30 seconds. And they give it to me at no charge. The problem is, I needed the study documents fir work and I lost two days of review plus wasted time and to be honest I'm not trying to hang out at Staples during a pandemic. Maybe it's partially my fault because I selected the wrong options for the print but I'm not sure that there was an option to change it, but if so the second visit would have been enough to fix it. Either way I'm happy now. Not a horrible experience but not a perfect one either. read more

Until today I would have given this store 5 stars. It's unfortunate what one employee can do. I had purchases to make but Arturo's behavior and asking me to "LEAVE MY STORE!!!" caused me to go elsewhere. I feel sorry for him because he really didn't know how to answer why the Amazon return code Staples provides when returning my packages is different than what Amazon provided to me. In his defense, I was persistent and wanting an answer. I've never had this as an issue with returns at a UPS drop-off so this was all new to me. I'm still worried, Amazon hasn't received the package. Just great that I happened to use Staples for an expensive return. Won't happen again. read more

I needed a laptop and came into Staples. I found what I needed and asked for some assistance. They said someone would be with momentarily. It's been 45 mins, I'm still waiting, no help yet. And yes there are people in the store, but its certainly not busy. In fact, I'm watching 3 employees chatting and laughing it up while, a line is starting to form around the register that's open. Why not open another register? Why not help a customer who is trying to buy a big ticket item? What gives?!?!? read more

I went to the Lake Havasu Staples to have business cards made. I provided them with a completed file. All they had to do was transfer it and make the cards. Pretty simple. When I got the cards, they had increased the size of the copy and eliminated the important background, they also had changed the color of the copy on one line... as well as putting a space between the s and u in Havasu. so it read Havas u. They said they would fix the mistakes and cards would be ready in 4 days. I returned today to pick them up. The cards were still wrong and the little girl in the print area started in on me saying it was my fault as the file had multiple colors in the copy and the file was wrong. Despite the fact I still have the file to prove the contrary. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They screwed up a simple job TWICE and try to blame me....never again! Do yourself a favor and stay away from that store, or at least the print area! read more

Well stocked and organized store. Needed a canon ink cartridge to finish taxes. Website said they had them and they did.

I had purchased an Epson ink cartridge, and it would not work in my printer. I wasn't sure if it was the cartridge, or the printer. I took the cartridge back and the manager gave me a new cartridge even though I had had the cartridge for a month. It WAS the cartridge that was at fault. The new cartridge works great. read more

This place is the pits when it comes to computers. I wasted an entire morning trying to get a laptop issue resolved. They are terribly shorthanded, having had 5 people quit in the last two weeks. (according to one of their "techs"). Still, the remaining TWO people won't stick with a project until resolution....they keep opening up the cases of others who are waiting while ostensibly "helping" you. While waiting, I had one of their floor people say they were clueless as to inventory, and found it impossible to answer customer questions. (apparently having had little or NO training after getting hired). I had brought in my Mother in law's laptop because it was running so slow. They insisted a virus scan be undertaken to see if that could be the problem, not disclosing that it would take a FULL HOUR to do it. Verdict: I needed virus removal and it was going to cost ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS!! AND it wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon! WHAT? a software issue that takes 24 hours to implement? Sounds fishy to me. They could have told me I would have this wait an hour ago! AND after I paid for this "service", it might not solve the problem! THEN they would issue a refund. CRAZY SHIT!!! So be forewarned.....You are entering some bizarre parallel universe. Be prepared to be astonished by the inept management. To be fair, the guys working tech could probably do their jobs if they were not being expected to do the work of four. People here are "over a barrel" theirs is practically the only game in town. UPDATE: I worked for a few hours on it, and got it back to factory specs all by myself.....Now I simply use AVG anti-virus...doesn't cost anything. read more

[As good as it gets and ain't that sad!] We can't find simple things such as an affordable stylish selection of ball point ink pens, desk pen holders or wrist phones. On the other hand, [yeah, 4 fingers & a thumb] as we refuse to enter into the hassles of owning printers, buying paper, expensive ink & suffer the traumas of incompatible links with the laptop/desktops, we are so very happy with the Staples Copy & Print Service! Oh sure, the staff is lethargic & certainly not very enthused, the results [eventually] are extremely noteworthy & completely 'worth it'! So very much less expensive than maintaining printers, it's very convenient to simply attach images to an email to Staples & they have our color copies ready at the store. Though 6 employees seem to be far too busy with 4 other customers, [maybe it's just us] it's still really 'worth it'! inexpensive? sure compared to printer maintenance. moderate? wait time is excruciating. pricey? time consuming. ultra high end? Well yeah if a Cross or Parker ink pen costs over a hunerd bux! Selections so very limited. & STILL - 'as good as it gets' :( read more
