Ive frequently used this store and one thing Im deeply dissatisfied with, is how they ALWAYS charge more than other ups for the exact same services. One copy has a starting fee of 3 dollars! Really?! If you're sending something with a tracking number even if you have an envelope and its a regular letter, they require you by another one, bubblewrapped for about three dollars! Really. When did regular letters need bubblewrapped envelopes? Same with Amazon! They reuire you to by a plastic wrap for the returnlabel! Just stay away if you can, this is just scam and a disgrace of a UPS. read more

They charged me $7.57 for a whole roll of tape rather than putting three pieces of tape on the top of my box to tape it from their tape roll beside the register. Was told I can buy a roll or go home and tape it. I understand the box needs to be taped, but come on...you really couldn't just use your tape roller? $7.57 for 3 pieces? I returned the package in the exact same condition that it was delivered to me in. When I went to this store they said it was open because the creases weren't taped and charged me a $2 taping fee. Not a big deal, but it's a surprise that I'm being charged for the exact same condition I received the package in from UPS. Denise was of no help in the situation and just kept pushing the fee. They printed two emailed copies of return labels I was going to go to work and print, but I googled their services beforehand and they said they'd print the labels for you. I thought I'd had all the labels I needed ready to go, but had forgotten two of them by accident. I had the box ready to go, just needed a label printed out for two small, not even one pound boxes (I was returning a shirt and a pair of headphones). They charged me $5 without telling me ahead of time that they were going to charge me for the emails and printing. The only reason I printed off the labels myself was because Amazon said this would be free. I will not come back to this store again. Why not just give me a heads up that I was about to be charged, instead of rendering services, and then almost on my way out the door telling me I owed $5. Jerry, get it together, okay. read more

All the personnel at this store are excellent, but I have to give special credit to Denise. I was faced with returning a defective item. The merchant had sent an email from which I was supposed to generate a shipping label, but the label could not be printed out. I took my predicament to nearest UPS store. After doing some brain work, Denise was able to generate the necessary UPS shipping label by using data from the email I had already forwarded to her. If not for Denise, I might have had to pay shipment on the defective item out of my own pocket. Thank you, Denise, and keep it up! read more

Not all UPS stores are the same. Oscar helped me ship a package. He was patient, considerate and very helpful. Gave first rate customer service. Sure you can go anywhere to ship ups but if you're close by, this is a nice store. Also this plaza that it is in is well maintained and clean with a few casual dining options. read more

Today was more dire than the last and I have to specifically thank Troy for helping me with my print job; 1200 pages that needed to be stapled in random groupings was something he did with a smile and all the while giving amazing service to the other people who came in and he was able to help between my job. I stopped by near closing time with a bunch of packages that needed to be sent out. The staff there stayed late to help me get everything sent out in time. They also worked quickly and efficiently. I've been to a number of UPS Stores and find that oftentimes there can be a long line and I end up spending 30-40 minutes to get something sent out. However, at this location they worked quickly and efficiently, which I greatly appreciated. Lastly, they were also very friendly. I don't recommend if you want your packages you ship off to end up back at your door. Something told me I was going to have problems with this UPS store. I just knew it based off the customers they had waiting, the African American worker was training someone on a different task and trying to help me. Went to this place Feb 27th to return a package, today March 9th I recieved the package from FEDEX. 10 days later, Im recieving a returned package I shipped off. When I checked the package, it did NOT have my return label on there, theres the issue right there. Another problem is this was supposed to br shipped via UPS. Why is FEDEX @ my door ?????? So today I called the ups store located at 5693 S. Jones blvd unit 112. I needed to get something notarized so they said they do that there. Well I leave and it takes 5 minutes to get there. As soon as I walk in I go to get it notarized and the curly hair guy in there was rude and said that he doesn't do notaries and the other lady does it. So I ask her to do the notary, which I just talked to her on the phon and she looks at me still putting things away and says "I just took my lunch break." And the curly haired guy says sorry she just took her lunch break and to come back in 30 minutes. Service was stupid literally just talked to her. And they want me to come back in 30 minutes. What a joke for customer service. Now they are putting me behind a schedule. Could've been handled and taken care of in 1 minute. But instead they wanted to get an attitude l. I went in to get a package sent to my sister I need to get there really quickly. The staff there was super friendly and understanding actually save me some money on the shipping based on my box. They were quite friendly as we joked about the contents of my package being a pair of pajamas which are special for my sister for Christmas. Yes I'm 54 years old and my sister who is 10 years my younger sis love elf and so got her a pair of pj's. The staff thought is was great and were supper helpful. I came in here on a thursday afternoon to ship something out. the bald African American man in his 40s that works here is unbelievably incompetent. there was a line out the store and instead of working efficiently to get the (obviously annoyed and frustrated patrons) in and out as quickly as possibly, he did the complete opposite. he was the only one working but was having three patrons at a time come up to each register, and was working on all three. so he would start with one person, then walk away to another person, leaving the first person hanging. maybe he thought this would make it go faster, but I had 5 people in front of me and waited 25+ minutes. by the time I left there was over 10 people in line behind me. when it was my turn, he called me up then decided he was going to help someone behind me because he thought they could be handled quicker than I could. so he had me stand at the register, called up more people, and took care of them. shouldn't he go in order of who got there? I finally asked if I could just tape my box shut myself as I was tired of standing there, and he informed me he would not be taping my box at all - so you are going to send an open package?? wow. by the time he finally got to me all he did was scan my slip I had, take my open box with items in it, and throw it on the floor an throw my label on top of it. I asked if he could please tape it shut and he informed me he would later. if that was all you had to do, why did you let 3 people go in front of me? will never return to this location. read more

The girl who was working was working as fast as she could. She had a decent amount of people in the store. I came in May 25,2021 and they were packed. I peeked around the corner because I heard someone coughing in the back and An older Asian gentleman was just sitting in the back and not helping.
