Great FedEx location. Tried this location out for the first time and it went great. I arrived at 5pm on a Friday expecting it to be packed and it wasn't. I was able to ship out my packages quickly. Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as i entered. There's parking right out front, and the entrance is right on post road which was easy to find. Inefficient and ineffective if you ask me. I drove All the way here as they appear a staple store. It says Fed Ex shopping Center right on the front of their store and all of their large trucks are parked in the back. I brought in two large boxes for ground shipping. I had pre paid labels I needed to print. I had to load it out of my car and into the store, pain! On March 23 we needed to prepare and send a legal document. As we were staying at our timeshare at the Flamingo Hilton we tapped the services of their hotel FedEx shop. Lala and Arlieus helped us with the customer computer to prepare and print our legal document, including correcting an error we made for a lost draft. They packaged our document for overnight delivery and did so professionally and at a reasonable cost. Generally only have one maybe two staff working the counter but always polite and courteous. This is a busy location and at times there can be a wait. The wait times seem longer than they actually are. I have never had to wait over 5-10 minutes. Each customer is treated as if there is nothing else and no one else. This may or may not be directly the fault of the this FedEx shipping location. I shipped a package out of state. However tonight. ( 3 days after paying the fee ) I get a text from FedEx that a small package with dimensions very similar to the package I sent off is scheduled to arrive at my address about the same time frame I was told my package would reach its destination. !!! Are you kidding me ?!!! This parcel arriving apparently at my door is from N. Y. What is most concerning is FedEx is nearly impossible to get ahold of. All AI. The ladies working this place, run a tight ship! It's pretty bad a$$... I love it! I had to come in to pick up a package, since I wasn't home during its delivery and plus I had to sign for it- very important stuff! Anywho, this place was the pick up address on the delivery slip, so here I am... If you have never been to this location before it can seem a bit intimidating, plus add in the bad a$$'s working the counter, LOL. I can see how someone that isn't really familiar with picking up/dropping off packages can be a lil' spooked. When you walk in be sure to look up and see which register/line you need to stand in. Also move the line to the right/don't block the main entrance you will get yelled at... For the most part there was not a long wait for the "pick-up only" line. I walked up and the lady basically checked me in to pick up my package, asked me to wait until my name was called; waited 5 minutes and boom-my name was called. Easy-peasy. I can see why some people would view the customer service here as rude, but the ladies behind the counter were trying to move fast because the last drop off time before things get sent out for delivery is 4:45pm....they were just trying to meet that deadline so all the packages got sent out on time. We are experiencing the same issue with tracking inaccuracy. Our packages are being delivered to an office, so of course we have employees there, especially during the delivery time the tracker is indicating. There has been no delivery attempt, no one has tried to deliver anything to anyone in our office. It's very frustrating seeing failed attempted delivery twice knowing this is untrue. FedEx needs to do better training their drivers because this is unacceptable and makes people not trust the company. Seeing that this is happened to several other customers makes me fell this is certainly a FedEx issue. read more

I am writing a review concerning FedEx Express. They are not reliable today make the 3rd time within the past 3 years they have dropped my package off to one of my neighbors home instead of mine. I don't realize it until they send proof of delivery and I notice that's not my house.Then I have to go on a hunt to find my package. I have file a complaint to the company each time. Was expecting two packages and one was a very important package which requires a signature and it said out for delivery so im watching my house cameras to see when he will be there. He pulls up and i call my wife who is home so she can sign for it. The driver just drops off the one package and didnt even wait long enough for my wife to answer the door. I called their number within 5 minutes and got a call center in india who took my info and sent some kind of report to the shipping center. Then i get an email saying it will be delivered tomorrow, but whats the point if the driver is not gonna wait for anyone to answer the door? Then they told me i could drive to their shipping center which is across town. I guess i have to do that since its more reliable than them trying to deliver it. What a waste of time. read more

Just picked up a package and the counter person, brunette with purple rimmed eyeglasses was just very unpleasant. I noticed she was unpleasant and condescending with the woman in front of me as well. She definitely needs some training on being more friendly and approachable. She asked for my tracking number and interrupts me in the middle of me saying it and proceeds to have attitude with me that she didn't get it. Maybe if she paused, listened and allowed me to recite the number vs interrupting me to hear yourself speak. It's Friday. It wasn't busy in there at all either 2 workers and 3 customers. Lanette was incredibly kind and helpful when I came in, I asked her a quick question about boxes thinking I was going to pick some out myself. After she was done with the one customer behind me, she came over and gave me some detail about my options. She even gave me estimates for shipping scenarios and wished me well as I headed out with a big smile on her face. This is top notch customer service, thank you Lanette for giving me assistance so I could get in and out quicker, especially with this being the time of COVID. The location itself is great, very airy with ventilation and markers for social distancing. Much, much better than USPS or UPS offices I've visited. Pricing was much better too, actually! read more

