I am always impressed and at peace when I go into any UPS Store. It is always clean and tidy and the workers are always friendly and helpful. I am not sure how pricing compares to USPS, but for me, sometimes UPS is more convenient because they are literally everywhere. It is fast and easy to mail a package with tracking. read more

This is one of the worst locations. I have had several items not make it to their destination when I have shipped from this location and Christine is one of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I've come into contact with at any location. I've had issues with her several times and this most recent time was the last straw. Even though this location is right next to my house I'll drive 10 minutes further just to avoid going here and I suggest people do the same. There's always a long line because they can't handle the volume at this store, there are always arguments with customers because of their unprofessionalism and they lose a lot of packages based out of this location. Something is up with this UPS, I tried to ship a box to Canada and they said they had to charge me for shipping it there and shipping it BACK "incase" it gets returned? Like what on earth? So I went to the UPS on blue diamond and buffalo needless to say this is NOT the case so it was half the price. Went to this same UPS again a month later and tried to ship one of the birthday envelopes which she told me would be $130, WHAT??? An envelope of documents? That I don't even care when they arrive? I needed to have copies of some D size blueprints, and that led me to the UPS store on 8545 W Warm Springs. I found the service to be friendly and efficient, and they have a substantial amount of staff on hand so the wait was reasonable. I had problems trying to do is determine the size of paper that I needed, and the staff was able to effectively help me determine what I wanted. So when I needed to create a Microsoft Publisher documents from a picture that I had, I went back and saw the "print master", at this location. This is an unusual request for a typical UPS store, but I found Don aka the "print master", to be extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Not only was he able to create my publisher document, he was able to set me up with high quality paper, cut down to size, complete with a crease in the center to make it easy to fold. This is what I call high quality service for a very reasonable price. Naturally when I had a problem with my laser printer I turned to "the print master" for advice. He was able to fix up my laser printer, and I am back in business! I highly recommend the UPS store on 8545 W Warm Springs for all your typical shipping needs, and lots of office services too. Not to mention they get the biggest multifunction copier that I have ever seen, that thing must be 6 feet long, or more. read more

Three stars since it is a bit 'pricer' for the added luxury of not going to an actually UPS. Scanning and copying at UPS stores is rather high, other places are by far considerably less expensive. Again, it's convenient. The parking lot at this location is not the easiest in avoiding the drivers in this town. I suggest going when they open at 8am, before the shopping center fills up and people are racing through so they can avoid the cluster at Warm Springs and Durango. Now, they ship it all! I'm in and out every single time and the employees treat you like family. Always personable and smiling. If that doesn't compel you to leave a review, I don't know what will. Walked in here to send out two packages. One was labeled already and the other needed the label printed which I had ready. The dude took the first one then told me it was $2.50 or $3.00 to print out the other label.... Raally? to print a label for your own company? Granted I know these are franchised but that is so terrible. I went to a different UPS store a couple of miles away and there the guy was courteous printing the label without charge or even mentioning one. I will not be using this UPS store anymore. read more

Very unprofessional customer service by general manager Wendy exhibited during my experience around 9 am on Thursday, July 20, who had no problem with her employee giving me the middle finger unprovoked while at the store. I left the store truly baffled on how an upper level manager could endorse this behavior and put the safety of her employees and other customers at jeopardy by allowing her employee to treat a customer "in her store" with such disrespect. Tell me why I just came in to print ONE piece of paper. For an amazon return. And I'm literally greeted with sass. I DIDN'T ask them to ANALYZE the type of file I needed printed btw just gave the name of the file, handed them my flash drive but they come back to tell me they can't print my PDF file because it needed a shipping label. Which I then explained that Amazon explicitly said I would NOT need one and I just needed a return barcode printed to be placed in the return. And it literally says it on the file I needed printed that UPS is providing a prepaid one (in the attached picture). They proceeded to make a big deal to print out the bar code and made comments like "Good luck I never heard of Amazon doing that". Like shut up LOL. Even if I needed a shipping label, just print out my dang return barcode at least?! I still need that wtf. And I read in other reviews, it says they charge $2.75 for printing shipping labels (which is RIDICULOUS for a normal 8.5x11 piece of paper). BUT I just printed out a return bar code, NOT a shipping label, and they STILL charged me the $2.75? Talk about shitty customer service. But who knows, maybe I'd be an a** too if I worked at a UPS store too! read more

