I stopped by here to drop off a Prepaid/Labeled package & the clerk wasnt able to scan the barcode since it printed small. Since the barcode was Clear (& I shipped 5 packages earlier with the USPS w/the same sized labels/barcodes) I didn't think there would be an issue. She asked if I could send the label via Email & I said Yes & forwarded it to the Store's E-mail. She printed it out & attached/scanned the Label to complete my shipment. I said "Thank You very much for your help" & started to leave & she says "Well, I have to Charge you" - and while a little surprised, I figured no big deal = maybe a Label/Print Fee of a dollar or two. I was then charged for receiving/reviewing the E-mail (which She Offered/Asked me to send to) and I was charged for Printing the Label. I would have Not paid if I knew ahead of time, as I could have Re-printed the Label down the road at work) $5 to open an E-mail is a bit ridiculous. read more

I was trying to send out a phone, with a label already made, just to drop off. Had the label and box, the man asked if I had tape to tape the top flap shut, I asked if he could. Drove all the way across town for this appointment and when I show up 15 min early she tells me that the notary left and that she can't help me and I should have called before I came and that he won't be back for 2 days . Until Rime started, I really hated this location. I'd actually go out of my way to go to other locations despite it being like 1 minute from my house. Rime is a delight. I'm housesitting for a friend in the area and chose to get a package delivered here for convenience, and instead I spent time and money I'll never get back. The clerk working yesterday afternoon was quick to say that they didn't have my package. Despite having my ID out and ready to verify my pickup, she made no effort to check and instead went on to explain that "sometimes packages will be marked as delivered here even though they haven't been." Seemed like she couldn't be bothered to even do the bare minimum, so I showed her the tracking info that clearly said an employee by the name of Alpesh accepted my package at this location. She finally checks, finds my package on a shelf, then railroads me with a surprise $10 holding fee. That *never* happens at any other UPS store I've done pickups at. Even if it means driving another ten minutes, stay away from this UPS store. read more

I went to this store because it happened to be right where I needed when I needed. What a mistake that was. The stinky, lazy, tird charged me damn near $20 to fax 7 pieces of paper. He never gave me a receipt and come to find out, the recipient never received the fax. I have no way of getting a hold of the guy because he doesn't answer after I called literally 20 times. Came in to ship quite a few heavy items and Alpesh assisted with getting everything tagged and accepted very efficiently. I held up a few customers but he tended to those as well with his multitasking and quick working manner. Glad everything is en route to destination and with a little assistance on the final pricing. On the receipt was a 5.00 charge for what the man says is their "email charge". I asked where this was posted and why I was never charged previously and he said I can sign your receipt. That does not help. Very unprofessional, very unwilling to help, not a compassionate person, and will be disputed on my CC for the trouble. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The old man who works behind the counter here is quite possibly the rudest POS in Las Vegas. All I need them to do is scan a barcode and take my Amazon returns, but instead I have to play a game of, "Will the UPS troll take my package today?" Some days the plastic shipping bag is okay, sometimes it isn't. Boxes are okay, but shoeboxes aren't. The rules are nebulous and ever-changing. Never mind the fact that I don't even NEED to put things into a box or bag of any kind in order to return Amazon purchases. Update!! I dropped off Amazon return 9 days ago but it still was not moving so I called Amazon they said Amazon did not get it so no refunds. I went back to the store after 9 day with a receipt that UPS gave me, the guy said they put all the return in boxes and wait for them to be filled then Amazon comes to pick up. He gave my return back and asked to box it for faster return, which I did..... if you have Amazon return, don't listen to Amazon, box it then return with a label so your return will get to Amazon faster. ALL the bad reviews are true!!! Do not use this location. The owner is a penny pincher, not to mention he lacks customer service. When i walked in he was busy talking to an employee and ignored me for 5 minutes. Once he acknowledged my presence, he wanted to charge me for tape and said he couldn't use the original package from the vendor to ship back my package and said that i had to buy a box from him instead. After he wasted my time i told him good luck staying in business with his tactics. He doesn't deserve your business. Go somewhere else!!! Owner is extremely rude. In short: He is often publicly arguing with customers because A) he refuses to follow Amazon boxless return guidelines and B) they never abide by their posted hours of operations and open on time. For example, just yesterday, to be safe after multiple instances of this location being closed during its posted business hours (I thought maybe it was me and they'd changed hours during the pandemic), I checked the hours online before driving over. They allegedly opened at 9 am. Google said the business itself had updated its hours with them a week ago. When I arrived, the hours were additionally posted on the front door. Yet at 9:50 am they were still closed and the gates up. I returned that afternoon. The owner was rude and (as usual) just gave off a general vibe that he didn't want to be there. As I was leaving, I asked what the store's hours are. He said 9-5 on Saturdays. I said, "Interesting. I stopped by this morning and you hadn't opened yet so I wondered if you had changed your hours." His sarcastic response: "Thanks, have a nice day." In other words: get out. No acknowledgement of my statement. Furthermore, I'm now wondering if he scanned/shipped my return correctly at all. When I started the return online, Amazon says I should receive the refund within 4 hours of scan. Yet here we are going on a day later and nothing. Based on other reviews, it appears that returns "disappear" a lot from this location. (Fingers crossed that, in my case, it's a fluke and Amazon receives my return safely. Nonetheless, I won't be returning to this store, as the wonky hours alone make it super inconvenient to patronize and impossible to plan visits to around work, other errands, or shipping emergencies). It's an ongoing problem. On top of that, I've witnessed him in multiple arguments with customers because he (and other employees) refuses to box or tape Amazon returns without payment (against partnership guidelines). Attempted to return Amazon purchases. The kind with the QR code, that says the UPS store will take care of it for you. Yeah. This place is a JOKE. The OWNER comes up to show the employee how to process an amazon return (he can't keep employees) and told me I needed to bring boxes or buy one. So I left and returned with boxes, but didn't tape the boxes - I had QR codes not shipping labels and I know they all go into one big box anyway. Upon seeing my return, the owner says "you got tape? you gonna buy tape?" I had the Amazon instructions printed out. I said I don't need them, see? He said I don't care, I don't give free tape, they need tape. Also, I've had 3 returns go missing that Amazon charged me back for months after I dropped them off (with shipping label to this store) It ALL MAKES SENSE NOW. I couldn't figure it out. How did they go missing when they issue a refund when the package is scanned. Well now I know. The guy is a shady crook. If he doesn't want to participate in the deal that corporate made with Amazon, just get out of the franchise. I ended up at store #4128, 9050 S Maryland parkway. They show a contempt towards their customers ( gentleman in front of me was harassed to almost tears when trying to ship cable box) as well as towards me, then towards my husband on a separate visit.
