i dont really write reviews on yelp but 3 days ago i need it to get my passport expedite and this lady on glasses had the worst attitud EVER, i had some question on how to do it, and she didnt let me speak she just hand it me a paper with what i need it for the passport, i had more question and she just throw me the paper again without letting me speak.... the paper said i need it to make a money order for 185$ i rush to try to get one, drove for ever i came back and another guy help me and said the money order amount was incorrect it was 215$ because it was expedite passport, no going to lie this got me so mad..... specially because she wouldnt even let me talk. i finally got it with shawn he was very helpfull and the service was good, just avoid this " KAREN" she wont let you speak or ask any questions about anything and would give you the worst attitude posible read more

Love this place. Been here twice. The gentleman, whose name I can't recall at the moment is superb. They have excellent customer service; fast reliable, & cost effective. One of my favorite things about them is that they also have an incredible amount of trinkets in the store that are actual "of use," including being able to copy keys (ie house keys). I pick up large bulks of shipments weekly, and they are always incredibly kind and efficient. The system they have in place makes pickups completely hassle-free--there's never a line, and I'm in and out in no time. I went this place for a passport picture $5.99 check in special, but they didn't accept this deal due to no more this promotion continued. The guy said only for 4x6 other picture, but nothing said like in yelp. They charged $12 for only one picture. I should go Walgreen cos $15 for 2 pictures. I have had a mailbox at postal annex for many years. I've had a few different commercial mailboxes because I travel a lot for work and so my packages are kept safe until I return. This place has been the best of all of them. They have never lost any of my mail or packages and they are reliable with their hours and communicative about any changes so I've never made a wasted trip to get my mail. The owners are also very friendly and helpful. It has been a great experience to do business with them all these years. read more

To everyone complaining about the spam. It should be obvious this company PostalAnnex+ is not the one bombarding us with spam. The spam emails all have different content from different company's and brands, but they have this company's address at the bottom. I'm getting these spam emails everyday. Very frustrating. I'm using Live (outlook). They (Microsoft) should be able to filter these spammers better. I'm from Europe. I live in Europe and I'm getting these emails. I can't imagine how many people are being bombarded with all this spam all over the world. Some of these spam emails are even in Dutch which is where I'm from. I bet a lot of unsuspecting people, especially older people are clicking on these spam links. Very unfortunate. I hope someone can do something about this soon. read more

I've had a mailbox here for almost 4 years and it's like walking into the Cheers Bar where everybody knows your name! I'm lucky enough to say that over time we have all become friends but please believe I pay late fees just like everyone else if I forget to pay on time! Haha. They offer great specials on printing and had a free caricature artist a few months ago! What other PO box does that? The crew at Postal Annex offers personal, attentive and detailed service that can't be matched. There hasn't been a request that they couldn't complete and I look forward to many more years of having them protecting my packages. I'm a horrible Elite since I haven't reviewed this place sooner but there is no mistaking the quality of service that these great folks provide. So sorry for the local business owner to have to have such terrible reviews because of someone else's abuse of their address. I too am receiving daily (all of a sudden) spam emails from McAfee, Geek Squad, Best Buy and others all using the Flamingo Rd address. I have been reporting with FTC but to no avail it appears. I just wanted to say, while I have no personal experience with PostalAnnex, I am confident they have no part in this scam. I hope your business does not suffer too much from this unfair scheme. Note: The FTC has retired its SPAM@UCE.GOV email box, and currently is using other, more effective tactics to identify and combat spammers. You can report spam to www.ftc.gov/complaint. I have been going to the Postal Annex ever since having problems with the post office right across the street. The manager Sean does an outstanding job making sure that I am happy with my postal needs. Mr. Sean went out of his way to assist me with a package today that would have cost me $72 to send off, he explained what caused it to be that way. He then showed me how to reduce the box size to save money. I paid $27 for the same items being sent off. One of a kind service the is really genuine. read more

You all need to really work on your people skills. Personality goes along way. I mean from the time I entered until the time I left just plain out rude?! I'm first was dealing with his wife she was short I asked for sie tape and she just stares at me I say could I please get some tape she says no we do it for you and I was like oh okay then. After that she proceeded to put the shipping label on and I was so confused because I thought they would let me put my item in a shipping box for protection. She walks away. I'm thinking she's getting a box then he husband comes to me and no hi or anything, he just starts off saying so this is the route you wanna go, as if I'm annoying them ! I say yea please I'd like to put the item that's in a box in a shipping box because it needs better protection be says, well it's already in a box ?! Seriously so what?!!! What's the big deal? Im paying for it and the box is small and it's easily to be breaking into its not a shipping box and that's what I wanted. I simply asked for the item back all in return. No longer doing business with them. That experience was unnecessary and ridiculous. It comes off like you had an issue with just more than me asking for a damn shipping box! Don't need to spend my money where I'm not welcomed. I went to a post net down the street and instant experience change.