This is a great UPS Store! The people working here are very polite and friendly, also very knowledgeable. I come here very often for the notary service and they always have the notary on duty! To me it's 5 stars alone! I can say hundreds of stories about numerous other UPS stores where the sign says "notary service" and waiting long in line then they inform you that "sorry, today we don't have a notary!" Well, it is fortunately not the case here! So that's the main reason I am very happy with this store. I've gone to this store quite a few times but today was a totally bad experience for me. Could it be that I'm Asian-American? The two front employees especially the lady was so rude to me. She couldn't wait to get me out of that store. If your store would rather not have people of my ethnicity patronize your store just put a sign on your door and I'll gladly go somewhere else. She told my she absolutely couldn't help me so why was the other employee able to assist me? I have never experienced this kind of treatment here in Vegas in my close to 20 years of living here!! This place is way to expensive to ship items. I live in Las Vegas and sent a pair of shorts to another person who also lives in Las Vegas and ur cost me $10 and some change I had the items in bags and they charged me extra for their boxes. Normally I go to a postal place but it's closed due to the COVID right now and they always have recycled boxes from others in the back that they don't charge for, I also sent an item to Florida and it was 16 dollars they were two pair of leggings!! The guy who was checking me out was a little rude when I asked why it was so expensive , he simply said it depends on the person who owns the store??? Which makes no sense but whatever, I just won't go back. Lesson learned. I have included a picture or my receipt. I mailed 3 things and it cost me over $50!!! read more

I'm shocked. My wife and I had a few amazon returns and dealt with Carol the Manager at this UPS store. Very simple, and very quick 5 minute interaction with the non manager girl that was working, then it all turned bad when Carol got involved. I asked Carol who sets the fee for printing a return label, since it's not even close to a competitive fee at $2.75. She said the store owner. Ok cool. That's fine. Every business should be able to price heir services however they want... but when I was walking out of the store Carol says "un fucking believable." The door was halfway closed behind me, it I heard it clear as day so I walked back in the store and asked her what she said, and she repeated it again. There was a mother with two kids inside the store that were at the counter and had to hear this "manager" and her potty mouth, not once but twice. I tried to de-escalate the manager Carol by telling her that the girl that helped us for 5 minutes was very helpful, and courteous. I didn't expect Carol to drop another curse word, for the 3rd time, in front of other customers, but she did! She was clearly beyond de-escalating so I said, "I'm going to leave, I'm sorry you're upset, have a good day." Then walked out before she could curse anymore. I absolutely hope the store is audio and video recorded to back up my story. The owner should have a very real talk with this manager. If I was recording the incident on my phone it could be a viral video. The liability this manager created this UPS store, and the reputation of UPS as a company is overwhelming. UPS clearly needs to have customer service training. There is no reason for any manager to lash out to a customer with cuss words, let alone in front of other customers, with or without children. Disgusting! She needs to be coached on how to deal with customers. This left felt entitled to a $2.75 fee to literally print a piece of paper. All I said to her was "this isn't even a competitive fee, the library charges 10 cents per piece of paper." But she felt some kind of way about doing me and my wife a service (her job) that she is paid by her boss to do. Wow! I'm just totally rambling now because I'm just so shocked that this lady would act that way! I really want to go back inside that store with like a Starbucks gift card or something. She needs to take a chill pill if she gets this worked up over nothing. Maybe she gets upset customers all the time. Maybe tons of people complain about that fee. If so, then maybe the store owner should consider changing that fee. This lady shouldn't have to deal with customers being charged a ridiculous fee that the owner set, to profit off the amazon return process. I understand it's only $2.75, and if $3 bucks is gunna make or break someone that we got bigger problems, but the issue with 3 bucks for literally 1 piece of paper is where the issue is. It took 1 minute to email the label, print it, cut it, and stick it in the bag. Having the label already for UPS is free, so that's the issue. read more

I came to drop off my perfectly packed packages and they asked me a dollar for each package for a taping fee. My packages were taped . They didn't need any additional tape. They were just trying to make money . When I asked to speak with the manager she basically said it is a service fee . So she asked for her tip . Since when UPS is asking for a tip for Amazon prime customers ? Reason I shop at Amazon is easy returns. This place is terrible they will try to hustle you for every dollar ! Made a return and was told that I had to pay for packaging and printing of the label but on the documents it clearly stated that through the UPs pack and ship label (which I had) I just hand over the item and UPs does the rest. The lady still charged me after finding out stating "Oh your going to have to pay still because we didn't know." Being 9 months pregnant with my family waiting in the car I didn't care for any confrontation or to speak to a manager. I Just let it go.
