He understood my situation, and I felt that he and Pak Mail were taking my needs seriously. The paintings arrived earlier than expected, and the packing job was great. Here are the photos. It was very RARE also and I worried about the shipment the entire way. It was a figure of Christ on the cross with very DELICATE outstretched arms=nightmares and tremendous trepidation over this shipment and receiving broken arms. Chuck at PakMail did an absolutely MASTERFUL job of packing this incredible fragile item by creating a CUSTOM TRIPLE foam cradle for it to ride in. Unbelievable TREMENDOUS care was taken to get this to me safe and sound. If I had to ship anything PRECIOUS across the world I would hire this Pak Mail to do it-WONDERFUL ALL THE WAY!!

I have shopped at the Staples on University Parkway in Manatee County Florida for many years…read moreusually being able to get what I need. Today I went there after not being there for some time and was absolutely disgusted. Where there used to be office furniture there were big bins of $.50 old clothes!! Most popular office supplies were non existent. The aisles that used to have all the newest most popular printers contained only a few printers and no ink available for them. There were boxes blocking the way to the printing and copying counter and worst of all, about 1/3 of the store is now a party supply area. Even the employees that I questioned about this said it is awful and that whoever runs the part supply area is consistently complaining about Staples items being in their way. Seriously???? What gives? Is this what all Staples stores are turning into? If so, do the area a favor and close the store!! Goodwill stores and Thrift stores are nicer. The 2 employees were having an argument, so I had to wait a bit for them to take a break from that. The one who agreed to take my photo decided to take a personal phone call, so I had to wait another several minutes for her to finish that. The photos came out OK.

Terrible customer service. Two employees worked on a 4x6 box while I had my arms full with three…read moreboxes, one quite large. There was only one other customer in the store. No one offered a place for me to put the boxes down and I am not a strong woman. Finally I went to put my three boxes on the counter. But because my arms were so weak from holding them so long, I couldn't pull the boxes high enough to reach the counter. They hit the side of the counter and I fell onto the ground, along with all my boxes. The manager just walked away. They hardly spoke to me or acknowledged me while they rang up my items. No apologies and it all could have been avoided if someone had just acknowledged me and showed me where I could put down my boxes. I'm still shaking while I write this review in the parking lot.

Absolutely horrible! I booked an appointment for finger printing on Saturday and drove an hour to…read morethe location. A sign on the door said closed on Saturday and Sunday for summer. I called the finger printing company and they told me they had just found out the location would be closed. At the very least you could have called your scheduled appointments to notify them or make an effort to open to perform those services. Not only did you waste two hours of my time, I now have to contact the billing department at Identgo for a $110 refund for our finger printing appointments. Several different signs on the doors showing different hours of operation.
