    It's UPS store. It's easy when it's not crowded and there's parking. Couple of the guys there are really chill, one not so much.

    I cancelled my mailbox here today after a very negative interaction with the man working the…read morecounter. I ship from this location and receive packages almost every day, and unfortunately, he has never been particularly friendly. Today, I brought in about 10 packages over four or five trips and placed them off to the side before getting in line. I briefly stepped over to hand my phone to my wife at the Amazon return area, then waited beside my large pile of packages. While I was waiting, another customer who wanted help packing a jersey cut in front of me. The employee looked right at me and helped that customer instead. When I spoke up and explained that the customer had cut in front of me and that I had been waiting for a while, the employee laughed and told me I "should have been in line." I understand that the store can get busy, but I waited my turn like everyone else and did not deserve to be laughed at or talked down to. Since no one seemed to care about the situation, I decided to cancel my box.

They explained the steps and I would periodically for the last ten years use this store. They have always been helpful and accommodating, even two months ago when I needed shipping peanuts, they made it affordable for purchase. Last week, my service use of the store is no longer welcome. I dropped in to pick up my usual financial shipment, which occurs as often as once a year, or every fourteen months. I was told by the new manager that "such a shipment will be refused from now on". I did not realize that FedEx without a specific membership account was now required. I wasn't given the option to start such an account; I was firmly told to never use their store service again. I felt accused of some nefarious action. I will find a new store, since its clear my business isn't desired.

    First, a Fed Ex driver was supposed to deliver my packages to my home. I'm not sure where he tried…read moreto deliver them. The photo emailed to me was not of my front door and there was a note that "the business" was closed. I live in a single-family home in a residential neighborhood. After contacting the shipper, I was told they would try to get my packages redelivered. I was telephoned by Fed Ex at 5:44 p.m. and advised I could pick them up, but I would have to be there before their closing time of 6:30. I told the caller I was a half-hour away and she said she would leave a note for the people in the office that I was coming. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and the lady in the shipping office told me I had to arrive by 6:10 in order to pick up my packages. I told her what the person who called me from FedEx told me, and all she would say was, "You can pick them up tomorrow." Actually, I can't because I can't get there during your Saturday operating hours. Fed Ex wasted my time, gasoline and they are just the worst.

He kept insisting on the differences between…read moreFedEx Express and FedEx Ground without offering a real solution for a package that was supposed to be delivered one week ago. For a customer, FedEx should be FedEx, and the organization division should be transparent for the customer. A possible solution would be to contact someone from the other division and ask for the package. Never have had a similar experience with UPS or USPS.
