    UPS return Label and Retail Return Authorization I emailed to the store.

    I've never had such a bad customer service experience in my life.. My package nearly $200 ($300 retail value) was either mishandled and lost... or it was straight up STOLEN by the people working there. An employee there lied to my face about my lost package and even TALKED TRASH TO MY BACK as I was walking out to prevent conflict! Either way this story needs to heard in detail. DETAILS BELOW 5/22/24 Closing Time I send 2 emails with attachments to store 5478 (in the pictures) The young lady printed both of them out and attached the labels for me properly. But she WOULD NOT give me a return receipt. I asked MULTIPLE times and she repeatedly said "We don't give receipts for these." She was persistent so I assumed it was some new policy and would just check the tracking in a few days (Big Mistake) 5/28/24 Afternoon I've noticed after a long (Memorial Day) weekend the tracking shows UPS still never got my package and I was worried. I went back to the store to express my concerns. The young man at the counter seems very dismissive. He didn't seem to want to talk to me. He just tells me he'll look at the cameras, and tells me come back tomorrow. I ask for a form to fill out or if a supervisor should know. He just says "No I'll be here..." So I go back the next day. 5/29/24 Afternoon The young man tells me the reason I didn't get a receipt, and the reason the tracking shows no movement is because he could clearly see on the camera that it was NOT a UPS label, but a POST OFFICE label that was put on the package. He says the wrong label went on to the package, and he himself clearly saw that detail on camera... Impossible. He really made me wait 24 hours just to tell me lie, and gaslight me about my missing stuff? I tell him there's no way he saw that on camera and I think he's lying to me. Our emails match and I saw her print and tape the label on RIGHT IN FRONT of me. He essentially tells me I need to get my eyes checked because it was clearly the wrong label he saw on camera, and it's my fault for not noticing... So now I think they stolen from me, and I mention that. When I ask how to contact a supervisor or ownership he denies me any contact info. I decide to walk out because I see the conversation is going nowhere. I never once raised my voice at him. I'm about to reach for the door...and that's when this kid (19-24 maybe) decides to YELL at me while my back is turned... "YEAH THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!!" - male UPS store afternoon employee 5/29 He knows my package is lost... He knows I feel stolen from. And as I try to diffuse the situation and let go...this employee wants to TAUNT me on my way out?! As if he is ready to fight me?!! So I turned around and let him see my ego too since that's what he wanted to do, and I walked out. I go home and call corporate. About 30 mins later the girl from the store calls me and says "Your package is on its way back to the store and we're going to put the correct label on it and send it out! (This still never happened where is it??) And I have caller ID showing the 2 min call from the store that day! (Picture attached) Past few weeks/Today I had to call corporate a lot because the store wasn't answering them. Corporate requested that the store send the video. Corporate seemed to have to send a final warning to the store before they ever got any reply. I was told the store never ended up sending corporate the video. The store just sent a statement in text I will paraphrase "The package was properly labeled, picked up by UPS, and is no longer in the store after reviewing the video" They didn't mention that I didn't get a receipt. Or why I didn't get a receipt. What happened to the whole post office label mix up? Why did the associate turn me away talking about a post office label, but the store won't give corporate that same key detail? If it was a post office label how did UPS pick up the package? Why do I have a 2 minute phone call of someone telling me there was a mistake to be fixed? Yes that is the official stores Phone number on my incoming calls (photo attached). But the store tells corporate there was no mistake when replying to their messages. I understand why they won't send corporate the video as proof. No initial scan, no truck scan... 0 What a joke. The vague answer lacking all important detail to the situation seems to be enough for corporate to end the investigation and I have to file a police report. But I just wanted to warn the community about my experience. AND TO THIS DAY NO HAS TOLD ME WHY I WAS DENIED A RETURN RECEIPT WHEN I CAME WITH A UPS LABEL! I ONLY GOT LIED TO ABOUT A POST OFFICE LABEL AND VERBALLY DISRESPECTED TO MY BACK! ‍ All applicable photos attached...

    I love going to this place because of what they offer like notary, copying, print, and email with your documents, etc. I encountered Rafael that time, he was so helpful and listen to what I wanted about the size of my documents. The place seems like hidden because is in the back of American express close to the neighborhood Walmart.

    Their printing services are a scam. $2 fee to email them documents to be printed. Any other place is 10 cents for a printing service.