Missed my delivery Tuesday after its said it was coming Mondayand got delayed, then, it didn't get delivered the next day or the next day. I called and the agent said they messed up the address and it was never getting delivered so he said I could pick it up. My address isn't on my ID yet and he said my husband could pick it up, the guy at the counter wouldn't let him get it so I pulled up a bill on my phone showing my name and address, he looked at it, took off for 10 and said it had to be printed and wouldn't give me my package. When the guy on the phone said my husband showing proof of address was good enough in the first place. Bigger old guy with shit of his face, wasted my time, my gas and ruined taking my kids to a place that closes at 7 because we also had to wait 20 minutes in line, all for him not to give me my 1200 phone that I've been waiting all week for that was never going to get delivered until I called anyways. Was told that I could not ship my A/C Power Adapter because it is a battery. It is in fact not a battery but rather the charger for the battery and anyone who has used a laptop or various other electronics in the last 20 years and a bit of common sense should know the difference however Roxanne does not know the difference and insisted it was indeed a battery. Hard to believe there was no manager or someone higher up to talk with and explain to Roxane how AC power adapters work since she was so fixated on her idea that this was a battery. I will not be returning to this location and will not be using FEDEX again , this instance has caused quite a bit of inconvenience and was easily avoided. I blame the station manager as this attitude sets the tone for the rest of the station. Start calling 800 GO-FEDEX and ask for customer service. Customer service is hit or miss. Some are nice, some are cold and borderline rude. They also still make you wear a mask in the store regardless of vaccination. I was in line, told I needed a mask, had to leave and go get one from my car and when I got back, end of the line. Pissed and annoyed is an understatement. Just wanted to complain about the delivery driver and the system is not currently up to date. My package supposed to arrive by the end of Monday (Didn't capture the picture because I didn't expected delay). The end of Monday, package was not here. Tuesday 13:29 (1:29pm) got the Note on the door that package was here and required signature but nobody was home. "Even the Date on the first note was wrong" At 14:01 (2:01pm) got an inform text message that the package is ready to pick up. I was walking up to the locker room, I saw a FedEx Van and delivery driver, so I asked him and showered him the note and the message that I got few minutes ago. He said it wasn't him. Well, that's alright. Then I proceeded to the locker room which is behind the FedEx Van and put the code I got from the text message, the locker opened, bammm there was no package. This is weird!! I walked to an apartment office and had them check CCTV for me. It showed that the driver I talked to earlier tried to deliver the package in the locker and send me code. But after all the code send, he took my package and walked up to the Van. Then he tempted to deliver the package to my apartment again while I was watching the Video what's going on with my package. After I talked to the apartment workers, I walked back to my apartment and saw a second note on the door that he attempted to deliver the package again at 14:12 (2:12pm) but nobody home. SERIOUSLY, I just talked to him and he turned me off that wasn't him. It written that I can pick up from the post office after 5:30 that day. I checked online and my package was at the FedEx location on Wed 17th at 6:22am. 2pm that day, I checked online and there's no change; so I headed to the post office trying to get it. The post officers checked checked and checked. I waited almost 10 mins and they told me that by 2:12pm they tried to deliver the package again at the apartment but nobody home . This is messed up FedEx!!! Still now I didn't get my package Please up date your shipment time and train your deliver guys proper action. If I could give this location zero stars I would. This location contained the most incompetent string of FedEx employees I have ever had the unfortunate "luck" to encounter. It started with tracking the package I was expecting just to see that it was listed as 'Incorrect Address'. My first thought was how could this be? I had made sure the address was listed correctly when I placed the order and when I received the shipment notification it also had the correct address. When I called the customer service center they told me that the note on the shipment was that my shipping address did not include a building number. In my complex, we do have unit #'s and building #'s. The unit #'s and building #'s do not repeat. The building #'s are used to narrow down which area of the complex you are in but you can still locate a unit without the building #. I have lived in this complex for 3 years and the only time I've used the building # is when I have a visitor or I am ordering take-out food. This was not the first thing I've had shipped to this apartment and this was the first time I've had this problem. Obviously the driver was new and didn't know the area, too lazy to ask the security guards for directions, ask the renters office for help, or just didn't feel like doing their work today. The customer service agent let me know that they could put a note on this shipment so that as soon as the package was returned to the shipment center, I would be notified by text or email and would be able to go pick up the package in person. I never received the notice. I took a change and went to the FedEx location hoping that my package would have been returned to the shipment center. Turns out that the package had returned to the center 45 mins before I even got there yet, still to this day, no email, phone call or text was ever received as I was promised. The gentlemen at the counter who was assisting me in retrieving the box took at look at my tracking # and ID and proceeded to the back to look for the box. When he came back out 10 mins later, he said he couldn't find it because he did not write down the tracking # and needed the information again. Wouldn't it have been important information to take down the first time around instead of wasting 10 minutes?!?! When he finally found it, he scanned the label, I signed to say I received it and as I took possession of the box, he grabbed it out of my hands so he could verify the name on the box again. REALLY?!?! That information should have been checked, double checked and tripped checked before even handing me the package and having me sign for it. I will avoid shipping with FedEX and especially to this location for the rest of my life. read more

The worst service. Read the reviews online, Yelp, almost everywhere. They should not be in business. Just like everyone else they keep trying to deliver when I'm not home. I've called numerous times telling them I won't be home until the evening time. They said they would notate it and they never do. 2 days in a row it was delivered in the middle of the day and left door tags. Then I got a notification that it was being delivered in the evening and I made sure I was home. They said they made an attempt in the evening time which was not true. These idiots don't realize that it's 2022 and everyone has got ring cameras and sensors. Plus I was sitting on the couch next to the front door. They have come to my door 2 days in a row and I see them on camera and they say I have to sign for the package and each time I tell them I'm at work and advised when I am home. When I finally spoke to a foreign supervisor he said he will ensure they deliver during the evening.
