Nothing says "professional delivery service" quite like an unofficial delivery driver parking on a RED CURB so he can walk his three hand-sized deliveries inside. L & L Transit should absolutely be reported, but apparently UPS doesn't care enough to correct the people creating the problem in the first place. And Tanner's response? "I don't want confrontation." If I could leave a zero, I would, however the lowest I could go as a one !!! Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The owner/manager, Tanner, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. My package was mistakenly dropped off here instead of USPS, and no one caught it. An Amazon QR code was scanned for the wrong package, and now my package is lost. When I asked for help fixing the mistake, I was told to "figure it out myself." Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Save yourself the headache and drive to a different UPS Store. read more

However what I don't expect is rude employees. I know everyone has an off day, however it is not my fault that someone else made you mad or perhaps was rude to you. I had to come on here to give a big shout out and thank you to Tanner. I recently came in with a coworker for an overwhelming shipping task, and Tanner went above and beyond to help us. We had incorrectly packed individual Amazon return items all together without realizing, and he helped us figure out the QR codes. He recommended options for what we could do and found the right box size for us to purchase since we needed more boxes, and then cut those boxes down to best fit our items. His expertise and professionalism showed every step of the way. I have never encountered a more helpful UPS employee. I honestly expected to be told that I had to come back since I didn't have boxes, or that I should come back with the boxes I just purchased already packed and ready to go, but Tanner showed real patience and sincere kindness because not only did let us pack our items there, he helped us pack them! Hayleewas not only professional but took the time out to find me the best rate and put my mind at ease. After a long day, you'd think she would be in a rush to get the last customer out like most would understandably, but she really went above and beyond. my phone even died and she allowed me to email it to the store and she printed it for me. New owner is terrible with customer service and is so s-l-o-w! Not sure how he even came to be a business owner. Right in front of me he made several mistakes for another customer getting his documents notarized them "nickel and dimed" him. He did not know how to download a file and email it correctly, so waited and watched for 25 minutes while he struggled. I thought this guys was a trainee so I felt bad that he did not have the support he needed. Then he tells me his is the new owner. Wow! Just wow! I've gone to this store multiple times and tonight will be the last! I'm so upset with them. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for about a year now. Through the ups and downs, but I've had enough. I use ups and this store more specifically to send out carepackages to my s/o on deployment. They've packaged my things correctly and nicely in the past to when the package arrives they arrive in great condition but my last 3 encounters with them have been honest to God horrible. I never thought I'd have to write a bad review for this store, but tonight just takes the cake. I've sent out a good 5 or 6 packages with these guys and they know me. They know what I usually have, they know that I use the coupon most of us are given when we make a transaction with them at the register, but this lady.. tonight she would not let me use my coupon and instead of honoring it this last time.. because EVERY TIME ive come in the staff there has told me that I could and I quote "use this coupon for APO delivers" so.. what is the problem? She looks at me and laughs and says, "It says it right here, we don't use this coupon for APOs. Whoever has been giving it to you shouldn't have been" Gee thanks, what amazing service. Not well trained team and rude, like I can't read.. I would understand if you were having a bad day but this was just straight up impolite. It was just 10% off! Not enough to be stingy over. I've also shipped with them before with another package with candles and 1 out of 3 candles didn't make it, of course, but why? I'll tell you. When I got news that they were delivered I got to see that the FRAGILE... GLASS.. candles were not wrapped (which I paid for.. will put a picture of receipt to confirm I'm not lying) I couldn't believe it, how could you just put 3. whole. glass. candles in a box going over seas!! Entirely unwrapped..? The cashier name on the receipt is "Tyler", I would recommend if you get "Tyler" when you're shipping out fragile items to SPECIFY to please wrap your fragile items.. especially if you pay for it, it's not common sense, apparently. When I told them about this incident I called them and just politely let them know and asked if there was any type of compensation? They were a gift! Come on! This lady.. of course again nothing she could do, not even 1 thing Like a coupon or a "I'm sorry" at the VERY LEAST Just a plain, "Once our international packages get shipped it is out of our hands. You're going to have to take it up with US Postal" just policy Okay.. could I get a number? Could I get a card? This just isn't fair to me.. can you direct me to someone, anything?! This store is located in the Smiths grocery store area on the southeast corner of Silverado Ranch Road and Maryland Parkway. It is actually located just south of Smiths itsself. Came in here today to use the notary service. Since its kind of tucked away there, it wasn't busy at all and we were able to get assistance immediately. The guy who helped us today was friendly and helpful and guided us through the whole process of getting some important documents notarized. Not sure about their shipping rates, but I was certainly pleased with my experience there today and will keep them in mind for the future. 4 stars. read more

The lady working was not very helpful with a paper I needed notarized. It was my fault that I had signed it in advance (I didn't realize it needed to be notarized), so I thought I could utilize their computer for $2 for 5 min to reprint the form. There was no option to print the form on the screen and she couldn't be bothered to help. When I tried Control + P it printed only 1/2 of the page and suddenly I had less than 1 minute left. So, not only did I not get my form notarized, but I ended up paying for the 5 minutes AND the half printed paper. All the lady did was huff and puff, such a bother to help me reprint one form. Don't waste your time here when there's another UPS store in the 10000 block of Eastern. ****I'm coming back to add that once I went home, printed another form and went elsewhere for notary services- I was told that the original form with my signature would've been OK- he would've just asked me to sign again next to the first signature. First rudest service I've ever experienced here. The staff never smiled once for all of 20 mins I was at the store, from in to out. If I had left the store without checking all information thoroughly, I would not have detected all his errors - He misspelled my recipient's name 3 times & had the wrong zip code & insisted that I was the one who gave him those information. The destination is China & I reminded him of the need to be precise. I mentioned the zipcode as 6 digits -100025, & he typed it as 10025. I showed him the contact address in writing three times. He had to reprint the labels 5X due to his errors but made me feel like he hated me for all those errors. Terrible young man who hates his job. read more
